Chapter 736: Lion Roar
It was nothing for a young man to be interested in beautiful women. Even Confucius once said that the desire for food and sex was part of human nature. However, Mr. Hou didn’t just have a normal appetite for pretty women.
The young manager of the pub told Wang Yao that the third son from the Hou family had done a lot of bad things. People even died because of him. This was too much.
So, he lives here. Wang Yao was standing in front of a group of luxurious residence. This was probably the best residence in Dao. He entered the place with ease and came straight to a house occupying the best position in this community.
This car probably costs several millions of dollars, thought Wang Yao as he looked at the car parking outside the house. Rich people know how to enjoy life.
Inside the house, a young man was in bed with two women. He seemed to be very occupied.
Hmm, he seems to be busy. Wang Yao walked around the house and knew immediately what the young man inside the house was doing. Having sex with two women during the day? So horny!
Wang Yao picked a spot and looked inside. He took a deep breath. He made a lion roar as loud as thunder.
Roar!
Crack! The windows of the first floor broke right away.
“What the hell?” the young man inside the house cursed.
He was enjoying his time with two pretty women. Suddenly, his body weakened. It was as if a gas of cold air entered his body. He instantly fell onto the bed.
No!
He was addicted to sex, but he was managing because he was young. He also knew how to keep fit. What just happened to him was not good.
“Who the hell was shouting?” He was furious.
He jumped out of the bed and ran toward the window naked. However, he didn’t see anyone. All that he could see were some plants and a dog.
No one? How could it be possible?
On his king-sized bed, two naked pretty women in their 20s were still waiting for him.
Try again? He thought. He went back onto the bed, but nothing happened.
“Damn it!” His facial expression changed.
“You two, get the hell out of here!” He shouted at the two girls in bed. The two girls didn’t dare ask any questions. They quickly put their clothes on and left the house.

Wang Yao, who was still hiding outside the house, saw the two girls coming out. They are probably still in school. What a pervert!
He didn’t leave. Instead, he waited outside. Soon, a young man came out of the house. He was about 5-foot-7. He looked strong and handsome.
That must be him. The world would be a better place without people like him, Wang Yao thought.
“Damn it, don’t let me catch you,” the third son of the Hou family said.
He was still cursing as he walked out of the house. He was going to check the CCTV to find out who was roaring outside his house. He was not happy with the security of the residence. They should have done a better job.
“Hello. It was me.” He heard someone talking next to him. The voice was like a screw entering his head from his ears.
“Ouch!” he screamed.
The headache was intolerable. He covered his head with both hands. Before he shouted again, he felt something stuck inside his throat. He couldn’t make any sound. He quickly passed out.
Wang Yao carried him into the house like he was carrying a chicken. He walked around inside the house.
He found a notebook and a portable hard drive in the bedroom. The things written in the notebook was absolutely disgusting. The third son from the Hou family wrote details of his dates with those women, including how they had sex.
Wang Yao briefly browsed through the notebook and found several women were forced to have sex with the heir of Hou’s family or drugged. All the details were written down.
These stuff should be useful, Wang Yao thought.
He went to the living room, where the young man was. He was resentful of him. He patted on the young man’s body at different areas.
“It’s time for you to repent,” Wang Yao said before he walked out of the house.
Meanwhile, Sun Yunsheng was walking out of a building after he had finished dealing with some business issues. His driver was leaning on the car waiting for him. As soon as he was about to enter the car, a package flew into the car from nowhere and landed on the front passenger’s seat.
“Watch out!” His bodyguard jumped in front of him.
People nearby were all startled and looked toward Sun Yunsheng.
“What is it?” he asked.
The bodyguard opened the package and found a notebook and a portable hard drive inside.

