Yan Xiaojun and Ying Yue woke up early next morning and quickly got ready. Ying Yue was nervous. She was wearing a light blue colored frock that was too loose for her. The owner came to their room and handed them his car keys.

Half an hour later after having breakfast they both headed to the hospital. Yan Xiaojun drove the car slowly and they completed the journey to the hospital in twenty minutes. The hospital was a shabby building with very few patients roaming around aimlessly. There were just two doctors and thankfully one of them was a gynecologist. They approached the front desk, took their ticket and sat down. The doctor hadn't arrived. Being a quaint town the doctor was almost never on time because there weren't too many patients…

Yan Xiaojun and Ying Yue waited for an hour getting bored by the minute.

A man approached them.

"Are you from China?" he asked enthusiastically in broken English.

He looked like a middle-aged man with amazing features. He had a slim body and his incredible Slavic appearance gave him unmatched aura. He was very handsome with wide shoulders and strong arms that would whisk any woman off the ground in a second. Regardless of the age he looked charismatic. He looked friendly and cheerful and currently his eyes were beaming.

Flustered Yan Xiaojun got up from his chair to receive a slap on his back and a long handshake from this gentleman.

"Yes…" Yan Xiaojun replied still shocked at this sudden intervention.

"And who is this lovely woman beside you?" he asked.

"My friend…" replied Yan Xiaojun not really enjoying this probe now…

"My name is Miloje!" he said shaking his hands vigorously. "I work at the local store here. I am so excited to see Chinese people here. I had a friend from the university who married a Chinese girl. She was beautiful and very hardworking. But she died…" his voice drifted…

"It is such a rarity to see Chinese people in these areas. I am really overwhelmed to see you here!" he added.

Yan Xiaojun and Ying Yue liked his friendly demeanor after interacting a little more with him. They opened up with him easily.

Ying Yue smiled and said, "Nice to meet you."

The doctor had come by that time. He was an old man who looked very calm. He had never had patients of Chinese descent and so he was excited to see them.

The couple excused themselves from Miloje and went in to show to the doctor.

"How can I help you today?" he asked benevolently.

Ying Yue hesitated first and then replied, "I am expecting… but I don't want this baby…"

"How old are you?"

"I am twenty-seven."

"That's a great age to have children."

"I don't want to tie myself into any responsibilities right now…"

"Is this your first time?" asked the doctor in the most sincere way.

"Yes," said Ying Yue.

"Okay, if that's what you want you need to sign a form." The doctor agreed to the procedure and asked Ying Yue to come to the hospital empty stomach next morning.

"I have to run a few tests on you today to check your physical condition."

Ying Yue nodded.

He ran a few tests on her to determine how many weeks pregnant she was.

Meanwhile outside the doctor's chamber when Ying Yue was showing to the doctor, Miloje made a call to his boss excitedly.

"Stay with them and follow them closely. Find out about them. I will try to come from Sofia in two days. See that they don't leave the place," ordered the boss.

"Yes boss!" Miloje was extra happy, as he would get a fat amount of money from his boss. He knew his boss's weakness, and today was the time to cash on it!

He had come to the hospital to get medication for his stomach flu and he ran into this bonanza!
