The Tale Of Three Sisters Chapter 204

The following day.
Kate and Ivy went to the island, they were fetched by Zemeth and Ramza from the mountain.
Ella stayed firm with her decision.
She was sitting on the wooden bench outside the door when Aspen arrived.
"Why are you sitting here alone? Where's everybody?" asked Aspen.
"Sister Kate and Ivy went to the island together with Zemeth and Ramza," she replied.
"And what are you doing here, sulking alone?" Aspen asked, he just came from the island two hours ago. He already knew everything based on Grandpa Jegun's narration.
"I don't want to see Agran!" Ella blurted out.
Aspen sighed. "I know. I understand. So...will you be okay here?" he asked patting her shoulder firmly. He grinned.
Before Ella knows it, she and Aspen were already teleported into the island.
Ella glared at Aspen. "This is not good! You are forcing me to come here even if against my will!" she protested.
"Oh, don't be angry at me. It's your sister's Kate's idea and I'm just obeying her command," Aspen explained.
Ella pouted and went to the shade of the tree.
Aspen went inside the house and informed Kate that her sister had arrived and refused to get inside the house.
Kate went to Ella's location. She lowered herself on the ground beside her sour-faced sister. She smiled. "Don't get mad at Aspen. I told him to bring you here. I don't want you to be alone in the mountain. Don't worry, Agran made a promise to avoid you today at all cost so that your mood won't be destroyed," she explained.
Ella sighed.
Kate breathed deeply. "If you want to leave, I'll instruct Aspen to bring you back to the mountain," she offered.
"No need. I'll just stay here until we go back to the mountain," Ella replied.
"Okay as you say so...wait...I'll get some food from the house and I'll bring it here," Kate said, she rose to her feet and left.
Ella took a long breath and stared at the blue ocean.
She was unaware that Agran was looking at her back from afar, wearing a sad look on his face.

