Rosa was aware of the fact that everyone would question her age appropriate skills. She was crestfallen when she heard the owner suspecting her abilities. She didn't know how to tackle that comment from the owner, so she stayed quiet and stopped in her tracks. She went and stood behind Yan Xiaojun, discouraged thoroughly. She tugged at his shirt and said in a soft voice, "Yan Xiaojun, maybe we should go back. I don't think I am capable of assessing the resort. Maybe you should call experts…" her voice choked.

Yan Xiaojun held her hand and looked in her eyes. "Don't say that ever again. I believe in you, so just do what you think is appropriate. Now go and look around while I talk to the owner. I need you to give me thorough report on what all would you need to revive this resort, and I want the report to be as detailed as possible. Don't think about the expense."

Rosa looked at him. His eyes conveyed his trust on her and that was all she needed at that time. Even her father was never so confident about her. Her self-confidence became so low after she became pregnant that she felt she was not capable of doing anything. Helping her father around was more like a chore. She never realized that it was a blessing disguise and she was actually gaining all the experience.

But Yan Xiaojun had realized her potential and he had entrusted his confidence in her. He kept his hands on her shoulders and said, "I don't want my wife to ever feel unsure about herself."

Rosa smiled and proceeded with her investigation about the resort.

When she was gone, Yan Xiaojun turned towards the owner and said, "Let me rephrase that sentence for you. That teenage girl over there is my wife, Rosa. She is here to assess this property. She will be the new owner of this place only IF she likes it here, otherwise you can kiss this investment goodbye."

Saying that Yan Xiaojun left and followed Rosa. He received a call from the nanny who was in the car with Ivan, "Young master, Ivan is hungry. He is crying. Can I bring him there?"

"I am coming over. Don't get him by yourself," said Yan Xiaojun and left to fetch him.

The owner didn't know how to react to Yan Xiaojun. He was still under the shock that a teenage girl would be the new owner. He thought that if that were the case, then he would easily throw some heavy words in front of her and convince her effortlessly to buy the resort. The owner followed Rosa, grinning at his plan.

When he reached the place he saw that as she was assessing the place, she was also making notes on a notepad. Confidently, he approached her and said, "Miss Rosa, you seem to be very intelligent for your age. You are making notes, which is a very good thing. But you see that this resort is so well connected and very well kept. You would hardly need to invest anything in order to revive it. The owner became silent at her evaluation. He stuttered, "Well, that… that… is just a… mi… minor problem… It can be taken care of easily."

"I wouldn't let Yan Xiaojun buy a property as bad as this. If you really want us to buy it you have to get that dampness taken care of. It is easy to take care of it – right?" said Rosa leaving him gaping at her.

"But that would mean that I have to invest money in it," said the owner complaining about her request. "This is not right. You are asking to rectify the dampness problem even before you have quoted the amount to buy the resort."

"I have just started," said Rosa with a shrug.

The owner gulped. He realized that she was not a simple and stupid teenager who was only into having fun and spending money. She had to be dealt with professionally.

Yan Xiaojun had come to them by then. He was holding Ivan, and nanny had followed them. Ivan looked at Rosa and threw his arms to be with her. Rosa took his from Yan Xiaojun, cuddled him and after looking for a secluded spot, she went to feed him. Ivan slept as soon as his stomach was full. Rosa cradled him and cautiously placed him in his carrycot. The nanny took him back to the car where he slept comfortably in air-conditioned atmosphere.

Yan Xiaojun came to Rosa and asked, "How is it going? Do you like the place?"

She nodded and said, " I still have to look around. There are some points you have to discuss with the owner before you buy this property. I am okay with you buying it but this place needs a lot of money to become operational. However, if you will buy a land and we begin with building the resort from scratch, it would be all the more troublesome. So in my opinion, since the location of this resort is good and all I have to do is just improve on its architecture a little more, then I would like you to buy it. I am already making my notes, which I will give you by the evening."
