Guan Xiaolin watched as the car disappears into the distance without a word.
"Thanks for helping me out this time. If it wasn't for you, I would never have the chance to even see him in person." In the car, Song Yu turned to look at the clean-shaven and handsome side profile of Jian Yi. This was the man that she had been in love with for thirteen years.
"I didn't do much. I'm merely a manager in Qilin's engineering department. If I could I would have helped you pull the strings directly," said Jian Yi as he smiled.
Song Yu shook her head. "You've helped me a lot."
It would be impossible for a fresh graduate like her to get an architect job if it was not for Jian Yi's recommendation.

Song Yu blushed at that comment and lowered her head shyly.
"It's cold, head indoors. I will leave when I see your lights on," said Jian Yi.
Song Yu nodded. Halfway through, she turned around to look at Jian Yi again before she went upstairs.

Qi Chengzhi wound down the car window and lit up a cigarette. Jian Yi drove away when he saw Song Yu's house brighten up.
He positioned the cigarette between his lips with his slender index and middle finger and let go the moment it touched his lips.
He opened the door and threw the unsmoked cigarette on the floor then extinguish it with the sole of his shoe.
The delicate fragrance of Song Yu's lips still lingered in between his lips and he did not want the cigarette to ruin it.
He lowered his head and looked at the zipper on his pants - the calmed penis. He let out a bitter laugh.
Shamefully, he got an erection from a light peck.
He dialed a number using his cellphone. Qi Chengzhi said with his usual cold and composed voice, "Chenglin, it's me. I'll take care of the hotel development project."
He hung up after he made the message clear. On the other side of the phone, Qi Chenglin was still puzzled by the purpose of the call.
As Song Yu got home, she reached for the switch. Her small studio apartment lit up.
Property prices in B City1 were insanely high. The rental for a studio apartment was near the upper limit of her budget.
Song Yu kicked away her high heels and crashed on her bed. She let out a long sigh, then closed and rubbed her eyes. It was a long day, she felt so tired that she did not want to move anymore.
