Next day at the hospital she went to his room after she reported for the duty. He was sleeping. She went to check his temperature. He opened his eyes and had roughly removed her hand.

It had taken her the entire day to make him understand the value of recovering and winning from Ying Yue.

She knew she had to keep trying for more days. That was normal for patients who were victims of mental trauma. The recovery process was slow. She had to gain his trust and slowly take him from there back to his daily, cheerful life.

The doctor's treatment plan mentioned tasks that were close to his heart. And for this reason she had gone to meet his mother.

Humming that song was part of the therapy. She had to throw a bait, open a window and reach out to him in one way or the other. It was crucial that he opens his heart to her for successful implementation of the treatment.

At the facility she would take of Yang Xinyu genuinely. He was slowly opening to her.

He had started calling his office to deliver him important office documents at the hospital. She would often help him read out the files that were sent from his office. Although she found them boring, she read them nevertheless. She seldom slept in the midst of reading them out and he would take the opportunity to tease her and open her bun.

Wu Lina came to him and shook him gently, "I am right here CEO Yang. Open your eyes."

When he didn't respond, she shook him harshly, "Open your eyes Yang Xinyu. Don't worry. Please, I am right here."

She had caught his shoulders. Yang Xinyu opened his eyes and upon seeing her he hugged her tightly and pleaded, "Wu Lina, don't leave me please. These nightmares are unbearable. Please stay with me here. I beg of you."

Seeing his pitiable state, Wu Lina was so heartbroken that she agreed. "Sure Third Master Yang, I will. Please don't be scared. I am right there with you."

When he calmed she made him lie down on the bed and went to the bathroom to get a wet towel to wipe his sweat. She fetched some dry hospital clothes for him to change into.

She opened his shirt slowly and started to dry his torso. While she was drying him she saw his perfect, muscular V-shaped body. She gasped and reddened. This was her first time feeling like that for a man! What was she feeling...?

Yang Xinyu was too drowsy to notice her. He seemed to relax under her familiar touch. He drifted off in a deep slumber…
