After the conclusion of her afternoon class, Jiang Yao was on her way to Shengqi Hospital in a car driven by Manager Sun.

She left her class at half-past four and arrived at the conference room right on time at five.

Everyone that attended the meeting was very courteous with Jiang Yao, greeting her politely, a far cry from their initial hostile attitude just months ago.

“Everyone’s present? Great, since it’s already five now, I’ll not delay everyone’s time.” Jiang Yao went to the center of the room and disclosed the reason she asked for a meeting today. “I want the human resources department to handle some recruitment responsibilities and the finance department to talk to the bank and see how much capital they can provide us.”

“I support creating a pharmaceutical manufacturing company, but why do you want to start a research lab too? A research lab is always a money-losing venture, there’s no point to it.” As the only shareholder other than Jiang Yao, Mr. Feng raised his opinion. “I agree with forming a pharmaceutical company but I disagree with the decision to create the research lab.”
