Loving A STRANGER Chapter 486

"Stephen..." Kylie turned to look at him.
Stephen wore a gentle smile. "Please call me, Star."
Kylie moved her eyes away and changed the topic. "Can I see Dinah now?"
The housekeeper showed up at the gate. He greeted Kylie with great respect. "Nice to see you again, Miss Finch."
"Where is Dinah? Tell her to come out now!" Kylie joked.
The housekeeper glanced at Stephen, then turned to walk in another direction. Kylie thought he left to inform Dinah, so she relaxed and sat on the sofa.
The furniture here was still in the same position, and this big soft sofa was Kylie's favorite piece.
She used to stay on this sofa with Ethan for a long time. He read his documents, and she stared at him.
It was a good old memory.
"I heard you left for Thailand to shoot a reality show." Stephen poured a glass of water for Kylie and put it on the coffee table.
Kylie wasn't alert to others but stayed quiet alert facing Stephen. She didn't touch the glass at all.
"Yeah, it'll be aired tomorrow." Kylie bumped her butt on the sofa. "Koh Samui is a beautiful place, and you can have a vacation with Dinah there when you're free."
"You can reject me, but there is no need to push me to another person." Stephen sat across her.
Kylie felt a little embarrassed. "I-I didn't."
Stephen, however, looked very serious. "My mother told me that you told her, Dinah is my love, and she's carrying my baby, so she accepted Dinah."
"I..." Kylie had to admit it now. "Yes, it's my idea, but Dinah really loves you!"
"If I have to accept her only because she loves me, how should you treat me? I love you more than she loves me," Stephen said. Kylie got more nervous.

It wasn't the right choice to come here. Probably Dinah wasn't here at all.
"Stephen, let it go. It's meaningless to bring it up now." Kylie wanted to leave, but a big palm pressed her shoulder and forced her to sit back.
"I can never let it go that I love you." Stephen's voice sounded sad and determined.
Kylie looked up at him. She felt scared facing Stephen now.
His black pupils seemed to be much smaller, while white eyeballs were bigger. He was breathing heavily, and her shoulder was painful.
"Stephen, you hurt me." Kylie tried to get rid of his hand but failed.
All of a sudden, Stephen moved a step forward and pressed Kylie against the back of the sofa.
His face almost pressed against Kylie's and his hot breath was around her neck.
"Kylie, do you know what I've been through these days?" His voice was hoarse. He said and pulled Kylie's hand to touch his unusually thin face. "If it hadn't been for you, I could be dead already."
Kylie stiffened, staring straight at Stephen in fear.
"Stephen, w-what disease did you have?" Her voice was trembling.
"Lovesickness." Stephen smiled but looked creepy. "Kylie, I miss you so much." The second he finished that sentence, he pulled Kylie's hand to the above of her head.
"No!" Kylie shouted.

Lucy told him Kylie stayed at the Parker family's old house last night.
Knowing that Ethan was relieved. No matter how violent his enemy was, Kylie was safe in his family's place.
He had a third of his coffee before Fannie called him. "Ethan, I can't get through to Kylie now."
"What happened?" Ethan frowned.
"Kylie told me Ms. Green wanted to have a private talk with her, so I left before her. I was worried, so I followed Ms. Green's car behind." Fannie sounded anxious. "I followed Ms. Green along the way to her home, but Kylie was absent. Now I can't get through to her."

"Did anything happen today?" Ethan stayed calm.
"Well..." Fannie then told Ethan everything that had happened at the set, but she didn't think of any valuable information.
"You told her what has happened to Dinah?" Ethan's voice was cold now.
"Yeah, and Kylie comforted me that Dinah will be fine..." Before Fannie could finish, Ethan hung up on her.
Fannie finally realized something must be wrong, and she called Nate without delay, but Nate's line was busy.
Half an hour later.
Ethan and Nate showed up at Garbo Palace No.1.
A middle-aged maid walked out to open the gate. "Hi, whom are you looking for?"
Nate pushed her away and strode into the house. "Tell Stephen the jerk to meet us right now!"
"Lord Stephen doesn't live here." The maid followed them behind, walking fast. "Mrs. Cecil, Mrs. Cecil!" she shouted to the inside.
Looking at the same house with the same decoration and furnishings, Ethan frowned again. He raised his head, and Agnes appeared in his sight on the second floor.
Agnes was silent for a while with a pair of dulled eyes, then asked them, "Do you have anything to talk to Stephen?"
The moment Agnes appeared, Ethan had a premonition. Stephen took action earlier than them.
Not only had he hypnotized those workers in the factory and made them victims, but he also hypnotized Agnes.
"We need to talk to Stephen about business," Ethan replied.
Nate was surprised to see Agnes. He glanced at her, then said to Ethan in a low voice, "Ethan, is she..."
It was the first time that Nate had seen Agnes, but he was a frequent visitor to the Parker family's old house, so he was very familiar with Barbara. Agnes looked almost the same as Barbara.
"She's Stephen's adoptive mother, Agnes," Ethan explained.
"She's also your aunt," Nate said, and Ethan rolled his eyes.
Hearing that they were going to talk to Stephen about business, Agnes walked downstairs and said to a maid, "Prepare coffee for our guests."
Three of them sat in the living room. Ethan looked at Agnes's blank face, then sneered, "If you can get through to Adolph, we can talk to him as well."
"Adolph?" Agnes repeated the name, then nodded. "Right."
However, she didn't call Adolph herself but told the maid to do that.
The maid seemed frightened. She trembled, walking to the phone and kept glancing at Ethan and Nate.
Nate couldn't help but think whether the maid was calling the police.
Although Agnes reacted slowly, she felt a little uncomfortable after being stared at by Ethan for a long time. She put on her air of a noble lady. "Have we met before?"
"What do you think, Mrs. Cecil?" Ethan asked.
Agnes raised her jaw with arrogance. "Our Cecil family is an influential rich family. It's very normal that you've seen me before, but don't you think it's impolite that you've been staring at me all the time?"
Ethan snorted with disdain. "Do you know Barbara?"
"Barbara?" Agnes repeated the name again.
Quick footsteps sounded at the door all of a sudden. "Do you know where Barbara is?"

