The Dream Saga Chapter 39

"Kai, you're doing outstanding," Rahu complimented me during the training.
"Summon the four kings,"
"AAARRGHGHGH!!
I the serpent king, the serpent of sovereignty, ask for your aid to dominate the world." as I said these words, a green-colored light emerged from my back and...
"ZOOOOOMMMMM."
Four gigantic serpents came from behind of me. They seemed so powerful and majestic to me.
"YOU DID IT? YOU CRAZY, SON OF A BITCH YOU REALLY DID IT?" Lee's eyes were enlarged because of the sight he saw. He was in front of the four legendry serpents. Just seeing one in life was called a miracle, but here he was in front of all the four together.
"You finally did it, man! Unlocked the strongest of the spells, your determination was high enough to convince all of them." Victor smiled at me; he had a proud look on his face because his training strengthened me.
"I did it! I did it! I knew I would be able to convince—"
"Hey! Vasuki! Give me some space. You're coming into my space!" Nidhogg yelled at Vasuki in a serious tone as he was displeased by his presence.
[VASUKI- one of the serpent kings who is half human and half serpent, and is the protector of Nagamani.]
[NIDHOGG- One of the serpent kings who gnaws at a root of the Yggdrasil]
"What the hell, why you all are here? I thought only I saw the potential in him!" Jormungand was freaked out after finding all four of the legendry serpents there.
"AAHAHAHA! JORMUNGAND!! What do you take us for." Ngalyod mocked Jormungand in a way that was meant to piss him.
"Mind your own business! Ngalyod."
[NGALYOD- The rainbow serpent, also known as the creator of the world, the life-giver snake]

All the four legendry serpents were quarreling with each other. By looking at them, it felt like they hated each other.
"Excuse me, can you all stop fighting please?" I asked the four serpents in a respectful tone.
"Huh, oh I forgot what I came here for, because of you all punks."
"HEY! let's hear what Leviathan has to say."
Vasuki shouted at all the four serpents in order to make them silent, giving me an opportunity to speak.
"Who do you think you're yelling at, I can listen to him too, okay? Speak, kid," Ngalyod nagged and asked me to tell him about the matter.
"I respect all of you from the bottom of my heart. I'm so glad that you saw potential in me."
"I have a request. Can you please, I mean, can you bestow me with your powers for the upcoming tournament?" I requested the four Legendary Serpents, a request that felt way too much vague and selfish.
"Huh! What do you mean for the tournament?" All four serpents were shocked by my request they stared at me in a way that looked like they were disappointed in me.
"Boy, what do you think of us? Who do you think we're, some puny blabbering worms?" all the four serpents who were arguing with each other a moment ago were united now. The anger in their eyes was genuine.
"That's not what—"
"Sighs."
Nidhogg sighed and looked at me with eyes filled with serenity.
"Boy, the power you seek is far too much for a battle or a tournament. That power is so enormous that only if a fraction of it is used, it can destroy worlds."
"Huh! You all are furious because I asked it just for a tournament?" I was confused and had no idea of the situation I was in.

"Yeah, you know what, I can see, you're afraid!" what Vasuki said was astounding. He knew the feeling I had inside myself. It felt as he was able to see through my heart and soul.
"Wh-what what how did you know that?" I was shocked after listening to him because he knew I was scared, but I never wanted to accept it.
Meanwhile, far in the distance, Lee, Victor, and Rahu were watching them talk about something...
"What are they talking about, Lee? What do you think?" Rahu patted on Lee's shoulder to get the answer to his question.
"Ugh! Let me try! Hmm I see."
"What? What are they talking about?" Victor jumped in excitement while Rahu stared at Lee with dead eyes as he was out of energy.
"Hmm, I can't understand what they're talking about..."
"What do you mean you don't understand? Then why were you acting like you're a professional? Huh!" Victor yelled at Lee.
"How am I supposed to know that? They're talking in "Nagabani," that's an ancient language that can't be learned!" Lee screamed at him as he was tensed after not understanding a word they talked about.
"Ahh, Kai's so lucky, I hope I could meet them too." Victor rested both of his hands on his head and looked at Kai with eyes, saying, I wish I to be there.
"It's okay Victor, I understand what you're feeling right now" Lee leaned and rested his arm around his neck to console him...
"Kai my boy, I know you're scared, I know you're afraid to lose people who are dear to you but have some faith in yourself," Jormungand spoke to me in a motivating tone so I could grow some self-esteem
"But what if I fail," I asked with emotions filled up to my throat. I was just on the verge of a breakdown.
"We are always here to aid you whenever you need us! We believe in you."
After these words, the four legendary serpents disappeared into thin air. The light they were emitting also faded, and I was left alone in the dark but the flame inside me was burning bright.
"I know I can do it !!"
"I know I can do it and I'll win it !"

Delvers
Welcome to Draitall. The land of adventure and dungeons. Of heroic and epic tales and journeys. The world of delvers. Or at least that's how it gets sold by the select few who are able to obtain such glory. What to expect: Our MC Andaris is a determined fellow. Determined to overcome hardship and determined to make his dreams come true as a delver. But this is a cruel, unforgiving and dark world. While there will be plenty of borderline cliche heroics from our MC and friends, bear in mind that this is still a crappy and f***ed up world. If you do not apprecieate the characters you've grown attatched to being eaten by the denizens of the dungeons or the equally malevoulant mankind above, then i suggest perhaps continue scrolling down the list of novels and give this a pass. There is an innate leveling system in a sense and a handful of innate skills that can be obtained, but beyond that there is not much to do with any form of game features. Certainly no bluescreens for this one.
