Shiroken arrived outside the big gates of Sunagakure. The two gates were placed between the cliffs leading to the village. The whole village was surrounded by them.

"Too bad, they thought these cliffs could save them from me." He sighed and continued forward.

The main doors were as expected made of metal, most likely finding metal was easier for this village than wood. A few ninjas were standing there in their standard jonin gear.

"HALT! Purpose and identity." The ninjas rudely shouted.

"The owner of Sunagakure and your commander is here," Shiroken replied and waved a duplicate of the agreement.

"WHAT DID YOU SAY? Owner? Are you dreaming?" They got enraged.

*Sigh* ~Why did I even expect competency from them that they would at least tell the gate guards? Now I will have to teach them a lesson.~ Shiroken got down from his horse.

"Stand here, boy. If you run, only death awaits you in the desert." He warned his horse first.

"Didn't you receive words from your superiors? That the owner of the village has changed? Your Kazekage wasn't able to provide you with any food, so I became the new owner, as I will be providing food to the village. Your elder council signed the contract with me. It also states that I will be your commander." Shiroken explained first.

They looked at the document up close and it had everything. The correct signature as well as the seal. But, how could they just believe that all of a sudden there was this guy who owned their village? It was unimaginable.

"This... This is fake, it must be." They denied him entry.

Shiroken sighed, "I don't have time to just waste on you all. I've got work to do, so step aside."

He simply pushed one man away, which ended up throwing him a few feet away but not so hard it would injure him.

"STOP HIM!"

*WOOSH*

Avoiding unnecessary fights, he just ran so fast from there they couldn't even see him before they even knew he was already inside the village looking at the various houses.

All the buildings in the village were made of mud, but they were multistoried. Most of them were either cylindrical or spherical. The village also had limited space to expand as it was situated in the middle of cliffs. So they could only make the buildings taller.

The streets looked empty, not even birds were chirping around them. Probably since there was nothing to eat anyway.

Shiroken continued to walk deeper into the village to find the Kazekage office building. He was going to make that his office since there will never be another Kazekage in this village again. Even he wasn't going to call himself the Kazekage, instead, he would call himself the Chief Executive.

Finally, he arrived near the centre of the village. There stood a large, round, sandy coloured building with several rows of windows and the kanji for "wind" painted on the side of the building in a circle. It was certainly very big, just like the many other buildings beside it.

By now, the news had already spread that Shiroken had entered the village forcefully, and since he took a very pleasant walk, the shinobi had already informed the upper echelon.

So, Chiyo was already waiting for him at the door of the Kazekage building. However, there seemed to be Shinobi standing behind her, blocking his way to the building.

He leisurely stopped in front of them, "What are you doing? Do you want me to consider this a breach of contract?"

"Lord Nobunaga, this is the Hokage's Residence and office, this is a sacred building for us, please, you cannot enter here." She requested, as well as sounded somewhat threatening.

Shiroken's gaze turned colder. He was being very calm and gentle with these people.

"I don't remember this being in the agreement we signed. Neither did I say I wouldn't enter it nor you said I can't enter it. Now, you are violating our deal, I rightfully own this whole village, which means this building too. If you don't let me enter then I can legally consider this a breach of the agreement. I will also take the money from you according to how much food you have consumed by now." He threatened them, answering them in the words they understood. THREATS.

Shiroken then looked at the Shinobi, "And you all. Do you want me to fire you from your jobs? I am rightfully your commander and employer. I will be paying you the salaries. If you still listen to her then I will consider that insubordination."

They all felt conflicted. Now, Shiroken was the one who paid them, not Chiyo. Also, the ninjas were the only people who were still getting paid in the village, since having a dissatisfied army was not very productive.

"Step aside and don't block my way. Just learn to live this new life. As long as you don't come to find trouble with me, I won't do it either. Also, I am dissolving the elder council, they have no need to exist and eat the funds from the village treasury anymore. And since I own the village, I own the treasury too." He declared with an authoritative voice.

The low ranking and normal ninjas stepped aside. Even when their commander shouted at them, they didn't listen.

"He will be the one paying us now, not you. We have families to feed, so please understand." That was what they answered.

