All of a sudden, a coat covered her from head to toe. The smell of cedar surrounded her. Before she managed to pull off the coat, she was lifted off the chaise.
The man wrapped her in the coat and carried her out of the greenhouse.
Song Yaoyao was too afraid to lose her temper at this moment. Her body stiffened as she tried to avoid Huo Yunque's chest.
"Gege, doesn't your wound hurt? I think you should just let me down. I can walk on my own."

It seemed, she had sensed the man's tolerance toward her, so she tried to test her limits.

Forcing her eyes open, she had headed to the bathroom to brush her teeth. After that, she drifted into the bedroom like she was walking on clouds and stumbled into bed. From there, she fell into a deep sleep.
When she woke up, the sky was bright.
She still had school. If this was someone else, this would have been torture.
But for Song Yaoyao who never got to step foot on the school grounds in her previous life, every day was worth it.
She climbed out of bed and had a bath.
