My Four Other Selves Chapter 45

"I think that man took it with him. He knows what we wanted to do and he doesn't want us to go to the middle of the jungle."
"But….. But…... How can he escape...… and take that map with him, too.... I think he wouldn't be too far away from here. We should still try to find him." Zhang Yong said with nervousness and clear frustration was there on his face too. He was now starting to feel a little guilty about leaving that place and letting that man flee away from there.
'What did I do? How can I let some thing like that happen?' He asked himself in disbelief.
Senior Zhang Yong pulled out his hair in frustration and looked here and there then said, "Let's look for him first."
Zhang Yong nodded his head and then hurriedly looked down feeling a little guilty.
He also let go of that matter for some time and started to look for that man here and there.
Again every one scattered and looked every where around them and even a little away from that area but they weren't able to find him.
They came back after some time and again met at the same place where they were staying for the time being.
Zhang Yong sighed and sat down on the ground where that map was placed a few minutes ago.
"I think this was all their plan."
Senior Zhang Yong nodded his head and continued, "This was all pre planned. But how do they get to know that we were coming and that we were going here?"
"I think our enemy already knows about us coming here and now they will be more vigilant and we wouldn't be able to succeed in our mission easily."

Zhang Yong wasn't saying any thing was not even looking at him. He was feeling guilty about what he did while Senior Zhang Yong was angry at him for leaving the place when he knew exactly how important that man was to them.
He was listening to Senior Zhang Yong's words and finally muttered, "Why the hell did you come when you were supposed to stay there?"
Senior Zhang Yong sounded angry and obviously, he was angry. Zhang Yong didn't reply to him, instead he looked to the other side.
He wanted to say some thing but then the guilty feeling inside him wouldn't let him say any thing in his defense so he decided to stay quiet.
Senior Zhang Yong pinched the bridge of his nose as he tried his best to calm down his anger. Zhang Yong realized the situation around them, the tension around them was getting more and more so he decided to make the atmosphere a little more comfortable.
"Why don't you just leave it now? I know what I did was wrong by leaving that man but let's just leave it now and think about the next step."
Senior Zhang Yong didn't want to do that but he knew he was right. He sighed and for that moment only let go of Zhang Yong's mistake thinking that he would punish and lecture him after getting out of this situation.
"Now what?" Zhang Yong got up from the seat and approached Fuzzy while asking.
Zhang Yong again moved his hand in his hair feeling frustrated.
"I don't know. I made quite some efforts in finding those things and making that map but now every thing is messed up and we would have to start from scratch. Ahhh."

"How about we just go back for now and think some thing there and yeah we can always start again."
"We can't always do this. We only have a little time here in which we have to complete the mission. If we were to make so many mistakes am always lost things we would never be able to do any thing on time we should try to do some thing about it too."
"I think you are right." Zhang Yong exclaimed, "We should hurry up and do some things before those people come back and make things more difficult for us."
Senior Zhang Yong nodded his head.
"Let's go then." He said as he got up from the ground.
Zhang Yong again nodded his head before standing up from the ground and clapping his hands together so that the dust could fall off and he went towards him.
"Where are we going now tho?"
"You will know soon." Senior Zhang Yong replied as soon as he asked.
He turned towards Fuzzy and said, "Come! Follow us."
Fuzzy immediately got up from the ground and started to follow them.
"From now on we three will stay together no matter what. We now know who our enemy is and what he wants. Of course, he would try to separate us and kill us one by one but we would not let that happen. We would kill all those who would come in our way."
He moved his head up as he stared down at Zhang Yong with a proud look on his face. Looking at him Zhang Yong also got the motivation and he also looked up.
He held his head high up in the air before letting a sigh and saying, "Yes! We will conquer all those who all would dare to come in our way. We will win no matter what!"
Senior Zhang Yong smiled at him and nodded his head while patting his left shoulder like a father patting his son for his bravery.
"Let's go!"
Senior Zhang Yong walked ahead of them now and both Zhang Yong and Fuzzy followed him not knowing where he was taking them.
"Ah, can you tell us where we are going?"
"Just follow me! We are going to make that map again and in no time."
"Ohhhh! Yes!"
Zhang Yong smiled at him.
They kept on walking for some time when suddenly Senior people Yong stopped in his tracks. He looked back at Zhang Yong and said, "We are here."

The Oresteia (Modernized)
All three of the great Greek Tragedians have written plays about the bloody chain of murder and revenge within the royal family of Argos. Yet theirs is in fact not a story of tragedy, but rather one of redemption. As they move from darkness to light, from rage to self-governance, from primitive ritual to civilized institution, their spirit of struggle and regeneration becomes an everlasting song of celebration to be heard throughout the ages. Forming a discourse set against the emergence of Athenian democracy out of a period of chaos and destruction, the Orestian plays are compelling stories of the tensions between our obligations to our families and the laws that bind us together as a society. In the beginning, we witness how a king’s decision to sacrifice his daughter and turn the tide of war inflicts lasting damage on his family, culminating in a terrible act of retribution. In the aftermath of regicide, we behold how a son must set out to avenge his father’s death by committing a most egregious sin. In the end, the sinner is tormented by supernatural powers that can never be appeased, but ultimately finds redemption and ends the curse on his house once and for all. Woven through all of this is the story of a friendship so close that it elevates itself to brotherhood - Where the blood of the covenant is shown to be indeed thicker than the water of the womb. In this very brief twelve-chapter modern rendition of the Orestian plays, I have chosen to place my focus mainly on the lives of the characters Orestes and his best friend Pylades. The chapters, each around 2000-2500 words, are split up evenly between them in first-person narrative. I hope that you will come to enjoy reading this heartwarming story, but more importantly, that you see how the conflicts portrayed in the story, whether human or institutional, are still much very relevant to our societies today. Note on Sources: The details of this story is very loosely based on The Oresteia by Aeschylus. And I mean very loosely. Other sources that I referenced for detail and inspiration are Mythology by Edith Hamilton, Electra by Sophocles, and Iphigenia in Tauris by Euripides. You may also find that I have quoted some of these works, and others (such as Shelley's Ozymondaeus), without citations (average of 1-2 such quotes per chapter). I did this because I do not have the ability to describe certain scenes nearly as well as some of those writers. If you read a particularly beautiful piece of prose here, chances are it's probably stolen lol. Also, I wrote this during the summer between my high school senior year and my college freshmen year. It was the summer of 2020, and being quarantined apparently gets my creative side out lol.

English is not my native language(excuses)) I don't know if this is the so-called Synopsis but it's better than nothing at all.Inspired by The legends of randidly Ghosthound, Everybody Loves Large Chests, Azarinth Healer and 13.Al. PS. Futanari incoming, do not worry not gonna make it sex novel or erotic, maybe some scenes, but that will come later in the novel or maybe not at all, but to be sure I checked the Sexual Content too.