“What’s this?” Sun Yunsheng frowned as he picked the two items. “Let’s go.”
He checked the contents of the notebook and the hard drive. He thought for a long time. He knew what Mr. Hou was like. In fact, he had sent men to follow him. He knew what Mr. Hou was interested in. However, he didn’t have any evidence.
Who gave me these? And why? Sun Yunsheng thought.
This evidence was very useful. However, he would have to take the risk of completely falling out with the Hou family. He couldn’t make a decision, so he showed these items to his father.
“Where did you get them?” Sun Zhengrong asked after Sun Yunsheng told him what happened.
“I don’t know,” Sun Yunsheng said.
“I’ll keep them for now. They are useful, but they won’t make a big difference. It’s not time to make enemy with them,” Sun Zhengrong said.
“I see,” Sun Yunsheng said. He didn’t link it to Wang Yao.
Wang Yao was on the bus back to Haiqu. He didn’t think he could do anything more for the Sun family. He didn’t want to cause any trouble for them.
Inside a house, Mr. Hou gradually gained consciousness. He still had a bad headache and double vision.
“Where am I?” It took him 10 minutes to be alert and realize that he was in his own house.
Who was it? He thought about the young man he bumped into just now and his voice. The young man had passed out and awoke in the living room of his own house. He didn’t even get the chance to take a good look at Wang Yao.
Who was it? Someone from the Sun family? The reason he came to Dao in the first place was to make Sun Zhengrong’s life hard. He obtained a big company from Sun Zhengrong without paying anything.
No, they don’t have the guts to fall out with my family.
He was more than a womanizer. In fact, he was very clever.
“Ouch!” He suddenly experienced a sharp pain in his head and belly. It felt like something was stirring inside his head and belly.
What the hell is going on?
He was sweating due to the pain. Soon, he couldn’t tolerate the pain anymore. He dialed the emergency number with trembling fingers.
After being checked in the hospital thoroughly, the doctor told him that he had arterial spasm in his head and gastroenteritis.
“Nothing more?” Mr. Hou asked.
“No,” the doctor replied.
Why did I have arterial spasm? I’ve never had it before. He took the results of medical examination and drove home. As soon as he stepped into his house, he felt so dizzy that he fell onto the ground.
…
“Hey, you are back,” Zhang Xiuying said as soon as she saw her son.
Wang Yao arrived at his house at about 4 p.m. Both of his parents were home.
“Is everything alright?” she asked.
“Yes. Is everything alright at home?” Wang Yao asked.
“Yeah, everything is good here,” his mother said. “What would you like to eat for dinner?”
“You don’t need to go out to buy anything. I’ve got something for you.” Wang Yao showed his mother what was in his hand with a smile.
On his way home, he bumped into someone selling fish. The fish looked very fresh, so he brought a big carp home.
“Fantastic, I’ll make you fish soup,” Zhang Xiuying said.
“Thanks, Mom, I have to go to the clinic. I will be back soon,” Wang Yao said.
He saw a car waiting for him as he was walking toward his clinic on the main road, which connected the south and north of the village. The number plate indicated the car was registered in a different province.
He unlocked the door of the clinic and walked inside.
“He’s finally back!” A man got out of the car parking outside the clinic and knocked at the door before entering the clinic.
“Hello, Dr. Wang,” the man said.
“Hello, how can I help you?” Wang Yao asked.
“Oh, I don’t need to see you myself. I’m just wondering if you will be here tomorrow morning,” the man said.
“Yes, I’ll be here,” Wang Yao replied.
“Great, I’ll be back with the patient tomorrow morning,” the man said.
“That’s fine,” Wang Yao said.
The man and the patient had been waiting in the village for two days. They were going to leave if Wang Yao didn’t come back.
“He looks so young,” the man murmured after he had left the clinic. “I’m not sure if he’s a good doctor or not.”

Ursus Ex Machina
Ozzy was a man of the wild. Raised in a remote village atop the world's mightiest mountain, he'd been taught to respect and revere the natural world. The realm he was born into had been there long before him, and it would remain there long after him. Sure, there was the occasional madman who threatened to destroy it, but such boasts were always empty. No one individual was actually capable of demolishing this beautiful blue-and-green ball Ozzy called home. No matter what terrible magics these villains wielded, they were incapable of causing permanent harm to the environment. Even if the planet was completely devastated, it would recover. Life would find a way to flourish, same as it always had. That was what Ozzy believed from the bottom of his heart, so he never once felt the need to save the world he loved. After all, it was never truly in danger. The world would be fine no matter what. The people were a wee bit endangered, but that was another story altogether. However, what would happen if Ozzy suddenly found himself devoid of his beloved wilds? What would the man do if the realm he knew - one of wonder, magic, and chaos - was replaced with a man-made environment of concrete, industry, and steam? Ozzy could never imagine such a thing happening, and yet that was his new reality. After losing a fateful confrontation with a mad wizard, he and his friends found themselves transported to a strange world so thoroughly alien that every waking moment feels like a fever dream. Separated and scattered to the four corners of this land, each of these adventurers will need to adapt, survive, and overcome if they hope to reunite. They would also need to do so quickly. The sooner they are able to find one another, the sooner they can figure out a way back home and have another crack at putting an end to the villain's plans. Whether such a thing was actually possible in a world with barely any magic in it was a valid concern, but Ozzy had more immediate things to worry about. For instance, why did the air smell like a perpetual forest fire? How did ships sail through the sky as if it were water? And most importantly, was the pavement he was hurtling towards at high speed much softer than it looked? Probably not, but a man could hope.

This quest will either see von Bolstedt's shaken faith in his own god reforged into an intolerant blade, or shattered like ice. Word from the AuthorGreetings! Witch Hunt plays out in the much beloved Warhammer Fantasy setting (owned, of course, by Games Workshop). Do not fret, however, as I've made it a point to make the story digestible even to the uninitiated, and maybe even be a good introduction to the setting. This is the second part of the adventures of Adebar von Bolstedt, as such I recommend reading part one, titled "The Hand of Sigmar" first. While I cannot claim the places, concepts and gods etc. mentioned within as my own, the story and all characters flowed from my own fingers.
