Yan Xiaoran froze at his words.

"Alexander, that's too much." She said as she looked up at him. He was taller than her by a head and she had to crane her neck to look at him.

"We're not married. It's inappropriate for us to live together."

Alexander looked like he didn't buy her words and said, "We've done things that only married couple does. What's wrong with living together? Besides, I've seen many people living with their partners even without marriage."

His words made sense. They did a lot of things that only married couples do and even strangers do it. But both of them certainly have feelings for each other so where was the wrong in living together?

Yan Xiaoran felt her head hurting.

It was true that it was not strange for them to live together after what they did. However, the reason why she didn't want to live with him was because of the things that she put up in the wall, and as well as she didn't want him to be involved in her battle.

Was there any other way for Alexander to not get affected by what she planned?

Seeing her troubled look in her face, Alexander frowned and was also deep in thought. He was thinking that Yan Xiaoran must be thinking of her reputation and didn't want others to point fingers at her anymore with her dark past.

After thinking, he suddenly said with his gaze heavy, "Let's get married then."

"What?" Yan Xiaoran stared at him.

"I said let's get married." He repeated, "In this way, we can live together and you can also take responsibility for taking my first."

He didn't forget to remind her that she was his first woman and he would never let her go and leave without taking responsibility.

Of course, the effect of his words was tremendous on Yan Xiaoran. She didn't expect him to use that card that every mistress would use to latch on a big boss.

She felt that she fell in his trap and now she can't get out!

Alexander stepped forward. He was anxious that she would reject him and seeing that she wasn't answering him, he felt uneasy.

Yan Xiaoran hesitated. She thought that she has to reject him and end this but maybe, she was too late and the feelings they shared for each other were too deep for them to go back.

She breathed in deeply before she opened her mouth, "Alright. Let's do that."

Alexander's face fell at first. He expected her to say no and when she spoke, he misheard her words and thought she really did refuse him.

He looked like a puppy that has its ears drooped down to his face.

Upon seeing his dejected profile, Yan Xiaoran couldn't help but feel her heart being tickled by a feather. He looked too cute to be rejected!

Just seeing his perfectly handsome face, she felt that she was facing the boss in a game, and even before she could launch an attack, she was beaten and unable to get up.

And just before Alexander could enter the gate of the rejected male leads, Yan Xiaoran pulled his collar and kissed him lightly.

"Let's sign our marriage certificate later okay?" She said and without waiting for him to say anything or pull her to get back, Yan Xiaoran opened the door and rushed to get out of the place

She was blushing so hard and couldn't believe that she finally said it. She could feel her temperature rising and hear her heartbeat in the elevator.

Even after she got into her office, Yan Xiaoran was in a daze.

Seeing her boss acting like a high school girl daydreaming, Xie Na put down the documents in her hands on the desk with a loud bang.

"President, aren't you a little bit too much? You left me in the club and went out with that hunk!" Xie Na pouted and crossed her arms across her chest, "I was so worried about you and couldn't sleep last night because I thought that guy did something bad to you and yet, here you are grinning!"

Yan Xiaoran lightly laughed and said to her, "Alright, alright. Don't be angry now. I'll give you a bonus for this month."

Hearing that, Xie Na no longer feel sad and beamed a smile. She was so happy that she could dance in front of her boss but she stopped and turned to look at Yan Xiaoran.

She narrowed her eyes and grinned like a mischievous child, "President, did something good happened?"

"Why are you asking?" Yan Xiaoran avoided her eyes.

"Hmm…" Xie Na tapped her chin with her finger before saying, "You don't give bonuses to anyone since our salary is already more than enough. Don't tell me that the handsome guy last night is that good to make you give a bonus now?"

Blushing hard, Yan Xiaoran out a finger over her mouth, "Shhh! You're too loud and it's not like that."

"Oh? Then, why?" Xie Na frowned.

Yan Xiaoran bit her lips and blushed even more as she gestured for her secretary to come closer.

Xie Na leaned forward, she was wondering what kind of secret will her boss whisper to her.

Suddenly, the squeal of Xie Na sounded throughout the office and almost made destroyed Yan Xiaoran's ears as she was close to her secretary.

"Oh my god! You're going to be married?!! When and who?!" Xie Na couldn't stop shooting her questions at her boss. She completely forgot that they were inside the office and shouldn't be doing this right now.

But who cares anyway when she wanted to hear the juicy information she could get from her boss!

Yan Xiaoran shook her head while smiling before she answered, "I'm not sure when but we're going to sign the certificates later. As for who, it's the guys from yesterday!"

This time, Xie Na was left in complete chaos. She was happy that her president was now getting married but what she couldn't understand was why would her president marry the man she had just met yesterday?

Of course, Xie Na didn't know that Alexander and her president knew each other long before and only knew that they met yesterday so, her reaction was normal.

Yan Xiaoran giggled when she saw her secretary's complicated expression and didn't say anything.

She was busy thinking that she will finally marry Alexander.
