Loving A STRANGER Chapter 54

Ethan did not like the bedroom to be bright with sunshine, so if there were curtains, they had better be closed. Kylie knew that.
The suite bedroom was large and bright. The orange curtains were wide open, gently swinging in the breeze.
Without thinking, Kylie turned around and ran to the front desk.
"Excuse me, and I would like to change the curtains of our room to dark ones, preferably shaded," Kylie said to the receptionist.
The manager who received her knew that she had come with Lord Ethan, and was very respectful. "Yes, Ma'am. I'll arrange for it. What else can I help you with, Mrs. Parker?."
"Nothing, thanks." Kylie turned and left, adding: "As fast as possible, please."
Although she did not care much about the honeymoon, she did not want to see him lose his temper on the first day of their trip.
"Kylie...You're also here?" Khloe saw her from afar and thought it must be someone who looked like Kylie.
It was Connell, after all. It was too unlikely for them to meet here.
But when she found out that it was Kylie, she felt extremely upset. But, considering that Aiden was beside her, she had to maintain her gentle smiles, saying: "What a fate."
Glancing at them coldly, Kylie turned away.
Once Aiden had seen her, his eyes could no longer move away...
It is said that what a woman looks like depends on the man beside her.
Now, the sentence was like a cactus hitting him in the face, filling him with extreme pain.
When Kylie had pursued him, she had always dressed in a hip-hop style, with heavy makeup, and just like a hoodie. No matter what she had done for Aiden, he had not cared at all.
He had firmly believed that even if she had stood naked in front of him, he would not have had the impulse to make love with her.

However, even though Kylie had been with Uncle Ethan for less than a month, she was simply reborn.
Even without makeup, she was much more beautiful than Khloe was with her heavy makeup. The colorful, bright hair, which had looked like a bird's nest, had been turned into chestnut brown, wavy hair. And the shape of her curvy figure was outlined by her dress. He was dying to tear it off on the spot!
"Why are you here?" Ethan walked in from the lobby, and saw Kylie striding towards the elevator.
Hearing his voice, Kylie stopped and looked behind him confusedly. "Didn't you meet your friends?"
Ethan did not answer but hugged her into the elevator. "What's the matter?"
"I'll tell you later." Kylie soon forgot about the two people who had just annoyed her.
Looking at their receding figures, Khloe thought that once Kylie's reputation was ruined, Lord Ethan would absolutely dump her. She grinned slyly.
The manager was instructing the receptionist: "Go change the curtains into light-proof ones for the sea-view-room No.8. They are important customers; you must serve them well.
After the manager had left, the receptionist asked Aiden with a smile: "Good evening, sir. What can I do for you?"
Aiden was eager to live on the same floor as Kylie. "Sea-view-room," Aiden said.
"Just a minute, please." The receptionist smiled officially. After checking, he found that the sea-view-rooms had all been reserved. "I'm sorry, sir. The sea-view-rooms have all been reserved, but there is a room left next to the sea-view-rooms, which also has a great view."
Khloe did not know what Aiden was thinking; she leaned against Aiden's arms like a little puppy. "Aiden, Kylie still blames me; she doesn't even talk to me...What should I do..."

In the elevator, Kylie told Ethan about the matter with the curtains.

Ethan's deep eyes were no longer cold. He did not speak, but his hand on Kylie's shoulder tightened.
Over the years, he had forgotten what it was like to be cared for.
When they returned to the room, she deliberately found all kinds of excuses to prevent Ethan from going into the bedroom. Ethan seemed to see through her act, yet pretended to be ignorant about that, and cooperated with her performance.
At last, Kylie sat on the edge of the swimming pool. The water was very clear, so she could clearly count out the number of the tiles below.
"Can you swim?"
"I know how to do the doggy-paddle!" Kylie answered honestly.
"What a silly girl, but luckily I'll be with you from now on," Ethan said with a loving smile.
"Don't laugh at me! Aren't you good at sports? Can you swim?"
Ethan reached for her and pulled her up, taking her by the hand into the room. Finally, they stopped in front of the wardrobe.
Ethan's hand was wide and dry. Thinking of his big hand overlapping hers, Kylie felt nervous but excited. His hand seemed to carry a weak electric current, making her want to shake it off. At the same time, she became addicted to the tenderness of his touch...
While she was in a daze, Ethan had instructed her to open the door of the wardrobe.
As soon as the wardrobe door opened, Kylie was dumbfounded. Inside, there was a row of bikinis of different colors.
"The hotel...even offers swimsuits?"
Hearing her words, though he was still expressionless, there appeared an obvious trace of a smile in his eyes. "You can say so."
"They must charge a lot for that; we'd better not take them." She was about to close the door but was stopped by Ethan.
He opened the drawer below; inside were many men's swimming trunks.
"Wow! Is the hotel insane? Preparing so many swimming suits. Would we have to pay for it if they found anything missing after we left?"
Ethan reckoned that she was really an actress worthy of the name; what a drama queen.
"It's all included in the room fee. You can just take them home if you like," the man explained lightly, picking out a lady's bikini and handing it to Kylie.
"So are all these ours?" Kylie did not quite believe him. "This is simply compulsory selling! Who's gonna wear so many swimsuits!" Complaining, she took off every piece of clothing and looked at them with eyes full of surprise.
She flipped through the tags and found that the size of the swimsuits was exactly the same as hers.
How could the guests who had stayed in this room have exactly the same figure as her?
Obviously, It had been well-prepared by Ethan. Kylie was stingy, but not stupid. She could tell.
She secretly threw him a glance. For an instant, she felt that, although her husband was cold, scheming, and had a sharp tongue, he was mild on the outside but wild on the inside.
Kylie was dazzled by the swimsuits, and, after a long time, she finally chose one. Once she had finished changing, Ethan had already swum a lap around the pool.
His perfect figure was completely exposed in the clear water. When he did butterfly strokes, he was like a dolphin that could leap out of the water at any moment...
His big muscles were soaking in the water, and showing more tension, as if each muscle was full of strength.
Kylie tried hard and hard and was finally able to move her eyes away from his body.