Ignoring their angry faces, with a smile, he entered the building. It was empty and dusty. ~So much for being a sacred place.~

*WOOSH*

"Lord Dama, I have collected the information as you requested. There are currently 15 high ranking people plotting to kill you after getting the next delivery of grains." Shisui appeared inside the building. He was probably here since long before.

Shiroken amusedly smiled, "Kill me? I hope they go on with this plan, they will give me a great opportunity to clean this village of the arrogant selfish villagers. But first, we gotta make the people love us. You will be my assistant again, Shisui. Your job is to oversee the distribution of food that will come. Each sack of grains and items will have the trademark of the Dama village as well as my photo on it. People will know who is feeding them then."

~He's...So good at all this.~ was what Shisui thought.

"Won't the people protest for how you took over their village?" Shisui asked him. He was worried that a revolt or some riots may arise.

"They might do that for a few days, but once the food arrives, they will learn their lesson. All those who will indulge in such activities will not be given any rations for a few days. People must know why I am feeding them and what I expect in return. Being civilised is the least I'm asking." Shiroken at the same time walked to the window, "Besides, I have a bigger reason to keep them happy."

"What?" Shisui asked. He wondered if Shiroken would finally do something that would make him feel his ninja way was right. But he was not in luck.

"I own 20 sq/km of land outside this village. I'm going to turn all of that into farmland, and we will need the people to work on them. Of course, they are not my slaves, they will be paid to do it. They can even buy the land later and farm for themselves. But, for now, they will have to do labour since they don't know how to grow food." Shiroken planned.

This was the reason why he took over this village, as it was vulnerable, poor and had a huge empty land surrounding it. No other village had similar conditions. Also, no other village had such a vulnerable population. Plus, the Kazekage was missing, so in the lack of leadership, they invited a wolf in sheep's clothing, though this one was a good wolf.

"Go now, I'm going to decorate my new office. Oh, and tell Chiyo to come and meet me." He sent Shisui away to work.

He looked around at the various images of old Kazekage and probably the family of the current Kazekage. He glanced at the images and found a little redheaded boy. "Hehe, he looks like a panda. I wonder who he is."

*KNOCK KNOCK*

"Lord Nobunaga, it's me, Chiyo."

"Come in," he answered and took his seat.

Chiyo entered and looked around, there was no change to the room so she sighed, thinking Shiroken wouldn't make any changes, how wrong she was.

Shiroken immediately got to the topic, "Lady Chiyo, can you tell me where the Jinchuriki of 1-tail is? As the owner of this village, it's my responsibility to keep him out of danger, I want to make sure the Jinchuriki is properly treated and watched so he does not get angry,"

Chiyo was taken aback, as this attitude was totally opposite of what the Kazekage had adopted towards the Jinchuriki. She was slightly delighted to see this change. "His name is Gara, and he's not in the village right now. He and his two siblings have gone to Konohagakure to participate in the Chunin exams that will be held in a few days."

The name Konoha felt like a bone stuck in the throat for Shiroken. He hated that village, the seniors and elder ninjas who were so proud of themselves, who stood on the false legacy of Hashirama.

"Hmm, good. Here, this pouch has 100,000 Ryo. Send a trustworthy Shinobi to Konoha and give this to the three. Tell them to enjoy their stay and continue the exam with no worries." Shiroken grandiosely ordered.

Chiyo was taken aback but happily obliged, "Y-yes, Lord Nobunaga."

Shiroken then took out a document, "Here, sign this and you will become one of my assistants. You will be able to see first hand what I am doing with the village. I can already tell you, Lady Chiyo, handing over the village to me will be the best decision of your life. The people are going to love you for this. As I am going to make this village great and treat it as my own home."

Chiyo didn't believe his words, she was far too old to trust this sweet-talking. She believed in action, and would not trust him unless she saw the changes he was talking about. But she signed the paper, as this would mean she can keep an eye on him.

Shiroken was also playing his own game, which was that by doing this he will make sure Chiyo sees all the amazing things he'll do for the village and spread the word.

*BAM*

All of a sudden the door slammed open and a ninja ran in, he shouted, "LORD KAZEKAGE IS BACK!"
