"Hello. . ." He Xinyan said softly.

"Good morning."

"Why did you call me?" He Xinyan asked. During breakfast, Gu Yechen had called her but she rejected the call because of the situation.

"I saw the news. Don't worry about it, I will settle it down."

He Xinyan nodded, "How will you settle it down?"

Gu Yechen picked up a pen on his desk and smiled, "Are you okay with revealing our relationship?"

The next day, He Xinyan woke up early in the morning and immediately reached for her phone. Gu Yechen had said that he would resolve the issue the next morning, and Xinyan was curious to see what his plan was.

She opened up the news and saw her name everywhere once again.

The first article at the very top read, 'He Xinyan's Hotel Partner Is Revealed!'

She clicked in and saw an image of a social media post.

'Gu Yechen: I was on the news yesterday and noticed that the hottest news topic was about me. I found it to be very disrespectful to see that the image in the news didn't expose my front view, but only exposed the face of my girlfriend, He Xinyan. He Xinyan scrolled through the top comments and closed her phone. She had thought Gu Yechen was going to reveal their relationship to the news company and have them take the news down or something.

Now, everyone knows about their relationship and everyone knows what she looks like now. But, didn't she agree to this relationship in the first place so that she could use it to help her. How would she use it if no one knows about it?

He Xinyan rubbed her eyes and got out of bed. She was the first person to go downstairs so she began eating breakfast by herself.

A few minutes later, Bai Jiawei ran down the stairs with Li Huiran and Li Yuyan walking slowly behind him.

"Yanyan!" Bai Jiawei screamed in his pajamas, "Your new boyfriend is CEO Gu, Gu Yechen?!"

He Xinyan sighed and nodded her head. Bai Jiawei sucked a breath in and sat down on his chair, "Why didn't you tell me earlier?"

Li Huiran and Li Yuyan also sat down, but their expressions were not so happy.

"We just got into a relationship a few days ago. I wanted to wait until it's stable before telling you," He Xinyan lied. She never planned on telling him anyway, because she knew how greedy and money-oriented her father could be.

Bai Jiawei leaned forward, closer to He Xinyan, "Yanyan. . . you should bring him home sometime. As your father, I want to meet your boyfriend. How about tomorrow, you can introduce him to me tomorrow!"

When she was dating Su Zhiming, he didn't seem so eager to meet her boyfriend. He Xinyan smiled before shaking her head, "I don't even get to see him often since he is very busy. I don't think he will agree."

"Ask him," Bai Jiawei urged. He Xinyan pulled out her phone and sent a message to Gu Yechen.

'Yechen, my dad is asking if you want to come to eat at our house tomorrow? Say no.'

A second later, Gu Yechen replied with a no. He Xinyan looked at the message and smiled. Well, he was very obedient.

She pointed to Gu Yechen's message and hid her own before showing it to her dad, "He said no."

Bai Jiawei looked disappointed as he took a bite of the fried egg. If he was able to get the Gu Corporation to help the He Corporation, that would be amazing.

The rest of the meal was mostly silent as He Xinyan ate her food quickly, Bai Jiawei thought about how he could get Gu Yechen to help him, Li Huiran tried her best to maintain a smile on her face, and Li Yuyan glared at He Xinyan the whole time without any appetite.

Li Yuyan was very happy the first few days after He Xinyan had broken up with Su Zhiming. The exciting and satisfying feeling of stealing something away from her surrounded Li Yuyan as she walked around with her head held high.

She still felt that proudness even the night before, until she saw the news today. How could she be happy? She had stolen He Xinyan's boyfriend to realize that He Xinyan had found someone even better.

That wasn't fair!

Li Yuyan's fork sliced into the bacon but she didn't eat it. Right now, all she could do was help Su Zhiming. She couldn't leave Su Zhiming now, or it would be a slap to her face after just stealing it from He Xinyan.

She couldn't let He Xinyan win! As long as Su Zhiming was successful, she would still be the winner. Su Zhiming. . .

"Hello?" He Xinyan jumped onto her bed and said happily.

"Hello." Gu Yechen stopped reading the document on his desk and focused on the call.

"Um. . ."

"I'm sorry for making the decision without asking you. I couldn't wait to expose our relationship, so I wrote the post and sent it without thinking. I'm sorry." Gu Yechen sounded like a little kid apologizing to his mother for doing something wrong, and it made He Xinyan smile.
