Chapter 606: Savage
Translator: Transn Editor: Transn
The young man’s face turned bright red and nothing came out of his mouth, even though he attempted to speak.
He did not dare to attack Su Mo either since he was afraid Su Mo would crush his neck.
Su Mo loosened his grip.
The young man took a big gulp of air and yelled, “Kid, do you know that I am Gold Sect’s Lv 5 craftsman? How dare you hurt me!”
The young man took on a haughty look after announcing his identity. Gold Sect was a mighty local power of Dark Domain.
Within Dark Domain, there were few powers that surpassed it, other than the Four Overlords.
However, Su Mo remained indifferent even after the young man’s announcement. He shook his head and replied, “I’m sorry, but I’ve never heard of your sect!”
“You…!” The young man was enraged. Everyone knew of the mighty Gold Sect! How could this man not know about it?
He did not believe Su Mo!
“Let me warn you. If you dare to offend me, you’ll die for sure!” the young man yelled coldly with a fierce look. “There are many experts who will do the job at my word!”
He was not exaggerating for as a Lv 5 craftsman, many experts were willing to work for him.
“Is that so? Now it sounds like you’re going to kill me!” Su Mo asked flatly, his face expressionless.
“I don’t have to kill you!” The young man might have wanted to kill Su Mo, but he knew that it wouldn’t be sensible to agitate him since his life was in Su Mo’s hands.
“However, you have to apologize to me and make up for my loss!” the young man added.
“That’s great! This makes complete sense!” Su Mo said nodding.
The young man smiled disdainfully.

“Aren’t you a cocky one?”
“You still have to bow down to me!”
However, he felt Su Mo’s grip tighten the next moment.
Crack!
Su Mo easily crushed the young man’s neck with his tremendous power.
His Dark Force rushed into the young man’s body and instantly killed all the life left in him.
“Since I don’t want to compensate your losses, killing you is the only option!” Su Mo said coldly.
The young man’s eyeballs almost bulged out of their sockets. Regret flashed in his eyes before all the life flowed out of him.
The entire hall fell completely silent. Everyone’s eyes widened and they felt a chill run down their spine.
He was dead!
Just like that, a distinguished Lv 5 Craftsman was dead!
Su Mo removed the young man’s storage ring and put it in his spiritual beast pouch.
A True Darkness Realm martial artist would be the best food for Lil Eight.
Distinguished craftsman? That meant nothing in front of absolute strength!
Su Mo had to be ruthless. If he spared the young man, he might come back to kill him. Hence, Su Mo did not hesitate to kill him.
There was no room for mercy in this world!
He strode back to the counter and asked the shopkeeper, “Which one was his room?”
The shopkeeper was drenched in cold sweat after he saw how ruthless Su Mo was. Subconsciously he replied, “The 16th Heaven Room.”
Su Mo nodded. “His room is mine now!”
After that, he went up to the second floor of the inn, leaving the dumbfounded crowd in his wake.
“This man is out of control!”
“That’s right! He’s a savage! He must be heartless and barbaric to kill someone so easily!”
“He looks familiar. Where have I seen him before?”
“That’s weird. I feel like I’ve seen him before too.”

