Primordial Dimensions Chapter 107

Seeing Shane's result and his calm demeanor, Mr.Larka was convinced that Shane belonged to an influential family. He sized the student in front of him from head to toe once again.
Noticing his teacher's behavior, he felt weird, as he once again asked his teacher.
"Teacher! Can I leave?"
This seemed to pull his teacher out of his train of thoughts, as he looked into Shane's eyes before he nodded.
"Yes, you can go...be punctual tomorrow onwards!"
Nodding his head, Shane ignored the several hundred pairs of glaring eyes that wished him to either collapse on the ground, break his leg, or something like that, as he walked past them.
It was barely 8:30 am and there were almost 24 hours left for him to spend his time however he wanted. Thus, he decided to take a look at Aimy and Olivia's martial art proficiency exam before leaving.
Fortunately, he didn't have to wait long for Aimy to start with her demonstration, because her family name was Ash. It wouldn't be long before Olivia's turn either, whose family name was Berg, to start her exam as well.
The professor of class 52 noticed Shane looking at her students' exams, which caused her to feel astonished. It was unlikely that many students had already finished their exams.
Furthermore, leaving the class just like that after completing the assessment spoke a thousand words about his sympathy for a working-class community.
Slightly annoyed, she decided to rationally observe the youth who approached them. checked his [Martial art proficiency] ranking which would update immediately after one submitted their assessment to their teacher.
There were roughly more than ten students who had finished their exams. Seeing the black-haired youth's demeanor, she subconsciously looked at the first place, before she clicked on the result in order to see the connected student's profile.
Widening her eyes, she could barely get her act together in order to look like a professional in front of her students, as Aimy finished her assessment.
Seeing Shane approaching them, she remembered that his name was Suro. It meant that his turn was later, causing her to look at him in confusion.
Lightly bowing to the teacher, as learned in his etiquette lessons to greet someone quietly without causing a disturbance, he approached Aimy. She went to the back of class 52's corner of the colosseum floor, where Olivia was.

He greeted them, and Olivia was astonished to see him, while Aimy only asked herself if this was even okay. But after looking at her teacher, who returned the gaze nonchalantly, it seemed to be okay, as long as nobody interrupted anything.
Whispering, she asked,
"How did you do?" to which Shane answered,
"It was okay, you?"
"Well, as expected," Aimy said, not showing much emotion, because she felt suspicious about Shane. However, she didn't dare to check the ranking, in fear that she might shout out.
Twenty minutes had passed until it was Olivia's turn. After she returned with the expected result, Shane and the two girls decided to make way for the other students, leaving the colosseum for the day.
They talked to each other for some time, before Shane stated his wish to enter the Primordial Dimension in order to refine his body further. Hearing him, Aimy suddenly said.
"Why don't you use the refining capsules the academy has? Renting a basic one for a whole day costs 30 silver coins and you only have to provide your own nutrition solutions and mana stones.
These refining capsules will refill the nutrition, once they're below a certain threshold, while the same applies to mana stones.
However, the best thing about the refining capsules is that you don't really feel how much time has passed."
Hearing her suggestion made him quickly check the academy's map, and Aimy explained to him where everything was. Olivia enthusiastically added.
"Aimy let's go too! We can't neglect our physique!"
Frowning, Aimy knew that if she disagreed with her best friend now, she would most likely sulk for days.
As such, she reluctantly nodded her head, which Olivia noticed happily, as she dragged Shane and Aimy towards their school building.
Entering the elevator in order to reach the underground floors took only five minutes before they reached their final destination.
There were several rows of hundreds of refining capsules and Shane couldn't help but praise the academy's funds.
The refining capsules seemed nothing special, and one could compare them to metal coffins with a glass window in front, while a mask hung from the upper end.
There was a box divided into two segments for the nutrition solutions and the mana stones. Shane assumed that the whole capsule would be filled with water after he entered it and wore the mask.