ONE YEAR LATER.
~~~
Zemeth and Ivy formed a solid friendship.
While Ella and Agra's situation remained the same. Ella still refused to talk and forgive Agran.
One day, Grandpa Jegun devised a plan to gauge Ella's true feelings for Agran.
He went to the mountain and have a serious talk with Ella.
"Child, Agran was truly heartbroken with your cold treatment towards him. He was hoping that before he left the island, he can have a heart to heart talk with you," Jegun said.
Ella's brows knitted together. "Huh? Why he's leaving? And where he's going?" she asked curiously, her heart was beating rapidly.
"He's going to migrate in the Nephilim Kingdom and stay with his mother's relative," Jegun lied.
A cloud of sadness flashed on Ella's face. She went silent.
"He will be leaving tomorrow, he wished to talk and see you before he leaves the island for good," Jegun said.
Ella bit her lip. Her hatred for Agran diminished overtime. But she's still not willing to see him, her mind refuses to see him but her heart was screaming for the opposite. She was confused right now. "Thanks for informing me, Grandpa. I can't still decide yet," she said.
Jegun sighed. "Okay, don't be late tomorrow. Agran will leave the island after lunch. I'll take my leave now," he said.
Ella watched as Grandpa exited the house and talked to Kate outside the house. She ran to the bedroom, locked the door, and cried in the bed.
Outside the house.
Jegun sighed. "As expected, Ella still refused to talk to Agran. It's up to you now, Kate," Jegun said.
"I know Grandpa, leave it to me," Kate said.
"I'm leaving now," Jegun said. "I hope Ella will change her mind..."
Kate nodded her head. "I'll try my best, Grandpa!" she responded.
Jegun teleported back to the island, he vanished from Kate's view instantly.
Kate entered the house and found her sister crying inside the bedroom. "Why are you crying?"
Ella didn't reply and continue sobbing.
Kate released a deep sigh. "Why are you so stubborn and hardheaded? Why don't you forgive Agran? Now, he's leaving the island. He will live in the city and going to meet a lot of beautiful girls there, enjoying his life while you are sulking, pitying yourself in this mountain, feeling sorry for yourself, stuck in the curse of being an old woman for the rest of your life..."
Kate paused for a moment to catch her breath. Then she continues...
"Honestly, no one will marry you with your appearance. Only Agran is willing to marry you with all his heart. Now, he's leaving the island and you will be left alone on your own, regretting that you did not forgive him. Be practical, sis! Agran offered you his love and marriage as compensation, a good offer I must say! Please don't let this golden opportunity go wasted. Your youthful look will be restored after you give birth to your baby and you will have Agran as your husband. What else can you ask for?" she gave her sister a lengthy lecture.
Ella's wailing continues.
Kate sighed. "Wake up my dear sister before it's too late! Time waits for no one! Please think about what I said to you today," she said and left the room quietly.
Ella wiped the tears from her face.
After a while, she realized that she can't hate Agran forever. He was such a sweet boy. He loves her and willing to marry her even if she looks like an old woman. Maybe it's about time to see him and reconcile with him before he will go away.
She was afraid that she might never see him again if he leaves the island for good, he will soon forget about her!
No! She doesn't want him to forget about her!
She rose to her feet bravely and exited the room. She will swallow her pride this time.
Kate was outside the door, waiting for Ella to leave the bedroom. "Sister..."
Ella looked at her. "I'm willing to see Agran now!" she said with urgency in her voice.
Kate smiled brightly and hugged her sister. "I'm glad that you finally come to your senses! Ramza is waiting outside, he will take you to the island," she said.
The girls went outside the house.
Kate looked at Ramza and smiled sweetly. "My sister is now ready to see Agran. Please take her to the island," she winked at him.
Ramza smiled brightly. "Finally!" he said merrily. He activated the portal and the neon opening appeared in front of them. He looked at Ella and smiled. "Time to see Agran..." he said softly.
Ella nodded her head in confirmation.
They entered the portal and disappeared from Kate's view.
A huge relief washed over Kate.
She went to the flower garden to tell Zemeth and Ivy the good news.
She arrived at the garden and halted on her tracks. Her eyes widened at the sweet scene she saw on the wooden bench. Oh, are they kissing? Zemeth face was close to her sister.
But she was wrong with her assumption. Zemeth was just putting flowers on Ivy's hair!
Kate heard her sister's giggles... OMG! she's giggling! Her eyes sparkled in amusement. Tears of happiness shone in her eyes.
Finally...things are getting better for all of them!
She went back to the house, no longer wanting to disturb the love birds.
~~~
Ramza and Ella arrived at the island.
"You can find Agran at the back of the house, staring at the forest with a blank stare in his eyes, feeling lonely. Go and talk to him," Ramza told Ella.
"Okay," Ella nodded her head. With slow steps, she walked towards the backyard.
She found him there... chopping firewood.
He put the machete on the ground after seeing her presence. A look of surprise and happiness registered on his face. "Ella! You've finally come!" he said.
"Are you leaving the island for good?" Ella asked him, direct to the point.
Agran nodded his head sadly. "Yeah, Grandpa Jegun wants me to experience the world outside," he admitted.
Fresh tears sprang in Ella's eyes. "A-are you going to leave me?" she asked, her mouth quivering, struggling with her emotion.
Agran scratches his head. "I don't want to...but...but... it looks like you don't want to see me anymore. So, I should go away," he said with a hint of bitterness in his voice.
Ella bit her lip.
Agran sighed and looked at her in the eyes. "Look... I want to apologize for biting you and for transferring the curse to you. My offer still stands...I'm willing to reverse the curse so that your youthful look will be restored. Then I will disappear from your life completely. Just say yes and I will do it without second thoughts because I want to you be happy," he said, looking at her adoringly.
Ella stared at him, his sincere words cut deep through her icy heart. "If I command you that you will stay on the island and never leave, will you do that for me?" she asked him.
Agran smiled. "Yes, of course! I'll do anything for you! Because you're my life!" he declared.
Tears of happiness appeared in Ella's eyes. "Then don't leave the island. Don't leave me!" she insisted in a hysterical voice.
"Of course, I won't leave you!" Agran smiled broadly with open arms. "Come here, let me hug you because I miss you so much!" he ordered.
Ella bolted into his open arms and was immediately imprisoned by his sweet embrace.
Agran hugged her tightly. He planted a kiss on her head. "I miss you so much! I love you!" he murmured.
"I miss you too! I love you!" Ella responded with tears of happiness glistening in her eyes.
They were now officially a couple!
They hugged each other, as if there's no tomorrow, savoring each other's precious presence. The night becomes so magical and romantic, that the couple doesn't want to be separated from each other anymore.
Jegun smiled happily while watching the sweet couple from the door of the kitchen. 'Aw, sweet young love!' he thought to himself.
He exited the kitchen quietly and went to the beach to inform everyone that the young couple finally reconciled.
It was such a happy moment for, Agran and Ella, and for their loved ones who sincerely rooted for them.

The Shadow That Preludes Death (The Favoured)
Magic and fantastical beasts run wild on the countless worlds of the Fabric. Deities take an active interest in the Fabric. The Favoured, immortal mages of immense power vie for territory and power in the Fabric. Umbra a naive ward of the Duke is almost Grown and that means she will need to take an apprenticeship. The issue is she isn't good at anything, but she catches the eye of a master of magic, he thinks she might be one of the fabled Protectors the ones that would save them from the coming destruction. But Umbra isn't the hero everyone wants her to be. Updates will at least one chapter every two days. Notable Location Poliagoras. Poliagoras is the most important world in the Fabric partly due to it being the centre of everything both literally and metaphorically. Trade, commerce, travel, and politics are all conducted primarily on Poliagoras, it has the biggest city in the fabric stretching to cover almost the entire world. It also holds all the known Great portals in the Fabric which are the only way to travel to other worlds. Even without these things, Poliagoras would still be the most important world in the Fabric as it is home to the largest population of Favoured. They were mages chosen by the Deities and given the potential to become more than mortal. I cannot overstate how appreciated constructive criticism is. This is the first story I have written of my own volition so even a small comment on how I could improve would be great. The current title is most definitely a working one. I know it isn't great.