Master of Dungeons
-This is my first attempt at uploading a story I created. It is not a fanfic, but uses several systems from other stories I've read. I hope you enjoy, and feel free to leave comments or criticisms as appropriate. Thank you.-Edwin Cast was your (mostly) regular guy living and working in Kentucky. He had a knack for working, and was always bouncing from job to job as fancy took him. Insatiably curious, he was always on the look out for new or interesting information or things to do. You could say he was a 'hard-work fanatic'.But with an ailing mother and the inability to realize that he was being shunned by those considered his 'betters', he met his mortal end at the hands of those people who he replaced. Beaten to death on the same day his mother died, he's soon pulled from the void into a world beyond his own imagination. Reborn into a fantasy world as the last 'Demon Lord', Edwin is expected to rule over a vast number of races, each of which are considered 'monsters' and demon-kin by the zealous human kingdoms of the world. And if that wasn't enough, the only way to progress and make ends meat is to build and control 'Dungeons' for the righteous humans to invade!Edwin will have to give it his all in a world he never expected even existed, and will have to learn to survive with his wits and growing power in order to establish something resembling peace in the war-torn lands of Eternia.-NOTE: I'm still in the process of working on the storyline, characters, and abilities that will be presented. A large number of themes are planned, and mature/adult content is planned. The story may also be a bit slow in some cases, so please bare with me. Thanks again!-NOTE: People have been mentioning the rough grammar and spelling errors that come with my posts; and while I've said so in the forum comments, I'm going to post it here as well. This is all basically a rough draft. I post the chapters as I write them, with only a spell-check for accuracy. None of the chapters are proofread. Once people point out blatant errors, I try to correct them; but otherwise I'm more interested in writing. If anyone wishes to proofread my work, shoot me a PM on the forums! Thanks again.

Twoen
The struggle for an interesting game has been the story of my life for quite some time. Every game I find is either too easy, not interesting or too short. Luckily, my two brothers who match my level of skill, albeit in different areas, tend to spice things up. When I look at my older brother I have no idea how he gets anything done when he's such an idiot. Still it doesn't detract from my respect for him as a gamer, though maybe a little. When I look at my younger brother I marvel at the monster that my older brother and I created. Deadliness, craftiness and quiet, both in what he does and how he is. When it's just us three we tend to destory everything in our path. So normally we tend to compete rather than team. Although that isn't to say we're just good as individuals. When we work together our effectiveness multiplies rather than lowering. Well enough about us dorks. Anyway a new VR game came out, apparently in development for quite some time. Of course my older brother decided to drive out and buy three copies. What would this one be missing? Difficulty? Depth? Length? In any case I plan to reach the top before my brothers do. It was a competition after all. Twoen had all three things I normally yearn for in spades. Something I did not foresee. A keeper

The Blood Queen
The rain fell from the sky with ferocity and smashed into the pavement filling the air with the sound of a stampede. The noise was deafening as I struggled to stand up. The blood from my wound was covering the ground beneath me and I covered it with my hand as I pushed off the pavement. On my feet now I struggled to step towards the grass. Through the howling wind and pounding raindrops I could hear what sounded like a chant, calling me and drawing me towards the cliffs edge. "Vienna, my Queen, my blood Queen" I started to move my feet faster until I could run towards the edge. Only when I was at the edge did I turn and look back one last time at the castle behind me. I could see him standing on the balcony, he was screaming my name. I could just hear it over the rain. I unclipped my red cape and whispered goodbye to him. As he jumped off the balcony to run towards me I leaned backwards and let my body fall with the rushing water to the river far down below. I carried her whispers with me to the dark edge until they vanished.
