"Can we have that breakfast now?"

"You already had your breakfast." He enunciated the word breakfast since Jess already 'ate' him twice!

Jess heard the teasing in Noah's voice, annoyed she bit his stomach but his abs were taut and she had no flesh to bite. She ended up punching his right thigh.

Noah chuckled but despite Jess resorting to violence, he didn't stop caressing her naked back. Half of her naked body was laid on his stomach. He was lying on his back, his right arm was under his head, while his left was on her back, tracing the few red marks on her skin that was from his desire to have all of her.

His lower half was covered with white blankets, tangled around, that somewhat also covered her butt. Since she told him that she preferred white beddings, he made sure to change all of his beddings into white ones.

"Baby, I'm hungry," she said, face buried on his abs. "My stomach says groo-groo."

Noah threw his head in laughter. "Before I get your breakfast, tell me first," his voice was ringing with amusement. He couldn't believe that she would tell him that her stomach says groo-groo. That was just too adorable.

"What?" she mumbled.

"This baby thing that you got going, you are just calling me this whenever you need me to do your bidding."

She chuckled and because her face was buried on his taut stomach, her laughter sounded like she was blowing raspberry kisses on his abs. She didn't answer but raised her hand and gave him a thumbs up.

Noah amused, gathered some of her hair, bent down, and kissed her nape. "Our Little Miss Jessie is being naughty," he nuzzled the curve of her nape before he lifted her up and rolled her to the bed.

When Jess was lying on her back, her naked upper body was exposed to Noah's eyes. He stared at Jess's skin marred with red bites, heavily on her breasts and her flat stomach.

"Do they hurt?" He ran his fingers on those marks he made on her skin.

"Not really," she rubbed Noah's arm when she saw a shadow of regret crossed his blue eyes.

He lifted his gaze from her body to her face, "Baby, I know I can be rough but if it's too much you tell, kay?" he softly said, caressing her cheeks.

"Noah, we have been doing this for a while now. You should know by now that I like it as much as you do."

He bent down and caught her lips on a kiss, "Nevertheless, as much as I like those marks on your skin, I don't -"

"I'm not a child, Noah. I know what I want and how I want it."

He met her eyes and watched the truth on them. He smiled and rained kisses on her face. "Where do you want your breakfast?"

"Here in bed. I'm too lazy to get up."

"It should be my line since you tire me."

"Are you tired?...too bad," she smirked.

"You are asking for trouble, again, Miss Zimmerman." He patted her cheeks, "Let's feed you first."

He rolled off the bed and walked to the balcony in his full naked glory.

Jess, feeling naughty, gave him a wolf-whistle. "Nice ass, you got there, Mr. Tiefenbacher," she said, giggling.

She wasn't joking though. Noah has an awesome ass. His ass curved nicely from the small of his back, and his thighs are also drool-worthy. He had well-defined muscles and they were firm. Well, to be honest, everything about Noah is hard - and firm, and awesome!

Jess grinned and shook her head to brush off the naughty thoughts that filled her mind.

The only thing Noah had in his hands was a bunch of flowers when he returned to the room. He walked towards Jess and handed her a bunch of angel's breath and budding peach roses. "Sorry, but the breakfast is too cold to eat. I'll make you a new one," he said as he put on the boxer shorts he picked up on the floor next to the sliding glass door of the balcony where Jess had stripped him.

Jess inhaled the scent of the peach roses, she didn't notice that Noah had some flowers on the breakfast that he prepared for her. Or her thought was on other things that the bouquet of flowers didn't register in her mind.

She looked up from sniffing the flowers to Noah, "Let's eat in the kitchen since it's almost lunch. I'll just take a quick shower and I'll follow you."

"How about I take a shower with you?" he smirked suggestively. "I can scrub your back."

"Noah, I know that you aren't just going to scrub my back in the shower. And I'm truly hungry so shoo," she waved her hand in the air.

Noah laughed with Jess, shooing him like he was a dog. He was torn between getting insulted and punishing her. But with how she gazed at those flowers in her hands, he chose to not do anything.

He spent millions of dollars on a ring for her, but her most genuine smile always comes from random things. Mostly food and flowers. He hasn't seen her wear the engagement ring that she got, together with Luke. He just saw it on Luke's Instagram, where the two of them post sweet photos of them wearing the said rings.

He shook his head, watching Jess walk to the bathroom, carrying the bouquet of flowers in her hands.

When she closed the door behind her, he made his way back to the balcony to gather the food he prepared that was now cold, because they chose to have a different breakfast.

Carrying all of them back to the kitchen, he reheated most of them and made a bacon and eggs sandwich for himself so as not to waste food. For Jess, he poured some granola into a bowl, put some greek yogurt in it, and topped them with blueberries.

He was brewing some coffee when Jess entered the kitchen and went directly to the table.

Surveying the food on the table, she said, "I thought you're going to make us an early lunch. Do you need help to prepare food?" She asked as she saw Noah make a sandwich for himself with the breakfast he made that went cold, and she got a big bowl of granola with berries.

"We can have lunch later. You didn't eat last night and now, breakfast was late. After your stomach has been empty for so long, we don't want to fill it with a heavy meal or you'll get a stomachache."

"Mr. Tiefenbacher, you are already rich and handsome, you don't need to be this thoughtful, sweet, and...amazing."

"Amazing in bed, you mean?" he smirked, taking a bite of his egg and bacon sandwich.

"Yeah, that too. You are just too perfect!" She rolled her eyes, teasing him.

"Just so you know, I am like this only with you," he said as he handed her a mug filled with steaming coffee.

Her teasing smile was replaced with a serious look at what Noah said. Her heart was suddenly full of emotions she can hardly explain. She had to blink her eyes multiple times because she felt like crying.

Without a word, she accepted the coffee he handed her. She was thinking about what to say to him but felt that whatever she would say to him, won't be enough to express the emotions she has on her chest.

"Are you done packing your things?"

She looked up from staring at her coffee to his face, "Yes. Luke helped me pack. What I needed to do now was to set up the computer that Dr. Sison gave me."

"A computer?"

"Yes," she said, putting down her coffee. "She said, I should use that computer for work."

"What research are you working with Dr. Sison for her to give you a specific computer for that?"

"Uhm, the research that was originally done in the lab in Berlin, then moved to China and now they are moving it to the new lab in India."

Noah was quite familiar with the research Jess was talking about. What shocked him was that Dr. Sison had Jess on that research. He needed a word with her.

Jess was busy finishing her granola bowl that she didn't notice the sudden change in Noah's expression when he heard about the research she was talking about.

"Can you help set up that computer?"

"Y-yes, sure. Do you have it in your apartment?"

"No, it was with my bag. Dr. Sison gave it to me last night."

"It must be in the car. I just had your bag when we came up last night."

"Okay," she said, finishing her granola bowl. When she put down her spoon, an idea crossed her mind. "Noah, I remembered I had something to do in my apartment. Can you bring my laptop to my place later?"

Noah just grunted a reply, still occupied with the possible reason why Dr. Sison gave Jess that particular research when she has tons of other research that she supervises.
