Max-Level Great Swordsman In The Women's World Chapter 3

Back in the pink bedroom, Lin Feng pulled off the bedsheets without hesitation and started to give this terrible room a complete makeover.
The first thing he had to deal with was those pinks that drove one mad.
I really can't stand it. Just how much did my predecessor like pink?
Did he think that he could maintain his cuteness just by doing this?
Although Lin Feng had the memories of his predecessor, he didn't develop any empathy with it.
Therefore, he could not understand the thoughts of the previous owner.
Following the memories, Lin Feng found a set of spare bedsheets in the home and put them on.
In one morning, the room had completely taken on a new look.
Tat! Tat!
"Xiao Feng, it's Dad. I'm coming in now."
Lin Dong pushed open the door and entered. The scene before him gave him the illusion that he had entered the wrong room.
"Xiao Feng, it's noon. It's time for lunch."
Lin Dong looked right and left in a daze. He was a little confused and had no idea what was happening.
Lin Dong's gaze landed on Lin Feng as he asked carefully,
"Have I entered the wrong room?"
"No, I just gave the room a simple transformation. Don't you think it's more comfortable like this?"
"Oh my gosh, Xiao Feng, did you suffer some kind of shock? Did you get your heart broken?"
"Huh?" Lin Feng looked speechlessly at the worried Lin Dong. He could not understand what he was thinking.
"How is that possible? I just feel a little nauseous after facing the original design for too long. I want to change the feel of things."
"Is it really not because of a break up? You don't have to be afraid. You can tell Dad everything. Which brat is it?"

"It's really not. Don't worry."
With these few minutes of interaction, Lin Feng had a better understanding of his father.
He was generally fine, but he loved to worry too much, just like a mother.
Oh, I forgot. In this world, this person in front of me is my mother.
Only the gender has changed.
After much persuasion, Lin Dong finally believed that Lin Feng wasn't involved in a teenage romance. He was simply going for a change of mood.
After lunch, with Lin Dong's help, Lin Feng finally took care of everything in the room.
Apart from some conflicts with his father over the cosmetics, everything else went smoothly.
Looking at the bottles of cosmetics and cosmetic tools on the table, Lin Feng sighed inwardly.
These were his father's last bit of stubbornness and perseverance.
As his child, he could not continue rejecting him. He could only keep these items.
He went forward and placed all of them in the drawer. Out of sight, out of mind.
Alright, time to cultivate!
He could finally cultivate. Lin Feng eagerly sat cross-legged on the bed. He took a deep breath and pushed his Qi into his dantian. Then, according to his past experience, he skillfully guided the spiritual energy of the world into his body.
Lin Dong began to meditate. He emptied his mind and spread his perception.
The spiritual energy in this world was so rich!
From the start of his cultivation, Lin Feng could feel that the concentration of spiritual energy was very high in this world.
As a necessary resource for cultivation, spiritual energy was the most important part of cultivation. It was indispensable.
The higher the concentration of spiritual energy in the world, the more helpful it would be for the cultivators' absorption. Cultivation would also become most efficient.

The concentration of spiritual energy in this world wasn't as high as that in Lin Feng's previous world, but it was also above the average level of the previous world.
After all, in the previous world, Lin Feng was a person who stood at the peak. As the undisputed number one in the world, his residence was naturally extraordinary.
His current environment was completely incomparable to before.
As the spiritual energy entered and flowed through his body, Lin Feng's body gradually strengthened.
Lin Feng wanted to become a Swordmaster. The first thing he had to do was to condense and construct a sword embryo in his body.
The sword embryo was the core of a Swordmaster. After this sword embryo is constructed, it would follow the Swordmaster for life, cultivating and tempering with him.
And with the sword embryo, one could then be considered to have officially stepped into the Swordmaster profession.
As a Level 999 Swordmaster in his previous life, Lin Feng was naturally familiar with the process of condensing the sword embryo.
Soon, the spiritual energy began to condense and take shape in his body.
"Little Feng, it's time for dinner."
When it was mealtime, Lin Feng opened his eyes and sensed the progress of the construction of the sword embryo in his body.
"It's going smoother than I imagined. At this rate, I should be able to condense the sword embryo after tonight and officially join the profession, becoming a ranked professional."
Without meeting the requirements and officially entering the profession, every professional was an unranked apprentice.
In this state, he had no level, nor could he level up.
Even if he continued to absorb compressed spiritual energy to strengthen himself, there would be a limit to how much he could absorb.
The only way to break through the upper limit was to become a professional.
Lin Feng got off the bed and walked towards the living room.
Over there, Lin Dong was still busying about in his apron.
Compared to breakfast and lunch, there was now one more person at the dining table.
Her face was finely modeled and her features were beautiful. Her professional short hair made her look even more charismatic.
Time seemed to have left no traces on this person. Only the wrinkles at the corner of her eyes added to her mature charm.
She was Lin Feng's mother, Lin Ru.

The Chronicles of Artharian Dagworth
Back in 2020 there were many theories on how the world would end. From the many religions apocalypses, nuclear wars that would leave the planet inhabitable, global warming doing the same, biological weapons getting out of control, viruses mutating into unstoppable diseases to the dead raising to prey on humanity, either due to a virus or just because hell filled up. Also, aliens, from the war mongering kind to the ones so advanced they didn’t see us as more than worms. And of course there was the fail proof theory that the world would end when the sun died. In a bunch of billion years give or take. Althougth some new scientist were discussing if the end would be on the take side, since when the sun started dying things would go haywire on the entire solar system and we would collide with mercury or maybe mars way before the expanding sun engulfed earth. But I digress… Now, those were the mainstream theories that the everyday Joe, who didn’t know the big secret, worried about. So, if you were to ask me which theory was correct I can tell you that I haven’t seen any little green man, at least not from another planet, and so far the sun is still shining, although it’s been only 9 years since everything went to hell, not the few billions (give or take) the scientist predicted, so that one isn’t ruled out yet. These two aside, I'd say all of them. Hey everyone, this is my first attempt at writing. I have been planning to do it for a really long time, and while this is not the one epic fantasy idea I ever wanted to write, I think it's a good one. The plan is to write an end of the world urban-fantasy series. Think a world like Dresden Files, Alex Verus, Iron druid, where magic is real but exist hidden from society meets the apocalypse. It will be written in first person in the Dresden Files style, no plans for other POV for now. As you probally alredy guessed from my style, english is not my first langague, so while google corrector helps, expect grammar errors, and I'd be gratefull for anyone to point them. I plan to write 2 to 3 chapters a week, 2000-4000 words each. Might change as I get more experience and depends on my free time. Cover image from the colections of getwallpapers.com
