Chapter 127: A Change
Translator: Transn Editor: Transn
“Final Hit of Heavenly Wind!”
The cold sword radiance flashed an instant and the booming sword Qi stirred the clouds.
Su Mo unleashed the full extent of his power and struck the long-faced young man hard.
Boom! Boom!
The second slash forced the young man backward and was left a gash on his chest.
The third slash chopped off his shoulder, sending scorching blood flying everywhere.
“The last strike!”
Su Mo shouted loudly and charged forward, throwing himself over the young man like a great hawk spreading its wings.
Howl!
A shadow roared loudly in the sky as Su Mo’s bones cracked loudly.
The four Spiritual Spirals surged fiercely in his body. He dragged his peerless sword down, slashing his enemy.
The long-faced young man had long released his Martial Soul —a Rank 8 Human Class demonic beast. Still, he was no match for Su Mo.
Boom!
Whoosh!
The second the sword struck his body, blood sprayed.
The long-faced young man was slashed half through his head.
The scene was incredibly bloody and violent.
“You’re indeed an expert, but you shouldn’t have tried to kill me!”
Su Mo’s voice was soft as he looked indifferently at the body.
Deep inside, he had a sense of respect for this Ulti-mystery Sect disciple.
He stepped forward and secretly used his Martial Soul to devour his dead opponent’s blood essence.
Boom!
This young man was indeed an expert at Lv 6 Spiritual Martial Realm. His Blood Qi was several times more powerful than that of a Lv 5 martial artist.
His cultivation continued to climb.
It reached the Middle Lv 4 Spiritual Martial Realm!
Then the late-stage!
After absorbing all of his opponent’s Qi of blood essence, Su Mo’s cultivation reached the Late Lv 4 Spiritual Martial Realm, nearly reaching the peak.

“Hmm?”
Su Mo suddenly noticed a storage pouch on the long-faced young man before he was about to rejoin the battle and kill the other Ironforest Country martial artists.
A light bulb went off in his head.
“A Lv 6 martial artist should be pretty rich!”
He picked up his dead opponent’s storage pouch before rushing in the direction of Li Feng and the rest.
Just then, Li Feng and the rest were with Luo Qianfan right now. There were many disciples of the four sects around them too, all battling it out with the soldiers of the Ironforest Country.
Martial artists of the Spiritual Martial Realm charged at them, but all were knocked down by Luo Qianfan.
Li Feng and the other two might not have high cultivations, but it was still an easy task for them to kill martial artists whose levels were under the Spiritual Martial Realm.
“Su Mo, are you alright?”
Luo Qianfan smiled at Su Mo.
“I’m fine!” Su Mo nodded.
“Senior Brother Su Mo, you’re too awesome!”
Li Feng couldn’t help praising his friend when he saw him.
He had been observing the situation over at Su Mo’s side. He had been feeling anxious ever since he saw that Su Mo was in danger.
Yet in the blink of an eye, Su Mo suddenly achieved a breakthrough and became invincible, even killing a Lv 6 martial artist. That shocked him speechless.
He was so distracted that he was nearly killed by an enemy soldier.
“Let’s not say anything else! Let’s kill to our hearts’ contents!”
Su Mo smiled gently before beginning his rampage.
Blood sprayed and broken arms flew with each swing of his sword.
He was like a bulldozer, trampling all those in his way. Whether the Ironforest Country soldiers nor the Ulti-mystery Sect disciples of Ulti-mystery Sect was his match.

Some of the Ulti-mystery Sect disciples with lower cultivations immediately retreated when they saw Su Mo approaching, avoiding him as much as possible.
“Liang Chuan?”
Su Mo noticed there was an Ulti-mystery Sect disciple killing the Skymoon soldiers and the lower-level disciples as if he was cutting vegetables some hundred meters away.
Wasn’t that the unbelievably arrogant Liang Chuan who swept all the Skymoon Country disciples of his level on the arena?
“Hehe!”
His lips curling at the corner, Su Mo charged him.
“Su Mo?”
From a distance, Liang Chuan’s expression changed drastically the minute he saw Su Mo rushing at him. He turned around, wanting to run.
“You think you can escape?”
Su Mo sneered and used his Shadow Steps to quickly close their distance within 100 meters.
Whoosh!
With the flash of the sword radiance, a sharp sword Qi flew toward Liang Chuan.
Whoosh!
Liang Chuan was merely a Lv 1 martial artist. Even if he was a genius, he was still no match for Su Mo. He was instantly killed with one strike.
Su Mo did not stop and continued to kill.
As he killed, he secretly devoured his fallen opponents’ Martial Spirits.
Wherever he went, the blood spilled would dry up and his enemies’ Blood Qi would be absorbed into his body.
His cultivation reached the peak of Lv 4 in a very short time.
He also devoured the stray Martial Souls that drifted around him.
Though he had devoured plenty of blood essence, his cultivation continued to rise.
But he had also absorbed many Martial Souls without any effect on his Martial Soul. Progression was still far from sight.
Very quickly, Su Mo had left the proximity of his companions as he charged to the front region of the battlefield.
The fiercest fights of this battle happened there.
Many Lv 5 or Lv 6 disciples were exchanging blows.
Though the Ulti-mystery Sect disciples were individually stronger than that of the four sects, they were so few of them that both sides were evenly matched.
“Junior Brother Su Mo, come and help out!”
Two Gale Island disciples shouted at him when they saw Su Mo.
They were both Lv 5 martial artists fighting against an Ulti-mystery Sect disciple at the peak Lv 5.
They quickly withdrew when Su Mo approached them.
“I’ll handle him!” Su Mo said flatly.

