Shiroken went out of the Uchiha Compound with Monari and headed towards the Hokage residence to look through the various scrolls. He needed a mind related jutsu to wake Rin up back in the Dama Country. He might as well just look through all of the scrolls though.

"Are you sure they can become good policemen? You know, that's a job with huge risks of corruption." Monari asked him.

Shiroken shrugged, "Well, from what I can see, at least that Kimimaro boy might turn out to be good. All he wants in his life is aim and recognition. Being in police, as long as he does good he will get a goal as well as recognition in the form of promotions. The others, they are like normal people, just more violent. If they commit corruption, they will be dealt with like all others."

"Hmm, I guess I should write to Jin and tell him about these kids. He can prepare some proper people for the job then. We can't afford any destabilising element there, as most countries are already seeing us with suspicion due to having 3 tailed beasts roaming freely." She said in a warning tone.

Shiroken had a cold reply to that, "Well, if I don't conquer them before and they end up doing something stupid, then I will just have the reason to remove them from the face of this planet. All Bijuu are free beings, if they can't respect freedom, they have no right to live."

"Hmm, Well, Kumogakure and Iwagakure must be under a lot of stress right now if they have gotten the news. If they haven't... Then they are about to get the shock of their lifetime." Monari said with a chuckle.

*WOOSH*

"LORD NOBUNA... DAMA, Forgive us." All of a sudden Baki, the shinobi leader from Sunagakure appeared and bowed in front of him. He had gone with Orochimaru, at that time disguised as Kazekage, to wage war on Konoha. He had also recently found out the real name of Shiroken.

"Forgive you for what?" Shiroken asked him.

"We... we came here to start a war." He replied with his head held low. Everything that Shiroken had said back in the Daimyo palace had come true by now. All the things about how Sunagakure shinobi would rather starve than have peace was now true.

Shiroken had never specifically ordered any of them to go to war, but they followed their fake Hokage. And here, they found out they were fooled. If not for Monari, they'd have started a real war.

"Get up. Do you see it now? How dumb your ways are? Just like what Orochimaru did, many others are doing. You don't gain anything by being enemies with Konoha but lose almost everything. Instead, your enemies reap the benefits. Or even use you. You're lucky I was here, or most of you would have died today." He scolded him.

Baki in shame kept his head low, not daring to look him in the eyes. Shiroken continued, "I told you I would never order you all to wage wars or fight, and yet here you are, went into a fight you didn't even know the cause of. You gather all your troops and immediately return to the village. You will find 5 governors under me there, they will assign you tasks to do. "

Baki nodded and decided to take the command like God's decree. He saw how he fought all the strong people of Konoha. There were words circulating that he defeated all Hokages of Konoha. "Lord Dama, I had told the shinobi to start helping the people in any way they could. We built a few temporary sand shelters for the people. I even sent Sand Siblings to help people. I hope Konoha does not wage war on us now."

Shiroken patted his shoulder, "Don't worry, I have talked with the Hokage, he assured me that the village will only hold Orochimaru responsible. One more thing, do not worry about the three siblings, they are with me. I will bring them when I return. You can go now."

Baki saluted and left immediately. Monari was just listening to everything from the side. She had no official position in Sunagakure. Once the matter was resolved they continued.

They arrived in front of the Hokage's residence. And for some reason, Shiroken laughed, "Hahaha... the memories. This is where everything started, Monari. Do you remember when we met Tobirama that time?"

Monari remembered. "Yeah, that was so long ago. But this building looks the same. Pretty depressing to be honest."

"Yes, but things have changed now. Let's go, let's see if the guards try to stop us." Shiroken muttered. They arrived at the gates and as expected an Anbu appeared. But this time he was very respectful.

"I have permission from your Hokage to look inside the Scroll storage," Shiroken said in an authoritative tone.

"Yes, we know that, Lord Dama. Lord Hokage has invited you upstairs. He said he needs to talk about something important before you go to the storage." The Anbu notified him.

Without care, he nodded, "Then lead the way, soldier."

While Shiroken was at the Hokage's residence, most of Konoha was asleep. But, in one particular house, an ashen haired man was having a restless night.

"RIN...!"

Kakashi woke up from his sleep, his throat dry and his body sweaty. He pulled down his mask from the left side of his face and touched his eye. It was a gift from a friend from the past.

"Is... Are you really alive?" He muttered. He remembered Obito's words, the promise he made. That he'd protect Rin and show him the future with his eye.

"Why would she be in the Dama Country? But... they did say they couldn't find her body. Is she..." Kakashi was conflicted. He wanted to leave the village and immediately go to find her but he could not, not right now. The village was too vulnerable and he had to wait at least until the new Hokage is installed.

However, he went out of his home to get some fresh air and maybe get some answers.

...

Meanwhile, a certain Uchiha boy was sneaking around the old Uchiha compound. He had heard that there was an Uchiha lady who was extremely strong and had the Mangekyo Sharingan.

What was his plan? Simple, he wanted to learn from her and also attain the Mangekyo Sharingan. Then he would go and kill his brother for murdering the clan and the family.

"Which damn house is theirs?" He annoyedly muttered while looking around.

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING?"

Out of nowhere, a voice sounded behind him. But before he could turn around he felt something touching his neck. The next thing he knew he was falling to the ground with his eyes closing.

Shisui didn't let him through. He caught the boy and took him to where Shiroken was currently living. He tied the boy in the basement there.

Shisui sighed sensing him, "You have grown a lot, Sasuke."

He couldn't help but remember the old days, when he, Itachi and Sasuke would have fun and hang around from time to time.

"I miss that time when life was simpler and the days were peaceful." He sighed.

...

Hokage Residence,

"Why did you not kill me? That would have been the best choice if you wanted to take over the village." Hiruzen helplessly asked. By now he knew Shiroken was the ruler of the Dama Country. And he also received the intel that he had taken over the whole Water Country as well as Kirigakure. So, he knew what Shiroken's ambitions were.

Shiroken sipped on the tea that Monari had to make as the Hokage was now... short of hands. "Well, because I didn't want to. I decided to leave you like this, so you can sit silently and think about the things you did right and the things you did wrong. I wanted you to wake up and look at the destroyed part of the village and feel that this could have been avoidable but you didn't care.

"Mind you, even if I had not come today, the village would still have been damaged. Orochimaru was one of your many mistakes. And I have no doubt that if I wasn't here you would have used that seal on Hashirama and Tobirama, and would have died along with them. However, if you can, you should ask the puppeteer of Sunagakure, maybe they can help you make some prosthetics that will work like real limbs, just without feelings and ability to use chakra." he advised him.

"Indeed, I do have many regrets. Many of them are related to Orochimaru. But, I was too young back then, when Lord Hashirama lived. I hope that the things from the past can now be left in the past. The people of this village didn't even know what their Hokage was doing, so please do not punish them anymore." Hiruzen requested.

Shiroken agreed, "And I have no fight with the people. In fact, I will be helping the people by providing a very low-interest loan with long return periods. My people are even ready to build houses at a discounted price."

Of course, to Hiruzen it seemed as if he was doing them a big favour, not knowing the money belonged to the village in the first place.

Just then, Hiruzen turned serious and his eyes showed firm will. However, contrary to what he showed outside, inside he was feeling very nervous about what he was about to do.

"Lord Dama, I have a request. Please, consider it if you can. You do not have to answer me immediately." He took a deep breath and prepared to speak.

Shiroken had no idea so he allowed, "Sure, what is it?"

Hiruzen felt the heat build up in his body. His head felt dizzy and the air was cold. Yet his back was drenched in sweat. "L-Lord Dama, I would like you to become an elder of Konoha."
