Primordial Dimensions Chapter 253

The benefits of being allowed to cultivate on Masua were extremely high.
Not only would he not be restricted by the amount of mana in his surroundings, which meant he could absorb as much as he was currently capable of, but the Hidden Paradise would be able to absorb a huge amount of mana too.
This meant that he could refill the world core, whose stored mana he had completely used during his fight against the Air chanter Panther!
Going one step further, by allowing him to absorb mana, the Old Emperor indirectly allowed everyone within his small world to absorb its mana too!
Kalur hadn't mentioned his small group of friends that took care of the Hidden Paradise, but Shane knew that the Old Emperor's silence spoke volumes.
He wouldn't forget to tell Shane whether he was allowed to bring someone to Masua or not. His artisan group would grow consistently if everything worked according to plan, and who knew if he were to betray the Elus race later?
This decision, to no object Shane in bringing more people within the Hidden Paradise to Masua might be important for the future!
All the members of his artisan group were at the peak Expert stage with a mana purity of 60%, but there were still a few that had yet to reach it.
In the end, Shane was aware of the fact that the Elus race trusted him a lot.
This originated mainly from the Elementals Empress's foresight Innate Skill.
However, at the same time, Shane demonstrated that he was worth those rewards by sharing some of his achievements with the Old Emperor.
In the end, one could say that both Shane and the Old Emperor tried to have an upper hand only to notice that both were unable to be the stronger force.
This was frustrating for the Old Emperor because he knew that their heritage had been several thousand years older than mankind's and Shane was somewhat of an anomaly amongst them!
While the Old Emperor thought that mankind might require the Elus race's support in the future, Shane's mind was buzzing with the thoughts of all kinds of tasks he had to solve.
'I have to purchase the perfect apprentice stage body refining technique, acquire cultivation resources, improve Umbra and Cosmo's quality and take care of everything around the Hidden paradise, including Talia and the rest.'
He had to nurture them well and enlarge the Nightshade flower field while doing other things within his small world.
To put it simply, every task that he had to complete required money and the most expensive would be awakening his world's mana heart.

As such, being able to absorb lots of mana in order to maintain the Hidden Paradise and have some extra left for other purposes perfectly suited him.
However, before he could act according to the plan that was beginning to take shape in his mind, Shane had to solve a different problem before anything else.
'Now that Aunt Kia knows that I'll build a Faction consistent with both combat and non-combat-oriented occupations, I'll have to speed up a little bit!'
In the beginning, this wouldn't have been possible, but now, after he had obtained the space doors that were fixed to each other, it looked possible.
Only now did Shane understand that those space doors were not excessively expensive. They were more like a necessary means for most races that inhabited multiple planets, while only a few of them might have Dimension Portals!
'I'll return the favor soon enough, but there are still a few months left before the new batch of Elementals will be born!'
"Talia, have you already finished what I asked you to do?"
Talia was still shocked about the fact that they had met a foreign race, which was something nobody out of their small group would have ever expected to happen so soon.
However after Shane inquired about the task she should have done by now, Talia could only apologize.
"I've finished most of it, but there are a few terms that have to be read through again. They have to be more detailed, otherwise, we might overlook a loophole and that was what you wanted to prevent by all means!"
Shane, who had talked with Talia through the Hidden Paradise, nodded his head before he took Cosmo and mumbled.
"Can you take us outside the palace?"
Cosmo was finally able to understand Shane properly and followed his instructions.
**
Ten minutes later, Shane left Caera through the Dimension Portal. This was only possible because he had sold the spatial restriction parchment for 3,000 gold coins.
Afterward, he had purchased the [Tier-1 (Mythic)] body refining technique that he required to construct a perfect Apprentice stage physique for 2,500 gold coins, which reduced his fortune to 250 gold coins.
Nevertheless, he had more than enough gold left to activate the Dimension Portal in order to travel back to Igra and return to Masua as soon as possible.
"First, send me the details of the kind of deal you want to offer the other students with non-combat-oriented occupations!"
Shane and Talia had already planned to sign a proper contract with other students that had similar occupations to his small artisan group members.

The only issue they would face was to earn adequate funds for everything. Shane had to pay them a fair price while nurturing them in order to be able to set aside the surplus gold coins.
With that in mind, Shane, who had just emerged inside the Shirai academy's Portal hall, could only ponder whether their payment would be exciting or not.
'Will that act as a motivational boost for those students' whose mentality and confidence has been destroyed?'
Shane was not sure about that, but he could tell that Talia had worked hard in order to find the most efficient way, which would allow them to earn the most.
At the same time, Shane figured out that her payment rate showed how much she appreciated everyone's hard work.
According to the file she had sent Shane, Talia wanted to divide the revenue from goods into four parts.
The first section would deduct the costs for all raw materials used in order to produce the finished product.
This indicated that the sole profits were divided into the remaining three parts.
10%-15% of those profits would be used to pay the artisan's income.
Meanwhile, 45%-50% would be used to invest in the faction which would allow them to nurture new talents, purchase new blueprints, new tools, construct new houses, workshops, and other necessities within the Hidden Paradise, and so on.
The rest would be saved in order to act as Shane's wallet, and at the same time to awaken his world's mana heart as soon as possible.
Only Talia and other, similar occupations that didn't produce any tangible goods had to be paid differently, which was, however, not a problem.
Shane knew that he would require more people that looked after organizing and managing everything which was very important to prevent chaos.
They were to be paid from that 45%-50 % that would be used to invest into the faction.
Talia was quick-witted and had already figured out that Shane might require lots of funds in order to purchase all kinds of things.
This made her think that it was better to transfer the remaining profits, that was not immediately required, to Shane, who could safeguard it without anyone knowing how much funds they had saved until now.
If an artisan caught wind of the fact that Talia might have saved several million gold coins, they might ignore the contract they were about to sign and force her to transfer the funds to them.
Shane was the strongest amongst them all as well as the person who owned the Hidden Paradise and the soon-to-be-established faction.
As such, he was the person they could rely on the most.
In the end, it had been Shane who had made everything possible and even if he would use lots of funds that they would want to save up, Talia and the others were sure that he would have a reason for those expenses.
To put it simply, everyone trusted Shane, and the new artisan they would hire, wouldn't know anything about the fact that Shane hoarded all of their funds either way.
The new non-combat occupations would only know about their share of 10%-15% from the profits. Nothing else about the rest of the profits was written in the contract!
Before they came into possession of the Space doors, both Shane and Talia were a little bit worried about the contract. They had felt helpless for some time because they neither had a different workshop as the Hidden Paradise, where those students with non-combat oriented occupations could work, nor the possibility to return to Igra, or even a different Dimension whenever they wanted to.
They were tied to Shane which was not advantageous in their case.
Talia and the others had noticed this when Shane had barely walked alive from his battle with the Air chanter panther and their confidence in Shane's overbearing strength had been shaken.
Only after Shane had survived had they finally understood how foolish their decision to enter the Hidden Paradise had been.
Fortunately, all the issues had been taken care of with the Space Door which Shane wanted to place within the Shirai academy.
He didn't have his own land on Igra and neither did he have any idea as to where to place the Space door without being too far away from the next Dimension Portal.
Having a Dimension Portal was important because it would allow everyone to venture wherever they wanted to It would allow them to return to the Shirai academy, where the Space door as the sole connection to the Hidden Paradise, would be situated.
In the end, Shane wanted to earn a huge fortune but not at the price of someone's freedom.