He stepped forward and came to their sides. He overturned his sword and cut into the Ulti-mystery Sect disciple.
Just then, something changed.
A trace of cruelty suddenly appeared in the eyes of the disciples beside him.
They rained attacks on Su Mo almost at the same time.
One used a sword, and the other blade.
The sword radiance and the saber radiance were cold and shining. They launched quick and sudden attacks, hitting Su Mo’s clothes in a second due to their close proximity.
“What?”
Su Mo was shocked, never expecting that the two disciples in the same sect with him would attack him.
“Who were these people?”
“Why did they attack me?”
He couldn’t understand why, but at the moment he did not have the time to think about it. The cold sword radiance and saber radiance were about to hit him.
They had obviously been planning to target him while he was off guard so they could kill him with one strike.
Midway through slashing the Ulti-mystery Sect disciple with his sword, there was no time for him to pull it back.
The sword radiance and the saber radiance had touched Su Mo’s skin, and it was too late for him to dodge.
Slash!
Their attacks scratched his skin, about to cut deeper.
Their smiles turned cruel.

Project G00
|Nanopunk |Crafting | Detailed Science and experiments | Inner thoughts | Bio-Robots | Evolution | Infodumps | Tell not Show | Insane to Sane | Slow and Detailed Pace | Puddle to Unknown | Artificial Intelligence | Trans-humanism | Bad Jokes | Moving 'Dungeon' Core | Hi! I am G00. I am a project made by some weirdo. Some may refer to me as the wobbly thing in the fridge or the slimy thing in the ceiling. Others might tell you about that sticky thing inside your nose. In the end, they called me the Seed of Life, yet didn’t tell me what I was supposed to become. Furthermore, it just happens that this stage was the most miserable place to reincarnate... Reincarnate as in… What the hell did I become?! (Whispers) You are a puddle. A puddle? (Whispers) Yes. C’mon little guy, say your lines! You’re live right now! Welcome to puddle-springs aka the afterlife of a puddle. CUT! Eh? Why?! No edition or photoshop needed?! We’re short on puddle-staff. The camera is broken, I am broken, and you are broken. Wait! How can a puddle be broken? You are not a puddle, you are frozen yogurt. NOOOOOOOOOO! Additional summary: Spoiler: Spoiler Humanity has finally made the second step towards space. Many developments were taking place at the time this happened. All of them accomplished thanks to nanotechnology. Inventions regarding Artificial Intelligence and nanorobotics created the opportunity, a way to terraform planets by sending nanorobots to space. Their orders? Colonizing and preparing the new worlds before humanity's arrival, aka terraforming. Meet G00, a weird agglomeration of nanomachines. A bit stupid, but it's not because he was like that. The little guy... 'He' is really broken. The hardest start of a story is when language is oddly misunderstood, when you know nothing of the place you just arrived; when your companion is a buggy system, and when you have to repair yourself with whatever trash you can scavenge from your surroundings. All of this while you fight your worst enemy: potatoes? What will you do in an unfamiliar circumstance where nothing is what it seems and where you won't even understand the boring ramblings of a confused main character? Well, patience will... probably have a reward? Additional tags and disclaimers: Read before starting the story: Harem: Not included for the moment, depends on characters added, votes by readers, and things that happen on the go. Magic: Far away chapters maybe... as part of high level or non-understandable things by science. Slice of life: Probably some parts will include it. Disclaimer #1: Crazy amount of content about high-tech info-dumps, slow pace, starts with biology and nanotechnology. Might have some weird jokes and puns. Game bugs are also possible. Disclaimer #2: No puddles were harmed during the making of this story. No character is real, no real puddle was used as part of the cast. Character is stupid at the start on purpose but he will get beta and beta. All written content follows a logical approach no matter how stupid it appears to be, maybe… Because it’s just a raccoon splashing some cotton-candy over a puddle after it was thrown. Yup, a bully raccoon with rabies or so it seems.

Long Shadow
No destiny, no choice, no hope. Our protagonist, a coward summoned to a world meant for heroes; a new world with new rules and old cruelties. Join him on his adventures as he must deal with menus, monsters, and mysteries in this litrpg fantasy. Thomas Goodwill was an average boy with an average life, all that changed when he woke up in a new reality. Now, out of his depth, damn near out of his mind, he must learn to survive in a game-like reality with no reloads, checkpoints, or save scumming. He does, however, have a drunk snake. Thank you for reading my first story, hopefully, the first of many to come. This will be my main story and is meant to help me practice and hone my skills as I slowly produce more complex ideas. It's a litrpg in which I want to only lightly focus on the mechanics as I don’t want to pad out the word count with math and number tables and while I want to add a few of my own twists here and there, overall I’m going to keep this story close to generic as possible so that I don't let my inexperience lead me into a corner. Thanks again to all willing to leave a review or some constructive criticism, without you I'd never improve. Unfortunately, Cover art is by me.
