I shifted unconscious Skyler on the ground and pulled out the silver rod that was plucked by us from those fences on our way. I stood against the wolves in order to protect Skyler who was lying unconscious behind me.

He looked back at my face with a smile and spoke with enthusiasm.

He pulled a coin out of his pocket and tossed it into the air.

I tried to get up quickly, but I was stuck under the debris of the wall. while I was struggling to get up, he jumped at me and bit me on my face. his bite was so painful that made me scream helpless.

Without wasting a second, he began to take the ring off. I was losing the ring to him. It was my last chance to get my ring back. I had to use the ace I always had under my thumb.
