He Xinyan looked up and smiled when she was Li Yuyan, "Why do I need your permission? Li Yuyan, I am the chairman."

Li Yuyan opened and closed her mouth several times, ". . . Well, so! You can't fire me for no reason!"

He Xinyan stood up from her chair and leaned forward against her desk, "Like I said, I am the chairman. I don't need any reason to fire a lowly worker like you."

Li Yuyan scoffed when she heard this and flipped her hair proudly.

"How about this? I won't fire you." He Xinyan smiled, "I will demote you to. . . to a bathroom cleaning lady!" He Xinyan clapped her hands together excitedly.

Meanwhile, Li Yuyan's face turned green and her body shook from anger.

She was the daughter of the He family as well! How could she be a bathroom cleaning lady?!

"He! Xin! Yan! How dare you treat me like this?!"

He Xinyan sighed and pressed a button on the landline phone on her desk. A few seconds later, several guards walked into the room and grabbed Li Yuyan.

"Ah, I'm tired of playing around with you. Li Yuyan, you are fired from my company. Goodbye."

"No! You can't do this! He Xinyan, go to he**! Let go of me!"

"Remember to throw her trash out with her," He Xinyan said to the guards before they left the room.

He Xinyan returned home after a tiring day of work earlier than usual today.

"The boxes are in the moving truck already. We can drive ahead of them."

He Xinyan looked at the large truck and nodded her head. They got into Gu Yechen's car and drove out of the Xihe Estates.

He Xinyan took a deep breath as the car left the front gate of the neighborhood.

After today, she didn't know when she would be back here again.

"I don't want to see Bai Jiawei, Li Huiran, or Li Yuyan ever again."

Gu Yechen nodded his head, "I understand."

Gu Yechen had always been very angry at Bai Jiawei, Li Huiran, and Li Yuyan for trying to kill his baby, and he had been waiting for the moment when he would get to give them a punishment.

At the moment, Bai Jiawei, Li Huiran, and Li Yuyan were on an airplane with a bunch of animals to Country A.

Country A was number 1 on the list of worst countries to live in, most dangerous countries to live in, and the country with the worst pollution.

Gu Yechen had specially arranged three flight tickets for Bai Jiawei, Li Huiran, and Li Yuyan to Country A, where Bai Jiawei was going to spend the rest of his life in what is known as the worst prison in the world.

The prison had some of the worst prisoners from all around the world, and it was very dangerous and was situated in a horrible environment.

Li Huiran and Li Yuyan also got to enjoy the "amazing wonders" of Country A. They were forcefully sent to Country A so they could be close to their family member, Bai Jiawei.

The country had the highest poverty rate, and few people lived there. The people who did were either crazy or dying from hunger or other horrible reasons.

The ratio of men to women was also incredibly high, so sending two vulnerable women to that area was basically feeding them to predators.

For people like Bai Jiawei, Li Huiran, and Li Yuyan, who have been living in the upper class for all these years, this experience was much worse than death.

However, for Gu Yechen, he didn't care. He was being merciful by not torturing them himself.

He Xinyan was much busier now that she was the chairman of the company. There was a lot of work, and she finished work very late most days.

Early in the morning, He Xinyan went to go buy a cup of coffee before going to work.

Once she stepped into the shop, she saw a familiar man waiting for his order. When he saw her, his eyes lit up in surprise.

"Xinyan!" Su Zhiming walked over to her before she could run away.

"I have been looking for you! I went to go find you in the Xihe Estates, but you weren't there. I also wasn't allowed in the He Corporation."

He Xinyan rolled her eyes, "Why would they let you in?"

Su Zhiming was slightly taken aback as he reached for her hand, "Xinyan, I divorced Li Yuyan already! Let's get back together now! I promise I will treat you very well."

He Xinyan quickly pulled her hand away and took a step back, "Why is it my business whether you divorced Li Yuyan or not?! Of course I'm not going to get back together with you!"

"Didn't you say that if I divorce Li Yuyan, we will get together?!"

He Xinyan scoffed, "When did I say that?"

"You said it several times! Remember? In the elevator of the He Corporation, you told me to divorce Li Yuyan, and then. . . and then. . ." Su Zhiming blinked a few times as he remembered He Xinyan's words. She did not specifically say that they will get together if he divorced.

She only told him to divorce her first. . . He Xinyan didn't promise anything.

Su Zhiming seemed to just realize what happened as his eyes widened in shock, "You - You! You lied to me!"

He Xinyan grinned, "I never lied, Su Zhiming. It was all your imagination, so how can you blame it on me. It is your own fault."

He Xinyan wasn't in the mood for coffee anymore, so she left the shop and left.

Su Zhiming stood frozen for several minutes until his name was called. He also didn't take his finished coffee and angrily marched out of the shop.

Su Zhiming entered his company and angrily sat down in his chair.

So He Xinyan meant she wasn't going to get back together with him?!

How dare she lie to him? Su Zhiming slammed one fist onto the table and closed his eyes. He was definitely going to get her back!

After a long day of work, He Xinyan walked out of the company tiredly.

"Goodbye, chairman He."

He Xinyan walked out of the building and immediately noticed the black car parked right in the center of the driveway. She smiled and opened the passenger seat.

Gu Yechen started the car once she got on and began driving home.

They began going home together and driving to work together since they lived together now.

As they drove, He Xinyan was so tired she could barely open her eyes.

Gu Yechen looked towards her and frowned. He reached back while driving with one hand and grabbed the blanket on the back seat.

"You can sleep for a few minutes."

He Xinyan put the blanket over her, but didn't close her eyes yet.

"Yechen, I'm tired," He Xinyan muttered.

Gu Yechen furrowed his eyebrows slightly as he placed his hand over hers, "I know, I know."

He Xinyan frowned, "Ah, my original life plan was definitely not to take care of a company. It is indeed harder than I thought."

Gu Yechen was silent for a few seconds before he finally said, "Go to sleep."

He Xinyan closed her eyes and slept for the rest of the car ride.
