It was a good and calm morning as one should be, the weather was so nice too, cold wind was blowing and it was a lovely day to hang out.

I was in my big bathtub and was blowing bubbles while Rose my personal maid massaged my head. ​​

"My majesty, may I ask som... something... " Rose stuttered with her head down.

"You wanna ask something. What is it?" I flipped back to look at Rose. I was friendly with her but seems like she was not yet comfortable with me.

"My majesty, don't you think what you did was a bit courageous but was way too reckless?" She said in a low voice. She dared not to offend this demon.

"Reckless? You're saying I'm clumsy! Aren't you afraid for your life? I'm the king don't you fear me? " I yelled. How can she be disrespectful towards me.

"My majesty!! I'm really sorry for whatever nonsense I spoke just now, please show mercy!!!!! " she begged.

"Hmm, well you know I wanted to scare you so bad, because you're clumsy as me"

" Wow the look on your face was so funny! It was a joke Rose !!!" seems like I teased her beyond limits that she began to cry like a baby.

I thought I would die today. Wo..... wo.... " she answered me while wiping away her tears.

"By the way Rose why did you say what I did was courageous yet reckless? " I questioned her, it was good for me to point out own mistakes .

"Well my master, as long as I've seen these lords are scary as hell, they'll now look at moment to backbite you and will try their hardest to decline your every decisio—"

"Calm down Rose it's okay, they can come at me all they want, I'll be okay! But for now, don't worry too much alright, I guess now I should get dressed! " I assured her.

I was somehow satisfied that she was loyal and was worried about me. Thinking that I and moved out of the bathtub.

I got dressed and went out of my room to enjoy the day because the weather was so good that spending it packed at home would be a shame. I already had a plan for the day in my head But I needed a partner to go out with.

At first, I thought about Lee but he was quite busy with his new responsibilities, then I thought about Skyler, but she was already busy with something, the only person who was free as I was , one and only 'Sabir'.

"Oye, Sabir!! Come out!!! " Kai knocked on the door of Sabir's room.

"Kai is that you, wait! I'm coming "

Sabir yawned and opened his door, he was in his boxer and he seemed like he woke up just now because of knock on his door.

"What is it? Why are you knocking on my door in the morning? " Sabir spoke in a sleepy tone.

"Morning??.. Huh Morning? Can you turn around? " Kai asked Sabir.

As Sabir showed his back to Kai, he got kicked his ass so hard that he fell on the ground.

"Kai!!!! You son of bitch!!!! Why did you do that!!!! " Sabir yelled at Kai.

"It's 2 pm!!! Not fucking morning, go get dressed, we're going out!!!"

"Going out? Where?"

"Just go get dressed and come with me" Kai ordered Sabir.

[Kai's POV ]

We got out of the palace on horses with three knights to protect us, the weather was chilly and cloudy a perfect day for horse riding, the main city was not much farther from the leviathan palace. The place we were going to was a pub, which I saw when I entered the city for the first time.

"Sir John, can you hand me the map I asked for? " Kai asked for the city map from the knight who was with him.

"My majesty, here, the map you asked fo—"

[What the execution! It's started! I've heard they've captured something weird this time! Let's go see what did he do!! .....

The people of the market started to talk and whisper about some kind of execution that was about to happen soon, it attracted my attention quickly, then I decided to to eavesdrop.

"Sabir, what are they all talking about, what kind of execution? " I asked Sabir. I was king here but I myself wasn't aware of this fact.

What a lame joke.......

"Um, well it's a kind of execution of criminals by the order of a captain I guess, well I don't think it's worth the time!"

"They were saying some new creature had been caught this time, well I wanna see it!! You're joining me or not? " I was excited and lifted a brow to ask Sabir.

"Alright, alright let's take a look ".
