The Great Thief Chapter 1977

After the wedding in the game ended, very soon, it was the 2nd round of Ruling Sword's semifinals, fighting on their home court against Peerless City.
Everyone was fighting very seriously. The scores of the arena competition were still 3:2, but this time, it was Ruling Sword leading. In the first round, Ruling Sword was actually losing to Peerless City by 1 point.
Peerless City had Green Flag Wine and Deadly Gold Underpants. On the arena, they weren't afraid of anyone.
Fortunately, Ruling Sword weren't weak either. Moonlight, Mu Qiu and Lu Li were all PvP masters. Lu Li certainly couldn't defeat Green Flag Wine and Deadly Gold Underpants, but apart from these two, he could easily crush anyone else.
In the group competition, the two sides were fighting even more intensely.
In the end, Ruling Sword walked away with a home court victory of 5:2.
They had won in their away match 4:3, so now, the final scores were 9:5. In theory, Peerless City still had a chance the turn the tables.
Blood Red War Flag and Glory Capital had fought very intensely. After Sorrowless showed up that day at the odd couple's wedding, no one had seen him again in the game.
He loved his work, but he loved his girls more.
No one knew what he was thinking, but this didn't hinder how he wanted to live his life. After all, he was one of the top ten richest people last year. His assets definitely didn't include Glory Capital alone.
On the other hand, Jade Lonesome Flower always considered his professional life to begin from when he had entered Blood Red War Flag.
In the years when Sorrowless was in control of Glory Capital, he had never been able to bring Blood Red War Flag to the peak.
Now, Sorrowless had gone.
If he couldn't personally defeat Sorrowless, he could chase him off his altar. Jade Flower Lover had suffered for a long time.
Now, they could only regroup and reorganize, setting their sights on the new Glory Capital under the leadership of Wendelian. If he couldn't even deal with one woman, then Jade Flower Lover could only work on grooming his own successor.
What could Glory Capital do without Sorrowless?
He was still thinking like this until the moment the final scores came out. Reality was a real slap in the face.
Losing 2:3 in the arena competition was enough, but what about being crushed in the group stage? What was even more crazy was it was their home court.

Their home court!
They had lost 2:5 on their home court. This had Jade Flower Lover, who had already drafted his victory speech, dying to kill himself in front of the portrait of Blood Red War Flag's founding father.
On the other side of the competition, Peerless City had lost.
As such, Ruling Sword successfully entered into the finals. They just had to wait for the result between Blood Red War Flag and Glory Capital before they could fight for the second championship.
There was another Stronghold battle at this time. Ruling Sword's World Tree had finally bared its fierce teeth to the world.
When it was planted, it simply couldn't birth Wisps in time. However, there were a lot of Moonwells in the Black Sea Coast. Some had already dried up, so there were many Wisps wandering around with no home to return to. They would occasionally make a miserable wailing sound, waiting to return back to nature and being restored back to their most basic elements.
Until one day, the new Stronghold at the Black Sea Coast had a Word Tree seed planted there.
These Wisps were attracted by it, and they slowly stepped onto the road to find the final resting place for their spirit.
Lu Li sent people out to protect and guide them, having them clean up monsters on the way and driving away players that were bothering them. This guaranteed that they were able to enter Ruling Sword's Stronghold.
With a few days' effort, The World Tree was filled with over a hundred fluttering Wisps.
They were able to absorb power from The World Tree to continue their growth and learned natural magic.
After the Stronghold war started, in order to protect their home, they exploded out in power to fight.
Their biggest specialty was casting spells. Within a certain radius from The World Tree, the effectiveness of their magic was almost unaffected by distance. They didn't need to stand at the Stronghold walls to be able to attack players down there.
Of the two Strongholds in the Black Sea Coast, one was protected by the Ancient of Lore, while the other had the World Tree. A small number of players to defend them was enough. The others were assigned to the two Strongholds of Grey Valley. As for Winterspring, Lu Li instructed Judgement Spear to defend it independently, and wouldn't send any more reinforcements at all.

