When he came back from Tokyo, Yang Xinyu wanted to propose to Wu Lina but after seeing the contract he thought it would be better to sort out the matter and then propose to her or else Wu Lina would never accept him.

Wu Lina and Yang Xinyu took a shower together. Although Yang XInyu wanted to gobble her up in the shower, Wu Lina strictly forbade him! She threatened that she wouldn't go on a date with him if he did not behave!

'Yes, it's a date!' Thought Yang Xinyu happily.

Wu Lina dressed in her casual staples – a blue jeans, green t-shirt and converse. She just had one accessory on her – her watch.

Yang Xinyu wore a white t-shirt with a simple cheesy phrase one it – 'I'm Awesome!', blue denims and sneakers. He hardly looked like the CEO of the country's one of the biggest software development firms. He looked more like a boy with chiseled features straight out of his college. He wore his Rolex and a gold chain around his neck.

He gave a look at Wu Lina who was bubbling with excitement, ready to prance out. 'She needed to wear more accessories. How can his girlfriend be so simple?' he thought and collected his wallet. He had already called his driver with the car. He was in no mood to drive and wanted to sit in the backseat with his girlfriend.

Yang Xinyu went out to check whether the car was there or not. He saw that it was parked right outside so he went and sat in it. Patiently he waited for Wu Lina. Five minutes passed, then ten, then fifteen and then he grew impatient. He went upstairs to see if everything was fine. But what he saw was absolutely ridiculous! Wu Lina was still packing her bag. She was stuffing it with all useless things like a towel, a sun spray, a water bottle amongst other stuff, which in her words were for 'emergency'!

Snatching the bag and throwing it on the bed, Yang Xinyu pulled her out and closed the door of the house with a loud bang! He wanted to get out of the house as soon as possible.

"I need to take all those things," she resisted him.

"No! We can buy all that on our way," he replied.

"But why do we have to buy if we already have them at home," she was saying as she was taking each step down.

"Lina, baby, there is a lot of stuff in my car that we can use. Trust me."

"You don't have the stuff that ladies need," she replied exasperatedly.

"What? Are you going to have your periods again?" he panicked. He had just come from Tokyo and he was enjoying her!

"No! I mean things like lipstick or a comb..."

"You look nice just the way you are baby," he coaxed her shaking his head over her tiny unnecessary tantrums.

"We may need a red cross kit also," she said gravely.

Yang Xinyu turned to look at her and said, "Okay, go and get the kit. But that's it. Nothing else."

"Okay," she happily climbed up the stairs and opened the door to collect her bag smiling in victory.

Yang Xinyu saw her coming out with the bag again and he had an urge to toss it. But he kept quiet because he didn't want another round of argument with her. A grumpy Yang Xinyu and an ecstatic Wu Lina went and sat in the car.

Their first stop was a restaurant in a nearby locality. Wu Lina guzzled food like a baby dinosaur. Yang Xinyu was shocked to see the amount of food she had ordered but was so happy when she was eating it. He thought 'Eat well baby! You need it for more rounds of love!'

Their second stop was the museum of the City H, which boasted the city artists' old historical paintings. Wu Lina was mesmerized by the artwork and her heart moved to tears. She was too bad at painting. At her school perhaps this was the only subject she could never be good at. And that was why she appreciated art!

After spending an hour at the museum, they went to the amusement park. Yang Xinyu loved idea of taking a roller coaster ride - the thrill of roller coaster was exhilarating! But it was a nightmare for Wu Lina. She coaxed him to sit on a Ferris wheel but he wanted an endomorphic rush! Finally they compromised and headed for the car ride. They went to a shooting gallery. Wu Lina couldn't shoot, which frustrated her. She became angry with herself and then at the people around her and then at Xinyu! She threw the gun down saying, "Who need these cheap prizes anyway?"

Yang Xinyu had to go and buy a huge teddy bear for her from a shop in the amusement park to calm her. He also bought a funnel cake for her. He knew she would become hungry soon!

Amusement park proved to be extremely tiring for both of them. They had spent more than three hours over there.

Yang Xinyu wanted to take her for a movie, but they decided against it and instead asked the driver to take them to the river that was flowing on the outskirts of the city.

It was already eight in the evening by the time they reached there. The night was clear. Yang Xinyu and Wu Lina walked on the riverside holding hands. They sat near the river on the ground, got comfy and looked up at the cosmos. Yang Xinyu pulled Wu Lina in his lap. She leaned against his wide chest and put her head on his shoulders, and together they gazed at the constellations in silence. The world stopped for him… This was the most wonderful day he had spent after a long time… Tomorrow he would make sure that they spend more such days… Tomorrow would be a new beginning…