“I know! He’s Su Mo!” Someone suddenly exclaimed loudly.
“What? Su Mo?”
“The ungodly genius, Su Mo?”
Everyone in the hall was stunned, and he became the topic of everyone’s conversation.
Meanwhile, Su Mo was pleased to discover that the 16th Heaven Room was nicely decorated.
He took a look at the young man’s storage ring, and was pleased with what he saw.
“This guy is a tycoon!”
There was a mountain of Spiritual Stones in the storage ring. Although they were mostly Medium Spiritual Stones, there were lots of Upper Spiritual Stones as well.
He roughly estimated that there were 130,000 Upper Spiritual Stones and over 70 million Medium Spiritual Stones.
There were also dozens of Lv 4 and Lv 5 weapons, but only three martial arts techniques, and a few elixir bottles.
“Craftsmen are rich!” Su Mo smiled and kept the storage ring.
Since there was still some time before the Craftsmanship Contest, his plan was to first increase his physical strength before continuing to hone his craftsmanship.
He entered the Divine Map again and only came out after an hour had passed.
He devoured more than 40 million Medium Spiritual Stones to bring his physical strength to Lv 3 True Darkness Realm and his overall strength soared again.
Su Mo left his room and left the inn.
Since he had run out of crafting materials, he was headed toward the Sky-sea Pavilion’s headquarters.
As he walked past the hall, the shopkeeper’s face twitched.
The Blaze Tavern might be powerful, but he did not dare to pick on Su Mo. After all, everyone in the Dark Domain knew that Su Mo was Celestialspirit Sect’s genius and a disciple of Towering Sky Peak’s peak master.
The Sky-sea Pavilion’s headquarters in the East Continent were right in the center of Wuling City. They were mighty and enormous.
The headquarters were the iconic buildings of this city and were separated into four towers and three halls.
The four towers were the Weapon Tower, the Pill Tower, the Formation Tower, and the Talisman Tower and the three halls were the Trading Hall, the Martial Hall, and the Sky-sea Hall.
Of the four towers and three halls, only the Trading Hall was open to the public. The other towers and halls were reserved as residences or training areas for Sky-sea Pavilion’s employees.
When Su Mo arrived at the Trading Hall, he saw many people crowding in front of a giant billboard placed at the front door.
Su Mo stepped forth to read the billboard as well and realized that it contained the details of the Craftsmanship Contest.
It was basically saying that the Craftsmanship Contest would be held at the Craft Tower in two weeks.
Su Mo entered the trading hall.
In the hall, his first thought was to purchase Beast Souls instead of crafting materials.
His top priority was to upgrade his Devouring Martial Soul to Heaven Class.
He had to advance his Martial Soul to Heaven Class regardless of the price and at any cost.
He soon arrived at the counter selling Beast Souls.
Su Mo bit the bullet and spent 120,000 Upper Spiritual Stones on 950 Class 9 Lv 5 Beast Soul Crystals.
It pained him to spend so much money, but he had no other choice.
After purchasing the Beast Souls, he still had 40,000 Upper Spiritual Stones and 30,000 Medium Spiritual Stones left, enough to buy a considerable amount of crafting materials.
This time, he wanted to attempt crafting Lv 5 weapons.
In the end, he was only left with 10,000 Upper Spiritual Stones.
He bought over 50 materials, enough to craft 200 Lv 5 weapons.
Su Mo then left Sky-sea Pavilion and returned to the Blaze Tavern.

My Good Friend Murphy
***Disclaimer*** I wrote and am writing this purely for my own amusement. That means that this could have major revisions done to it sporadically, it has more grammar errors than even the most mentally stable grammar nazi could withstand, and will not update at all regularly. This is an ad-hoc fun experimental work with forced motives, plotholes, and static characters. Don't expect too much. That said, this mutated mistake of a short novella follows a ditzy MC who has been transported to a new world with the dubiously useful skills origin and enigma and the obnoxiously imbalanced skill, traveler. If you'd like more incentive to give it a shot, you will never get spoilers about the plot because there isn't one (Actual synopsis coming soon, relative to eternity)

The Due
Every sailor knows the tale of Davy Jones' Locker. That place drowned sailors are sent to, ever resting on sea's bed. Some tales recount of a ghostly ship, the Flying Dutchman. Many a story has spawned from these two tales. Countless retellings mixing in their own fictions. But all stories spawn with a kernel of truth to them, and the story of Davy Jones is no exception. Those who've met the legendary seaman and his ghostly ship might call him a ferryman, escorting the drowned to their respective afterlives. Others might call him a devil, meting punishment on those deserving. The true story is always slightly different. Davy Jones is a ferryman, but not one for the afterlife, as Walter finds out. No, Davy Jones manages those who die at sea while in debt, and Walter died with a lot of debt. Unable to pay, Davy puts Walter to work. The specter has just the job for the dead college graduate. Another god, Sod, needs an afterlife for his new world. Davy tasks Walter with the job. Suddenly, Walter finds himself having to run a fledgling underworld with little instruction from Sod. To top it off, the denizens of Sod's world have their own ambitions to achieve godhood, and they won't take kindly to Sod's newest employee shaking up the status quo.
