A few hours later, Xiao Gui who had just come back after the forced trip to Japan by Alexander was now standing inside the office of Alexander.

He still hasn't had the slightest idea that someone happened and thus, when he came inside the office, his face carried a brilliant smile as he put down several paper bags that he brought as souvenirs to his friends.

"Brothers! Did you miss me?!" He cheerfully said. When no one responded to him, Xiao Gui felt hurt and wanted to call them devils for not missing him but stopped when he saw the cold gaze Alexander sent him.

"Wha… what's wrong?! I did the matters in Japan well!" Xiao Gui said as a defense, thinking that Alexander found out that he almost had a gunfight with one of the sons of a Yakuza leader in the Shikoku region.

Thankfully, the gunfight didn't happen but the son of the Yakuza leader lost his hand in the process and in the heat power of the moment.

Alexander didn't say anything to him as he looked down again to the reports that the top hackers he hired sent to him.

Surprisingly, the hackers didn't get anything out even after draining their energies to look for one woman. It seems that someone with higher skills in hacking helped Yan Xiaoran to run away.

It was only natural that they couldn't get anything when Alina was blocking them from finding anything. As someone who grew up from a family with experts in hacking, she knew every skill to counter against her enemies and defend herself.

Alexander was even shocked that when he tried to search for the information about Yan Xiaoran, there were only a few things that were left for anyone to know. It seems that someone was already working on erasing Yan Xiaoran's data over these years.

But who was this expert? And why was he or she helping Yan Xiaoran? Alexander pursed his lips. The idea that this hacker was a man brought out a bitter taste in his mouth as he imagined that the hacker forcefully took Yan Xiaoran away from him. He couldn't wait to crush this person to their death.

"Ah… ah… Achoo!" At this moment, Alina sneezed and rubbed her nose with her finger. She didn't know that someone was already cursing her and accused her of stealing Yan Xiaoran from this certain someone.

"That's why I told you to sleep." Yan Xiaoran pouted. She was worried that her friend would get sick after staying up in front of a computer all night long.

Meanwhile, Xiao Gui finally noticed that aside from Alexander who had a cold expression on his face, another person was not having a good time as he massed his temple while Long Jie was sitting on one side, glancing at the beautiful models in a magazine and enjoying his time ignoring his two other brothers.

Sitting beside him, Xiao Gui smacked his head and muttered, "What is going on? Did the Yamamoto Group wage war against Reo and Alexander again?"

"Are you crazy?" Long Jie pushed him away, "Do you think third brother and first brother will even bother with that ignorant group?"

"Then, why are their face look like they ate arsenic as a replacement for painkillers?!" Xiao Gui was frustrated. He wanted to know the reason why his friends didn't even acknowledge his presence when he returned.

Sighing, Long Jie shook his head before opening his mouth, "Apparently, third brother's woman dumped him and escaped."

Reo raised his eyes to look at Alexander and slyly smiled, "Oh? So, I guess the great Alexander also has some things he couldn't do and was even dumped by a woman."

"I wasn't dumped." Alexander finally spoke as he shot a glare at Long Jie who stuck his tongue out rebelliously.

"Sure, you were not dumped by her but she sure did escape from your grasp, brother!" Long Jie rubbed salt on Alexander's wound.

Turning his head to look at his first brother, Reo, Long Jie scoffed, "First brother shouldn't be feeling happy for another person's mistake. After all, you let someone hack and stole some things from your safe!"

The sly smile on Reo's face was wiped off and he glared at him.

On the other hand, Xiao Gui was surprised to see this brave side of Long Jie that was seen only once in a blue moon.

However, there was a reason why Long Jie finally couldn't take his brothers. These past few days, he couldn't take a single wink of sleep when both his brothers kept on bothering him and ordering him to take care of the matters in their businesses because something came up to their sides.

Of course. As their brother, Long Jie naturally said yes but that didn't mean they have to abuse his kindness and drain his energy to take care of their companies when it should be their responsibility!

He couldn't even give himself a day off when both brothers teamed up to put him to work his ass off.

But seeing their troubled faces, Long Jie was the first and only one who rejoiced to see his brothers' misfortunes.

Several hours later, Yan Xiaoran finally felt her feet standing on the concrete ground and felt all her fatigue going away.

She looked at Alina who was talking to the phone and stared at the foreign surroundings. She couldn't help but feel overwhelmed with the new world she chose to walk on.

Coming up to her, Alina put her phone away and said, "Madam Giselle will come in a few minutes. Why don't we go and grab something to eat while we wait?"

"Madam Giselle?" Yan Xiaoran asked.

"You don't have to worry, Madam Giselle is a friend of mine who I met in the US last year. Although, she's a bit strange. I'm sure you're gonna like her when you see her." Alina said as she pulled Yan Xiaoran and the suitcase towards the cafe inside the airport.
