The Dream Saga Chapter 38

"Now, take that!"
Woohoo!
BOOOOMMMMM!!!
"Ha-ha! You can't take me down with that mid-level blow!"
I and Victor were bombarding each other and were blowing each other with heavy blows. It was a kind of fight that looked like magic vs raw strength. Lee watched us spar for a while and teleported somewhere without notifying us.
"Huh! Did Lee leave—" I noticed Lee left without notifying me.
"Where's your focus? Ha-ha. Lost sight, lost match!"
"BAAAMMMM!!!!!!!"
As I turned my head to look for Lee, Victor took advantage of the moment and landed a big blow on my face.
"Ahh! Victor— that's a cheap shot!"
"There's nothing like a cheap shot in a match, Kai. If you lose your focus, you will die. Your opponents will use demonic illusions. And if you'll get diverted, you will die." Victor dropped the formalities and started to address me by my name.
"Don't tell me I lost focus, Victor. Look for yourself!"
"I what—AAAGHRRRGHHH!" Victor screamed in pain
"I know many other spells too, but I'm the best in this one."
"CONSTRICT."
I stealthily used my favorite Spell, when Victor was explaining to me why I should be attentive; I played a reverse card on him. I caught him off guard before he could get a hold of his situation I wrapped and squeezed him with my spell summoned snakes.
"Ha-ha, now the game is over!"
"BLOOD POISON!"
(Blood poison- a spell that converts the summoned snake's blood into poison, then they explode and on whoever the blood gets, it burns their skin. It is a spell that only serpents can use, but Kai is the Serpent King, so when he uses it, it becomes 100x powerful.)
"Aarggh-haha Kai! You dumb ass. You forgot something dear" Suddenly, Victor's screams turned into a burst of laughter.

I did not know what was happening, and why was he laughing.
"HORNS OUT," he chanted a spell and in a split second, hundreds of horns came out of his body that pierced through the bodies of the snakes and nullified my attack.
"Ahh! How did you do that, it's another cheat move!" I was so shocked by his counter; I didn't believe him at first, and I even assumed Victor was a cheater.
"Kai, I'm the horned serpent. What did you expect?" He explained to me about his move with a smirk. After all, he was here to teach me.
"Ahh, I see that's why."
"Ha-ha, I won't lose focus, don't think the match is over. I'm still standing!" I shook my head as I felt I was losing my mind.
"Let's go for another round," I shouted out loud and asked for a rematch; adrenaline rushed through my veins I was pumped to beat him.
"Yes!"
***
While Kai and Victor were training, Lee teleported himself somewhere in the palace.
"Ahh, where do I find him, he's not in his quarters either." "Sighs" He took a sigh of disappointment with his hands on his waist.
Lee was searching for someone, but it seemed like he couldn't find him anywhere. And when he was about to put an end to his search, he discovered something unusual...
"Huh! what's this eerie feeling? I know what it is." He grabbed his sword and closed his eyes to focus on what he was feeling.
He took a deep breath and closed his eyes; he formed an image of the environment in his mind through his demonic power.
And when he opened his eyes, it turned completely black because of his half Ouroboros bloodline. He focused his concentration and demonic power; and in less than a second, he pinned out the source of the eerie aura.

"Found you!"
"SLASH!"
He slashed the air behind him with his sword without even looking and a shadow appeared from where he cut.
"Ahh, Lee. You asshole! It hurts!" the shadow that was formed behind him nagged.
"Ahh, it's you," "Rahu."
"I thought it was an intruder!" Lee sighed in relief as he found the shadow was someone he knew.
"How have you been, Lee?" Rahu asked in a low voice.
(Rahu- A Hindu demon prince who swallows the sun, causing eclipses and causes despair and confusion in people's lives)
"Don't change the topic, Rahu. Why were you hiding from me?"
"Well, Ah- it's like I knew you had some job for me. He-he."
"Well, yeah, I have a job for you. You need to train the King for two weeks about demonic abilities and skills and how he can control them!" Lee explained Rahu the reason he was seeking him.
"If it's for the king, I can't deny, anyway.?"
"Ahh, alright! I'll help but nothing else, okay?" Rahu nagged.
"Sure, don't worry, let's get going."
(Teleports)
"Ha-ha! Hey, how you like that?"
"You know it's nothing compared to what I can endure, Kai."
Lee arrived back at the place where Victor and Kai were training, but this time he was with someone...
"Lee is that you—"
WHACKKK!!
SLAAMMM!!
This time it was Kai who took advantage of the moment and made a move. He swung Victor in the air by his leg and slammed him hard on ground.
"Ha-ha! time for some payback,"
"Kai, it was cheating!"
"Shut up Victor. Accept it you lost!"
Lee approached Kai and Victor, who were devastated on the ground. He gave Victor a hand so he could get back on his feet.
"Seems like you both are having some fun! Well, I left to get your new teacher."
"Here meet, Rahu! Your new teacher, he'll teach you about devil powers while Victor will teach you serpent powers."
"It will be my honor to serve you, your grace. I Rahu will look forward to serving you." Rahu bowed in front of Kai to introduce himself.
"So, let's get started!"
"Yayhh!" We will show everyone that there's only one Devil who can win on Leviathan land and that is leviathan himself.

Author's note: This is the first story I'm writting in a coherent manner (I have written a lot of DnD background stories in the past), so bear with me if I make boring or overdescriptive bits: I'll regularly come back to rewrite whichever parts feel unpolished, especially grammatical errors. I would also appreciate any corrections or suggestions.
