The wedding was a low-key affair as there weren't too many guests. But after the wedding Wu Lina hosted a grand party for the couple in one of the lawns of her bungalow. Many people including the office employees, the Chairman and even Wenqian attended the party. The Chairman was extremely surprised at the two of them getting married. But as a token of his affection, he gave his secretary gold cufflinks as a gift while Zhou Zhili received a gold chain. The best gift was from Yang Xinyu who gifted them with a paid holiday to Singapore for their honeymoon. He was happy that Bo Xilai was claimed forever!

Somewhere in Bulgaria, Aleksander was fuming with anger. He had planned to breakup Wu Lina and Yang Xinyu, but his plans failed badly when Pān Shīshī couldn't seduce Yang Xinyu. He had got her kidnapped and brought her to Bulgaria so that she didn't open her mouth. He wanted to kill her right away but decided against it since some people in the city had started searching for her. Plus she knew many of the Yang Corporation's secrets, which would come in handy when required.

Thinking of the mess she had created, Aleksander slapped her tightly. Pān Shīshī, who was blindfolded and tied to a chair, fell on the ground with the chair. A burning sensation ran through her face. Her lips started bleeding and she howled even louder.

"Please, please leave me… Give me one more chance… I will make sure that the two are separated this time…" she said pleadingly.

Aleksander left her in that position. He stomped out of the room and locked the heavy metal door again. He hadn't told about Pān Shīshī to Vladimir.

Behind Vladimir's back, Aleksander was plotting his own schemes. Vladimir had stopped him from doing anything to Wu Lina. Otherwise he would have simply killed Yang Xinyu and brought her to Bulgaria to marry him. But whatever he plotted, it failed. He had sent one of his trusted men to plant a small bomb outside the Sapphire bungalow to give a little scare to them, but that man couldn't execute the order as Yang Xinyu's security personal became active, foiling his plans. His man had tough time escaping from there by swimming underwater for more than thirty minutes.

The worst part was that he thought he had escaped, but he was picked by Yang Xinyu's men soon. And now he feared that they would torture him to get the truth out.

On the other hand Vladimir would come everyday to his house and nag him. Aleksander was becoming impatient by the day.

On Monday, Wu Lina had the doctor's appointment in the morning. It was six weeks already and she had requested an ultrasound. Yang Xinyu accompanied her to the hospital. More than her, he wanted to see his baby. Even though he always prayed that they have at least four babies, he realized that he would be happy with just one!

Along with the doctor, Wu Lina went to the ultrasound chamber. Yang Xinyu followed them enthusiastically. The tension of board meeting became secondary.

When the doctor was doing ultrasound, Yang Xinyu held his wife's hand. The doctor had spread some gel over her tummy and got the scanner in her hand. After scanning it for a while, the doctor paused for a while. She had a funny expression on her face. She didn't know what to say. Then she resumed the scan. Once again she paused with an extremely funny expression. Her mouth opened in surprise like a fish.

"What happened doctor?" asked Yang Xinyu, feeling nervous.

The doctor just shook her head and continued with investigation. Wu Lina looked at the screen where the live picture was showing. She couldn't make a head or tail of that.

"Is the baby moving?" asked Yang Xinyu.

"The babies don't move so early Mr. Yang," said the doctor with a smile.

After five minutes of scanning, the doctor got up from her chair and went out, leaving the two of them, all the more anxious. She returned with a senior colleague. Then she started scanning again. She talked with her colleague in medical language, which was going over the head of the couple.

Yang Xinyu and Wu Lina looked at each other, and Wu Lina started overthinking. Her negative emotions started setting in. 'Is the baby alive? Why is the doctor shaking her head? I had been vomiting so much. Has the baby got any food inside? Is the baby starved of food?'

She was almost on the verge of tears when Yang Xinyu noticed her and clasped her hand tightly. He assured her that everything would be fine while even he was praying to the God. Life had never been easy for them…

The doctor scanned her thoroughly and after consulting with her senior colleague she again went out to thank him in person. She returned with a serious expression on her face. Then she said, "Mr. Yang, your wife is pregnant." Then pointing to the screen she said, "You can see the baby there."

Both Yang Xinyu and Wu Lina looked at the screen. Yang Xinyu's eyes widened in amazement. The feeling was surreal. He was so excited! He looked at Wu Lina and said, "Look Wu Lina, that's our tiny dot."

Before the Wu Lina could react, the doctor added, "Actually that's not just one dot… there are three dots…"

Wu Lina and Yang Xinyu stared at her, stunned by her statement. Looking at the screen and pointing at the dots, the doctor said, "See one is here, one here and the third one there." The doctor was smiling by the end of it. When she turned her gaze back to the father of the babies, she found him squatting on the floor, with flushed cheeks and still holding Wu Lina's hand.

Yang Xinyu's knees were wobbly when he heard the doctor. His dream was really coming true. Three babies! He covered his mouth with his hands!

Wu Lina on the other hand was speechless!

The doctor laughed and said, "Mr. Yang, your wife is pregnant with triplets. You will become a proud father of three babies in another eight months."
