"Want me to get you out of here?" he asked,
"Nope i cannot leave" she responded,
"Why not?" he asked,
"I do not want her to hurt the people, they are innocent and has nothing to do with all of this" she said,
"Yeah i know, i am going to keep my promise but after that will you be able to fight me?" he asked,
The girl hesitated to answer him " i will" she responded,
He sighed "oaky then, i suggest you prepare for some drama and look your lover boy did not come, if he really did care about you, he would have came before me" he said with a wicked smirk.
The guy in black left as he appeared back with the others, Cassius looked at him "is she okay?" he asked,
The guy looked at him sternly "yes, i do not need any army just a few people and i am going to free her tomorrow" he said as he left.
"Who does he think he is?" Cassius asked,
"He is right and i am going with him" Liam said and walked out of the room,
The queen sighed the king and i have to stay here" she said,
"I will go and it's already late, you guys go to bed" he replied as he walked away and went to her room.
Spending the night in the dungeon was hard for the girl but she did anyway, as for Cassius they were all ready for tomorrow and slept well that night.
The next morning when she woke up at the sound of the castle bell. The princess entire body was hurting. The king summoned her to his chambers, the guards took her there, he then passed his hands on her face.

"Don't touch me" she said.
He laughed and gave her some clothes,
"Put that on we will be having breakfast together" he said,
"How am i supposed to do that when i am in these?" she asked,
"Fine, i will take them off but if you think about using your power against us, you know what will happen" he responded,
She sighed as he took it off, the girl then grabbed the clothes "take her to her room and wait with her" he said,
"Okay sire" the maid replied.
The girl went to her room, took a bath and got dressed when she finished the maid combed her hair "your highness" she said,
"Yes" Octavia replied,
"You have to save us, the killed one of the servant boys yesterday, please my lady" she said.
Octavia took a tissue, got up and wiped the girl's tears "do not worry as your next queen i will fix everything, now just go back to doing your normal routine" she said,
The maid smiled "thank you" she replied as she took Octavia to have breakfast with the king,
"Well well look who is here" Brianna said,
The girl sat down, just looking at Brianna sitting in her mother's chair, she got upset and wanted to leave but then the king looked at her sternly so she sat quietly.
"So Octavia you thought about what i told you?" she asked,
Octavia looked at her sternly "oh come on, don't be like that, at least think about your people" she said,
The maid looked at the princess and she sighed "i will think about it, i just need time" she replied as she drank her tea.
"So if you do agree then you will have to marry our master" the kings said,
"Master?" the girl asked,

"Yes, he would love to have you by his side" Brianna said,
The girl felt as if she was surrounded by demons "yeah whatever, i am not marrying anyone" she replied,
"Do you really think Cassius loves you?" the king asked,
She looked at him "i don't know" she responded,
Brianna laughed "i think you knew from the start he was never the right person, sweetheart , i think you love someone but it's not Cassius" she said,
"Just drop it, your highness" she replied.
"Leave her alone Brianna" the king said as he stared at the girl.
"Now i know why you really brought her here" Brianna whispered,
"Just shut up and let her be, i think maybe she will change her mind about all of this" he replied,
"Your master, is it Damien?" she asked,
"Yes but he has a sidekick unknown to all of us, you can never have the gut to face him" Brianna said,
The girl eyes glowed red "i suggest you watch how you speak Brianna" Octavia said,
"Enough you two, Octavia go to your room and stay there" the king said.
Octavia went to her room and the guard locked the door from outside and there was a barrier around it so that she cannot leave.
She threw herself on the bed "i am trapped here and if i make a move they might kill someone, i swear i will make them pay for what they are doing" she said to herself.
"Good morning" the guy in black said,
She looked at him "morning" she replied,
"Seems as if you have got your hands tied" he said,
"Do not do anything as yet, we have to wait" she replied,
"Yeah i figured, be careful around them, they are smart" he said,
"I know, uh why do you talk about Cassius like that?" she asked,
"Oh so you were paying attention, i am just saying you cannot trust someone blindly" he said,
"But i.. do i know you from before?" she asked,
He looked at her sternly "why do you ask?" he asked,
"I feel like i met you long before this, i just cannot grasp where" she said,
"Just forget about it, if you want to spend time with me all you have to do is aske" he replied as he came over her on the bed,
She stared at his eyes and how cold they were, he passed his finger on her face, his hand was cold but she closed her eyes as he touched her, after realizing she was somehow comfortable, the girl pushed him off of her.
He smiled "what's wrong?" he asked,
"Do not do that again" she said.

Medley of Fates Worse than Death
Rick wakes up in a world unknown to him. He doesn't know what exactly happened or why he is there, he just feels he's not from that world as if he had Dissociative amnesia. Soon after waking up, he gets attacked not once, not twice but three times in a single day. Our hero can know how strong enemies are thanks to a special ability of his, but the thing is... What good does it do to know just how weak you are compared to a deadly creature chasing you? This is a LitRPG Fantasy Adventure in which battles are won (or lost) with strategy and wits as our protagonists aren't necessarily the strongest... So if you enjoy more strategic battles I think you will love this story!About the chapters: I will post mostly 1,300 or so word chapters, I love weekly manga and feel like that pacing is similar to the one in a weekly serial chapter, hopefully, you enjoy these chunk-sized chapters :) I only do this for fun in my free time so I think I will probably post a chapter a week, but if my patreon ever gets busy I might put more time into my hobby xD If you feel like checking out some of the newest chapters, I have them over on my Patreon (Currently 5 chapters in advance): www.patreon.com/rija Extra info (Might get spoilery): As the story progresses I intend to add more strategy, politics and economics into the story, but it will still be mostly a LitRpg action-adventure. (Also if you had read my synopsis previously I changed it a bit because the elements I mentioned before in the synopsis won't come into play until much later into the story, and that's why I changed it.)