What was unexpected was that Judgement Spear turned out to actually be successful.
The commander Wandering was usually as crafty as a fox. He created a fake persona and spread a rumor that Judgement Spear had formed a three-way alliance. This caused the major clubs to grow overcautious and not dare to head out.
Their attackers were a medium-sized club whose power wasn't that great.
After a bitter fight, their defense gradually won out.
However, in the next Stronghold battle, the same strategy wouldn't work twice.
Lu Li didn't keep waiting for the finals. He and Water Fairy held a simple wedding in real life. Mr. Shen sent people to give gratulatory gifts, with he himself not showing up. In a certain way, this expressed his attitude – his business was still going to be given to his son.
However, no successful businessperson would put all their eggs in one basket.
According to his will, his company would be divided into three parts. One would be kept for Water Fairy, one would be kept for his son, and one would be held by the board of directors. If his son wasn't able to pass the triple test set up by the board of directors, the shares held by the board of directors would be given to Water Fairy, and Water Fairy would become the new leader of the Shen clan.
It was rather complicated, but on the whole, as long as things went in accordance with his will, there wouldn't be any massive problems.
And the board of directors would guarantee that this would all go smoothly. They were even more willing to accept a capable person to become the Shen leader. If the Shen prince really couldn't hold up, they would make sure that Water Fairy would take over.
As time drew near for him, no matter what lady Shen did to quicken the Mr. Shen's passing, she also had no way to get the Shen name through her young, ignorant son.
In his will, leader Shen didn't leave a cent for her.
Water Fairy didn't express an opinion towards this. Her own business was developing flourishingly and simply didn't need this gift.
After the wedding was over, Lu Li and Water Fairy began their honeymoon. They went from the great mountains and rivers of the country, to many famous historical and scenic spots overseas, as well as the countless scenic views of the small towns in northern Europe and deserted landscapes of the polar regions.
To be wise, you couldn't just read books – you had to be well-travelled too. Once a poverty-stricken youth in the Common District, he began to enjoy life as well as enrich himself.
When he was overseas, Lu Li heard that Blood Red War Flag had won a round, gaining the advantage while playing away with a score of 4:3. Combining the points before, they had just clawed back to 6:8, so it wasn't impossible for the scores to flip.
The System also began release the last patch for The Burning Crusader – Fury of the Sunwell.
There was a new map, a new Instance Dungeon, and new game mechanisms.
He also heard that Sorrowless had completely left Glory Capital. After he was relieved of all his duties, he unworthily became an ordinary player in the game. Apparently, he was assembling a personal mercenary group.
Lu Li still hadn't received Darkness' application to leave the guild, so it seemed as though Sorrowless would be waiting for yet a while longer.
When a guy did something wrong, there were various views on whether they should be forgiven or not.
Lu Li didn't express his own views toward this and didn't take a position either. As long as Darkness chose to remain in the guild, everything would continue as normal. However, in the event that she did leave, they would still remain friends.
As for Lu Xin, she had already been banned from games. Lu Li hoped that she would enter into university this year, relying on her own capabilities.
The same went for Remnant Dream and Hachi Chan. They were battling their final year of high school. Even though they had quite a bit of wealth, they still had to study, otherwise, life couldn't be said to be complete.
After being away for a month, he took his beloved wife Snowy back home from Europe.
Blood Red War Flag was unfortunately defeated at the hands of Glory Capital. Once again, a final showdown between Ruling Sword and Glory Capital would take place.
Aside from this, after another 9 months had passed, Lu Li became a father.

With so many stories on the internet right now, It's almost impossible if not outright impossible to make an original MC. The best I can do is pick the kind of cliched MC I like the most and give it a twist of my own. English is not my first language, so there will be some mistakes in every chapter. Please notify me in the comment if you found one (Or some). I'm still an inexperienced writer, so feedbacks and reviews are very much appreciated.

The Struggles of Dating a Demon [Completed]
Mabel's boss dabbled in awfully questionable business for the owner of an herb store, and she never blinked when he had suspicious-looking visitors. On one particular Sunday, though, Mabel couldn't help but watch the man leaving Herman's office with a critical eye. It wasn't his impressive height, dark eyes, or shaggy hair that kept her curiosity piqued.Instead, it was the way the shadows seemed to collect around him, dancing under his feet as he walked and vanishing abruptly as soon as the door shut behind him. *****"Do not call me 'Death,' Little One." He reached a hand down to help her up, but Mabel swatted it away, standing on her own and scowling. "Don't call me 'Little One,' Death." She fired back, crossing her arms and straightening her back to look taller. "And, besides, you're the one who told me your name was Death, so what else am I supposed to call you?" The raspy growl that rolled from his throat didn't sound anything like a chuckle, but the slight smile on his face told her otherwise. "Aleron." ******He brings death to those deemed wicked, but sees her as an angel and vows that nothing will harm her under his watch.Highest Ranks: #1 in Littleone 8/7/2019#1 in Mystical 8/25/20; 9/2/20; 9/11/20; 6/13/21#1 in Mythical 9/25/20#1 in Devil 5/16/21#1 in Heaven 5/20/21#4 in Paranormal 8/25/20#1 in demon 8/7/22

Glitch — Alpha [Swedish] [Svenska]
********* For English readers: (Might as well add this information in English to save the lovely souls looking through our works some time) I probably won't translate this work, but I'm working on another translation within YA, if that's something you'd be interested in. This one's horror/thriller, so.. yeah. Maybe sometime in the future. Otilia works at a daycare when a child disappears. Seconds later, the child reappears, like nothing had happened. She thinks she's worked too much, but when disappearences start to happen all around the globe, she and her boyfriend realize that something has gone really, really wrong. When they get an idea about what could be the cause, no matter how unbelievable, they will do everything in their power to get the information to the right people. This was my first-ever-novel and my first gamelit story (though I had no idea that was a thing/genre at the time). This novel contains a lot of violence and blood and can be uncomfortable to read for some people. There is also some violence from, and off-screen violence to, children.
