The Dream Saga Chapter 65

"Our second guest, the chief governor of the fallen angels, the fourth world demon, 'Azazel' from the land of fallen, Pandemonium."
As the anchor introduced the second guest, the entire stadium, which was noisy and jolly just a second ago, was now whimpering with fear. It was visible in their eyes that they were afraid to the bone. They were trembling with fear. Some of them even left the stadium. Their reaction differed completely from when they were introduced to the leader of angels.
"Tom, Hey! Tom what's happening? I sensed something wrong with him" I asked him because everything that was happening was weird.
He turned his head towards me with a shocked look on his face.
"I don't know why? Why is he here?"
"Answer me, something's wrong with him, right?" Watching him confused frightened me a little.
"He's the Governor general of the fallen. In the last war he did terrible things to us!!" He, too, was staring at the ground with an expression of fright.
"What terrible things? What did he do?" I sensed an eerie aura coming from Azazel, and the surrounding atmosphere was chilling and it forced me to inquire more about him.
"He's a monster. He slaughtered an entire division of ten thousand men alone on the battlefield in the worst way possible. He even invaded the devil's towns near the battlefield. Men, women, livestock and not even children were spared. He massacred them all. The people know how fearful he is and how much of calamity he can bring in our country."
"He's bad news. Why would he come here? I sensed some kind of malice from him. I had a bad feeling about him."
"Me too. I want to know why he's here as well, Kai."

"So, ladies and gentlemen, without wasting another moment, let's move to our judge of the tournament!"
"The lady of Devplid, the lone queen and wife of late devil king Lucifer, Queen Mariase of Luciferir."
"My greetings to you, my majesty. I'm looking forward to your judgement regarding the match." He bowed to the queen of the late king lucifer and took a deep breath before the next announcement.
"Everyone, now please stand up at your place to pay respect to the participants of the match as they enter the arena." With a bat of an eye, all the spectators stood on their seats as an army regiment.
The shutters on our left got up with a loud noise. On the other end, I heard the people cheering and clapping their hands in our welcome in the arena. Tom patted on my shoulder and walked ahead a bit. He had his usual smile on his face, he wished me luck and warned me he's not going to be easy on me in the match so I should be ready. In response, I just passed a smile and walked out of the room into the arena.
Suddenly a head bandana grabbed my attention, my hairs were quite messy and were acting as disturbing elements. I picked it up and tied it as a hairband. I assumed myself to look cool as was proud to short out a disturbing element in the match for me. But I never knew that a mere black bandana was going to be my biggest disturbance.......
As we all walked out of the hallway, the anchor jumped in excitement with a shout 'woah,'
"I'm getting so exciting after watching our new blood of fresh devils, I'm getting goosebumps, I have a feeling this tournament isn't going to be boring, don't you all feel the same?" He was a perfect choice for an anchor. He was pumping the audience with the enthusiasm and it was a whole mood.

"We have new six devil kings of the continent. The one who wins here will be the representative of the devils in the 'Battle of the trident.' Before introducing them, I would like our guests 'Lord Michael' and 'Lord Azazel' to say a few words."
The anchor asked the guests to introduce, maybe this will give us a clue about what they're here for. Michael, the leader of angels, stood first to speak. As he stood up from his chair, I got a clear look at him, he was tall and muscular. He was around a foot taller than me and wider, too. He had a monstrous physique. He wore a white and golden outfit, which was glowing like it was made up of lightening itself. He had long white hair and a beige face, even his eyelashes were white. He spoke in his manly voice…
"I want to thank everyone and the devils for inviting me here as a guest to watch this beautiful match. I'm deeply grateful to be here. I hope this tournament will be worth to watch." By the tone and expressions of him, I knew he was a polite and a good person. He indeed was an angel.
"Wait!" when he was just about to take his seat, he recalled something and stood again to say something.
"Before I take my seat, I want to say something,"
Everyone's eyes were on him. Some were scared while some were curious about what he had to say after all, he was an enemy and who knows what disaster he had in his sleeves.
"Ugh, ugh" He cleared his throat before speaking; he rolled his eyes along the whole stadium in search of something and after a few seconds of search, his eyes halted at the queen.
"I have a request to the Queen of Luciferir." Everyone was thrilled inside, even I was getting goosebumps because who knows what twisting turn was waiting for the devils, the queen smirked with a look of curiosity in her eyes. The whole scene was insane, it was so unpredictable.
"Yes, lord Michael, please. I am curious because it's rare when an angel asks something from a devil." She laughed a bit and spoke in a disrespecting tone.
"Ha-ha, don't get your hopes high, dear lady. I won't ask for anything grand I only want to ask for something that is mine!" He made fun of her by laughing at what she said.
"Oh, is that so, so what do you want to ask for that's yours?"
"The main reason why I am here is not this tournament. I want to take back a prisoner home that's on your feet right now,"
"Prisoner!!!"
"Tom, what is he talking about?"
After hearing him, I was shocked and confused I was not understanding much of the situation but I sensed one thing. That this will not end well!!!"
