On this day of 10/XX/20XX, the patient known as Li Yuyan had a positive pregnancy test.

Li Yuyan's face paled as she immediately crumpled the piece of paper up and threw it at the car window. She slammed her fist onto the driving wheel, causing the car horn to sound.

"Ugh!!" Li Yuyan closed her eyes and hit her head against the back of the car seat.

When Li Yuyan woke up, Su Zhiming was gone already. She seemed to be sleeping more recently, and she got tired often too.

Li Yuyan rubbed her eyes and slowly dragged her tired body out of bed. She walked into the restroom and yawned as she stared into the mirror.

However, when she thought she was going to vomit, nothing came out. Li Yuyan coughed several times and leaned back against the countertop.

This was the fourth time this happened in the past few days. Li Yuyan knit her eyebrows together and closed her eyes.

He Xinyan almost rolled her eyes but stopped herself. She replied sarcastically, "Really?! I had no idea!"

Li Yuyan's smile stiffened for a second. She talked about it almost every second while she was in the He mansion, so there was no way He Xinyan didn't know. She was just making fun of her!

"Anyway, you don't have to prepare a gift for my birthday. After all, we are still sisters."

He Xinyan raised one eyebrow as some memories came flooding back. After a few seconds, she nodded.

"Okay." Then, He Xinyan shut the door in Li Yuyan's face.

"You -"

He Xinyan walked back into her room and gently tapped her finger onto the script.