Shane couldn't help but feel that technology was really advanced on Igra, even if it underwent a huge change through the existence of mana.
Turning to Olivia who behaved as if she was at home here, he asked,
"Do I have to change into trunks?"
This question would have been weird to ask Aimy. But he didn't feel embarrassed or awkward when he asked Olivia, because she was a battle maniac, which he was already familiar with.
"Dunno, just enter it with your boxers"
Hearing this, Aimy's eyes widened, as Shane took his clothes off, without minding the two girls next to him.
Standing in front of the two, only wearing boxers, he noticed Aimy blush. Meanwhile, Olivia exclaimed "Nice body!!", before he turned around in order to access the refining capsule right next to him.
Finishing the whole process, he pondered for a moment, before taking out 25 [Tier-1 (Trash)] mana stones and four [Tier-1 (Trash)] nutrition solutions, which he laid adequately into the box.
Noticing this, both Olivia and Aimy were astonished, before Olivia minded her own business. She turned to the refining capsule next to Shane's, while Aimy continued to stare at his body.
Entering the capsule, he put on the oxygen mask, before he locked the glass door.
Pressing on the green button that was directly above the red one, nutrition, mana, and warm water slowly filled the capsule, until it was completely filled.
Taking a deep breath through the oxygen mask, he immediately calmed down. His passive [Hunter's mind] skill helped him relax before he adjusted his breathing.
After everything was done, Shane began to exert his [Mortal-(Mythic)] body refining technique, as his body began to absorb the mana and the nutrition surrounding him greedily.
The flow was extremely smooth and Shane, who used to suppress the full capacities of his technique before, removed his restriction in order to test the waters. It caused his body to be filled with mana and nutrition almost immediately.
With his eyes closed, he calmly circulated the mana throughout his body according to the described paths, tempering his physique consistently.
More than ten hours passed until Aimy and Olivia completed their body refining season.
Drying their bodies and changing into clean and dry clothes, they suddenly remembered that Shane had accompanied them.
'Did he leave already?' Aimy asked herself when she heard Olivia exclaiming
"He is still inside! Shane is so determined...WOAH!!"
Nodding her head, the desire to go back cultivating or do another body refining session ignited within Aimy as she gazed at Shane.
Olivia felt exactly the same, but unfortunately, they had used up most of their funds. It forced them to ration their cultivation resources until they would enter the Primordial Dimensions once again.
Sighing deeply, Aima dragged Olivia back to their dorm, leaving Shane alone.
**
After Shane sensed the scarcity of nutrition and mana around him he opened his eyes., He stopped the refining capsules, and the warm water around him went down the drain below him.
Taking off the mask, he opened the glass door before he left the capsule.
He looked around, but Aimy and Olivia were nowhere to be seen. Shane had somehow predicted this already and looking at the time, he could only smile lightly.
'The refining capsule is worse compared to the session within the tranquil forest, however, it definitely is better for a longer period. I didn't notice that so much time had passed...not bad, indeed!'
Feeling the strength within his body, Shane couldn't help but feel happy, as he quietly murmured.
"One long session and I'm finally done!!"
Drying his body, he walked towards the changing room in order to put on dry underwear, before he took out a dry combat suit for the Combat ranking.
"Let's go! I have to meet some fellow Mortal states!!"

World Story: Biographies of Extraordinary People
Important note: I’d like to thank Dr. Buller for their advice on dialogue by their critical review. And I’m on a one-month break to post the first revised chapters on Scribble Hub. Please stay tuned! Even in faraway worlds, every folk had a story, and monsters came in numerous shapes and sizes. However, heroes never existed in this otherworld. Even the most idealistic understood this deep within. But as they abandoned their humanity at times, they quickly regained it. It was not that they became human again. They always were. So what happened when the monster devoid of humanity appeared? Well, the “heroes” sought to slay it at all costs either way, lest it would be the end of their stories. A portal/isekai fantasy that I wanted to deconstruct some elements within. Expect a whole ton of references and dialogue because I’ll deliberately write it more like a light novel. The last thing to consider is that Japanese names in my novel will come with kanji/hiragana characters within parentheses. The same goes for any other derived from non-Latin writing systems. It’s because none of the names I write will be accidental or random. They’ll all have meaning. New chapters Monday to Thursday at 11:00 PM (GMT+8), though sometimes I can’t. Credit for the cover art goes to HWPerfidy. She’s a freelance artist on this site, and I’d love anyone who shows her support.
