My Battleship Can Receive Infinite Upgrades Chapter 38

Lin Dong had never been good at scheming against others. However, with the 10 years of memories and the information advantage he had over the enemy, it was enough for him to take advantage of the situation and make some calculations.
In his previous life, Sylvester Dan had used the same method to search for Lorne.
He was certain that Lorne would die without a doubt. Furthermore, there were no traces of the Thunder Flash in the asteroid belt mining area. It was likely that someone had moved the battleship. It was possible that Lorne was unwilling to leave the Thunder Flash to the Sylvester family and escaped from the asteroid belt mining area.
There were many possibilities when there was no battleship wreckage. Thus, it was impossible to determine what happened.
Therefore, Dan issued a bounty. As long as someone was tempted to tell him where the Spark battleship or the module was, he would have a direction to investigate.
If it was true, then Dan would take the module of the Thunder Flash back to his family as a trophy.
If it was not the module of the Thunder Flash, then it would depend on its value. If it was valuable, then it must be from the Thunder Flash.
"What? Are you saying that I am framing you?"
"My Sylvester family is on the same level as the Earl of the Ardent Fire Empire. Why would I be concerned about the item that belongs to the Baron Darkmoon?"
The strength behind the scenes is the truth. Without strength, the truth can also be an illusion.
However, these methods were very useful against those who only had power on the surface. This was because very few people dared to directly oppose the Sylvester family. Even if they had the strength and power to do so, they did not want to create a feud in vain. Only when their core disciples or interests were harmed would they step forward.
However, Lin Dong was currently in the dark and did not appear on the Sylvester family's kill list.
If Lin Dong wanted to push them from behind, no one would be able to find him.

As for how to deal with them, Lin Dong already had a plan in his heart. He wanted to provoke a fight between the Sylvester family and the Ninth merchant group led by Baron Darkmoon.
Toya successfully purchased a purple quality module not long ago.
The module was of little practical value to an ordinary Spark battleship.
However, it could be considered complementary to Lin Dong and his Black Dragon.
The Ninth merchant group possessed a considerable escort force. Currently, they were staying near the mining planet to replenish their supplies. Toya headed to the trade area to settle some matters and did not immediately return.
Perhaps it was because he was confident in his own strength. Maybe he felt at ease in his own territory. Toya might had other intentions as well.
However, it was no longer important at this moment.
This was because a few days ago, Lin Dong had put on a disguise after receiving Ding Ling's reminder. He gradually released the news in the bar and some public places.
The rumor that Baron Darkmoon's Ninth merchant group had recently obtained a high-quality ship module was a piece of news that could not be verified.
If it continued for a few days, it would be covered by other news due to the time limit.
However, if it happened to happen when there was a bounty on the Spark battleship and the high-quality module.
It was difficult not to make people think of Toya's high quality module.
Lin Dong had written down Toya's name in his notebook. Sooner or later, he would have to deal with him.
He actually coveted the module that was being transported this time around.
However, he could not get it at the moment.
Lin Dong would not directly make a move. Moreover, the current him would not be able to defeat Toya.
The Ninth merchant group's convoy fleet had 2 Spark battleships that were above LV10. There were also a number of other auxiliary battleships.
However, it was alright. The Sylvester family also had 2 Spark battleships.
Sylvester Da was a calm person and would not act rashly.
However, Sylvester Dan and Sylvester Li were different.
As long as they could confirm that there was a high-quality ship module in the Ninth merchant group led by Baron Darkmoon.

