"Well guys, let's use some magic and finish our work really fast who knows if we will live to see the sunrise after the fight" Michael said,

"Hey shush, don't jinx it" Cecile replied and he glared at her,

"You stay quiet always picking on me, hmm go on and help the soldiers train show them you wonderful skills" Michael said,

"Why are you two fighting like little kids?" Daniel asked,

"He is the reason" Cecile said,

"Cecile come on you started it by troubling him about Octavia, it is not his fault, give him some breathing space" Cassius replied,

"Fine, " she said smiling then patted Michal on his shoulder.

"You know, if I was a villain, I would have killed Cecile first, " he said and they laughed,

"Well, it is a good thing that you are not" Cassius replied as he used his speed to train with the soldiers and if they were to come across a fast vampire they would know how and where to hit it.

Michael could not use his powers to train the soldiers for he did not want to hurt them even by mistake, but Cecile, she took out her black demon whips and was rearing to go.

She was not easy on the soldiers at all, she moved really fast and hit them by their weak spots, when she finished, she pointed out where they need to improve and block when fighting.

Octavia wanted to see how the soldiers/ knights were progressing so she came down in the arena with them.

"Hey, " she said and the soldiers bowed to her including Daniel.

"Your highness" they said,

"It's okay continue your training, i want to see how much you guys have learned" she replied and they raised up.

"I thought you were supposed to be meditating" Liam said,

"I wanted to see how you guys train, leave me be bro" she replied,

"Fine, but then get to your meditating is that clear?" he asked,

"Yeah... Crystal" she responded.

"Why does that sound like she said to to hell?" Liam asked,

"Probably because that's what she meant" Scarlette responded smiling.

As they continued their training Octavia noticed that one of the knights was not keeping up and she also noticed how young he was and on the verge of collapsing, she gasped and rushed over to him, as he was about to fall she grabbed on to him then they immediately stopped the training.

"Are you okay, kid?" she asked and he smiled,

"I am fine, " he responded as they took him to sit down.

"Daniel gives them a break, " she said,

"Okay your highness" he replied, then sent them on a break.

"Are you okay?" Michael asked the boy as he gave him some water to drink.

"Yeah, I am just a little exhausted" he responded,

"Kid why are you in my army?" she asked and they all looked at her,

"Octavia" Liam said,

"Shush, I am talking to him, " she replied,

"I want an answer this instant" she said and Liam swallowed in fear.

The kid sat up as she stared at him.

"I am sorry if I disappointed you, " he said and she folded her cuffs in anger,

"I am here because my father sent me to work and I want to help too your highness" he replied.

"Is your father by any chance the goldsmith that loves to take advantage of innocent people?" she asked,

"Octavia he had no hand in that you cannot take it out on him" Scarlette said,

"I am not speaking to any of you am i?" she asked and they downed their heads.

"Yes, my father is that very goldsmith that you have been getting complaints about" he said and she gasped,

"Are you the kid that he adopted to slave for him?" she asked,

"Octavia that is enough" Liam shouted,

"Shut it Liam" she shouted as she got angrier and her eyes glowed black , her brother jumped in fear.

"Yes, I am that child, " he said and tears came to her eyes as she stopped down and he looked at her.

"Look at me and take off your shirt, I want to see something, " she said and he stood up.

"Octavia, what are you doing?" her brother asked,

"Just let me be bro please, " she responded as the guy took his shirt off.

She then made him turn around and everyone saw the whip marks on his back.

"I have gotten a lot of complaints against your father if I take action against him in my own hand what will you do?, will you have a problem with that?" she asked,

"You are my queen you can do what you think is right" he responded,

"Forget for a moment that I am your queen and tell me your thoughts kid, " she said and frowned.

"I would want him punished, he is a really cruel man, i wished that i was left in the orphange then to be with a guy like him, " he replied as tears rolled down his cheek, then he hugged Octavia and as he did that she stared at the mark on his back then folded her cuffs in anger.

"You will be fine, you are a big boy live how you want, but are you sure that you are up for joining us in a war?" she asked and he raised up.

"Yes i am, i will train hard and do my best, but i will not let you down" he responded and she smiled,

"Those are fresh marks why did he hit you again?" she asked,

"I would have to take a beaten everyday until i decide to quit, i joined against his will" he responded and her friends gasped.

The queen laughed "i will be going home with you tonight, i think it is time that bastard learnt his real place in this kingdom" she said,

"Okay your highness" he replied with a bow.

"No need to bow again, it's fine, you can relax this afternoon , he likes to use innocent kids as slave, when i am through with him he would wish he had died as a child" she said as her eyes glowed red.
