The Tribrid Girl Chapter 133

A little while after Michael slept away on the bed near the princess and she hugged him while sleeping.
After having a lot of nightmares, she flung p from her sleep and saw Michael laying beside her, the girl got up and changed into a long white night gown then went into the balcony and sat down.
She looked up at the stars and frowned as her hands started to glow black and she jumped in fear.
"You killed him with your own hands didn't you?" Damien asked as he showed up out of nowhere,
"I had no other choice, i had to save my friends but it's caused me something and i can feel it" she responded,
"The darkness is building up inside of you your highness" he said,
"Yeah i know, the last fight is near, prepare yourself to keep your promise to me Damien" she replied,
"Don't worry i will" he said then patted her on the head and she hugged him crying.
Damien felt sorry for the young girl, his heart was melting for her and he knew that but he did not care.
'Octavia you have to pull through this or else you will lose the war in this" he said as she started to float in the air and a dark smoke surrounded her as Damien held on to her hand.
'Damien" she said,
'Listen to me, close your eyes and focus on the good energy around yo, not the bad ones, think about your friends" he replied.
The girl closed her eyes and remembered all the good moments she had with them, while doing that the darkness disappeared and Damien pulled her down and hugged her.
'I am truly sorry for everything that i have done to hurt you, i know you cannot forgive me but i will be here for you, you are just like your mother Octavia" he said to himself while smiling.

She then raised up "thank you Damien and can you find out how i can get rid of the darkness it is consuming me and i do not want to turn on my friends, if i do then kill me make sure you do it, i do not want them to have to carry that burden" she said with a frown,
"Nothing like that will happen" she replied as he gave her a silver necklace which had a silver wolf as the pendant.
'It will help you with bad dreams, i will find a solution i promise, now go back to sleep your body needs to heal form the inside he said then disappeared.
Th queen grabbed the blanket covered Michael then went back into her balcony and covered herself with another blanket and slept away in the cold under the stars.
The next morning when Michael woke up he saw her sleeping in the balcony and the sun was hitting her on the face, he smiled and tapped her on the shoulder.
She looked at him "go back to sleep why are you disturbing me?" she asked as she saw the bright sun light then looked at him with a frown.
"Good morning your highness" he said and she looked at her sternly,
"Don't even think about mocking me, good morning" she replied and he laughed,
"Come on let's go for breakfast' he said as he grabbed on to her hand and pulled her out of the room while she left staring at him.
Upon arriving at the dining hall everyone left looking at them.
'Nice night gown" Cecile said,
'Thank you and good morning" she replied as she looked at Michael who smiled nervously as Octavia sat down then he did.
"Michael seems like you made an enemy this early in the morning" Cassius said,

"You bet he did" Octavia replied and he trembled,
"Don't be so harsh on the kid" he said as he patted himself on the shoulder and she kicked him,
"Ouch, you didn't have to do that" he said,
"You more than deserved it" she replied as the maids served them.
She looked at the food but did not had the appetite to eat.
"Go on dig in, you have not eaten much in days" Cecile asked and she smiled nervously as she ate.
"Your highnesses good morning, i have captured him, when you are ready he is in the dungeons" Daniel said,
"Thank you Daniel and can you double the guards around the castle please?" she asked and they stared at her,
"I can your highness" he responded then left.
'Why are you doubling the guards?" Liam asked,
'For your safety" she responded,
"Understandable but is it from the guy in blue?" Liam asked,
'Yeah and myself" she responded,
"What do you mean by yourself?" Liam asked,
"Does not matter can you please stop asking questions now brother?" she asked,
"Sorry" he responded then frowned and she stretched and held on to his hand but as she did that Liam sensed a bunch of darkness then looked at her with concern.
"What is it?, why are you looking at me like that bro?" she asked,
'Are you sure you are going to be alright sis?" he asked and she smiled gently,
'I will be fine, you are going to have to trust me and about what transpired when the guy in blue was here, i just wanted to say that i am sorry for the way i treated you, i had no other option" she said,
"It's fine, but why hasn't he return?" Cassius asked,
"He is probably waiting for the right time, nothing gets pass him" she responded,
"Are you afraid of him your highness?" Michael asked,
"We all should be afraid Michael once he chooses a prey he won't stop until he either had what he wants or the prey is dead" she responded.
'He is really scary and cruel but i promise that he will die for what he did to my family, that was manslaughter" Michael said as his eyes glowed and he folded his cuffs in anger.

I wish to improve my writing, and this story would be the first novel i've ever written... Updates will be posted very erratically. If you will rate this story less than 3 stars, please do leave a review so I will know what the problem was in the story. Cover art is not mine and I found it here. If the artist wants it taken down, I shall comply. Hiatus until summer kicks in. It's a bit of a mess right now. Also, please check out my other fiction, Alice in Magicland. Delicate as Glass
[participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge] Nuri, an [Assistant Glassworker], only has a single Skill. It’s really not fair. He’s worked in the hot shop his entire life, following in his father’s footsteps after his parents passed away, but he’s stuck. Despite possessing above-average talent as an artisan, he still hasn’t shed his [Assistant] status, gained a second Skill, or even leveled enough to reach the first Threshold. Besides, he’s bored; most days he daydreams of adventure and becoming a hero, or pines for the renown that’s sure to be his if he evolves his Class into a [Master Glass Smith], but nothing ever changes—until suddenly, fate strikes, and nothing is ever the same again. These days, Nuri sees more magic, prestige, and adventure than he can handle as he gets swept up in realm-shaking conspiracies and desperate fights for his life. Maybe a boring life wasn’t so bad after all. Disclaimers: 1) Names were mostly chosen through random generators and aren’t necessarily final. If they seem derivative or boring, blame RNG. 2) Skills, Classes, levels, and the entire system is currently a work in progress; please be kind if it’s not very well fleshed out yet. 3) This is the first full-length novel I've set out to write without a single plot point ready. I had nothing in mind other than a recent visit to a hot shop. Molten glass is pretty awesome. 4) Related, I know much less about glass than I’d like. I did some research, but mistakes are bound to happen. If you have a correction, thanks! Please be polite about it. 5) The prose is my experimental attempt at first-person, present tense. I realize it may not be everyone’s preference, but I hope you’ll give it a try anyway!