Furthermore, they were certain that Lorne would die without a doubt, but they did not know the whereabouts of Thunder Flash. Under such circumstances, it was highly likely that the Ninth merchant group had the ship module of Thunder Flash.
With the usual style of the Sylvester family, they would definitely not let off Toya's Ninth merchant group.
If they destroyed the Ninth merchant group in Baron Darkmoon's territory, they would be in trouble. However, to Li and Dan, 2 direct descendants of the Sylvester family, it was nothing. They did not care about it.
Furthermore, as time passed, even if Lin Dong did not give himself away.
Based on Sylvester Dan's reward, the reason why the Sylvester family had come to this remote mining planet was pretty much guessed.
The local forces in the mining planet were similarly interested in Lorne's Thunder Flash.
As long as the situation became chaotic, it would be easier for Lin Dong obtain benefits.
Toya's Ninth merchant group, Sylvester family's Spark battleship, the local forces in the mining planet, as well as other wanderers who might have followed the news.
The situation was very complicated. This was the prelude to the start of chaos.
Since Lin Dong was hiding in the dark, he had the possibility of obtaining some benefits if the war started.
There was no need to mention the fact that he had successfully returned to the mining area.
After a few days of realising the news, the bounty issued by the mysterious person received a large amount of feedback.
On Sylvester Li's battleship, the intelligence officer had already made a preliminary summary and conclusion of the many pieces of information he had collected. At this moment, he had submitted it to Li already.
"Commander, the preliminary analysis report is out."
"So far, we have received a total of 153,000 pieces of relevant information. After the initial screening, there are 120 pieces of valuable information."
At first glance, the proportion of valuable information was exaggerated. It was not even 1% of the total information received.
However, in intelligence work, it was quite normal.
The so-called intelligence work was to collect all kinds of information through various channels and then sift through it to find information of corresponding value. It was not an exaggeration to describe it as finding a needle in a haystack.
The intelligence officers under Sylvester Li were able to complete the collection and collation of information within a few days.
They were quite formidable.
When the intelligence officer saw that Li's expression had eased up, he had confidence in his heart, he then said, "Based on the classification and preliminary investigation of the 120 pieces of information, we have eliminated 60 pieces of information with accuracy less than 30%. 30 pieces of information that exceeded the time limit, and 26 pieces of information that exceeded the limit of our strength. The remaining 4 pieces of information are of operational value."
"The total expenditure this time..."
Sylvester Lo interrupted the intelligence officer with a wave of his hand and uttered, "Let's talk about the final result. The cost is not important."
The intelligence officer did not stop and reported the result of his analysis.
"The 1st piece of information is about the Ninth merchant group led by Baron Darkmoon, which is stationed near the mining planet. Their fleet is transporting high-quality module. It is suspected that they have obtained them recently. The accuracy of the information is more than 80%."
"The 2nd piece of information is that a Spark battleship has been appearing frequently in the mining area of the asteroid belt recently. Based on the appearance and the video, we can confirm that it is Sylvester Da."
"The 3rd piece of information is that 1 of the space pirate groups in the border of Baron Darkmoon's territory and Baron Soro's territory might have a high-quality module. The accuracy of this information is 40%."
"The 4th piece of information is that Baron Darkmoon's territory is plagued with internal conflicts that may breed desperadoes. They will not care about the reputation of the Sylvester family. The accuracy of this information is 30%."

Recovery: Ignis
My Name is Keiren. Keiren Ignis. At least that was what IT told me. Now all I have to do is figure out everything else. No simple task when you're an amnesiac. Honestly, why do I know these words and what they mean, but I have no idea who or even what I am. Except for what IT told me. IT is whatever is causing the wierd pop-up screens that appear in my vision when I think about certain things. Seems like I'm going to have to play by ITs rules until I get a better understanding of everything else. This is my first attempt at writing anything. To be honest I'm not 100% sure as to what direction this will take. GLHF It became sci-fi. There will probably be a romantic subplot at some point. There will be some implied sexual content, but nothing more explicit than kissing will be written. Will try to release at least one chapter a week, but there could be none, or possibly 3 or 4.

I wasn't adding anything more to it, so might as well just release it. Learn from the experience, you know? Leave any criticism behind, while I may not be a professional nor plan on becoming one, I still am unfortunately a perfectionist. Oh, and tell me what you liked. So I know what I did well. Can't be thinking all I ever make is terrible stuff, right?
