Chapter 1941: Little Lucky Hand’s Challenge
Translator: Exodus Tales Editor: Exodus Tales
System: Congratulations Glory Capita, who under the leadership of White Westhill, have completed the First Clear of the Stormwind Stronghold!”
This world notification instantly froze everyone. Everyone was still discussing the First Clear the second before.
“I…”
Sky Moon stood up abruptly. His eyes locked onto Lu Li in the first second.
Currently, Lu Li was sitting with Water Fairy.
The two of them were holding hands. Lu Li tilted his head towards Water Fairy to say something which made her laugh so hard she couldn’t sit straight, and her whole body leaned onto Lu Li’s.
“Lu Li, our First Clear got taken by someone else and you’re still sitting there flirting,” Azure Sea Breeze chided as he threw his axe and shield onto the floor with a bang.
“Oh, yeah I know,” Lu Li said nonchalantly as he glanced at him and seemed surprised as to why he was making a fuss.
“Boss, the First Clear is gone! It was taken by Glory Capital!”
Sky Moon suddenly felt his whole body sapped of energy. He felt that his progress was fast enough already and he only needed two or three more tries before obtaining First Clear.
“I saw it already. Are you guys done with resting? If so, let’s continue,” Lu Li said.
“A First Clear! First Clear!!” Azure Sea Breeze shouted loudly.
“We both need to fight for Strongholds, and also fight in matches, so we don’t even have that many powerful, high-level players for Instance Dungeons. Wouldn’t it be normal for our First Clear to get taken?” Lu Li questioned, paying him no attention, then continued, “Are we gonna stop fighting just because our First Clear got taken?”
“But…” Sky Moon still felt very ashamed.

Even though nothing had been said, he felt that they were all blaming him.
“There are no buts. Even if I was commanding, there is no absolute certainty that we would definitely get this First Clear. Quickly get rid of this Boss. Don’t let me down,” Lu Li commanded.
The Instance Dungeon continued.
Perhaps due to his emotions being over stimulated, the team was destroyed twice. It was not until the third time that Ruling Sword killed Prince Kael’thas.
This time, there were no First Clear rewards.
There was no equipment, no skill points and no enhanced skill books. Everything that everyone had been anticipating had come to nothing.
“Let’s loot the equipment, Dreamy,” Lu Li hastened.
It would be a lie if they weren’t disappointed without a First Clear. However, Lu Li had to show as if he didn’t care. Sky Moon felt guilty enough already as it was. There was no point in blaming him. As a leader, he was learning when to criticise, when to forgive, and when to encourage at the right time.
Lu Li’s personal mentor, Water Fairy’s grandfather Mr. Fan, had imparted him a lot of knowledge in this area.
Remnant Dream crisply replied and ran to loot equipment.
In fact, she didn’t even care about First Clears or not. When she looted valuable items from First Clears, everyone thought that it was an effect of the First Clear rather than her lucky hand.
Now that this wasn’t the case, it was far more of a challenge.
“Three gem stones!”
There was definitely enough in terms of quantity, but it was unfortunate that the quality was just passable. They could all be used and were still considered to be useful by people, but no one would bid points for them.
There was a pile of Strengthening Stones, and then two Enhanced Skill Books.

Then came the equipment.
Sunhawk Leggings, Dark Gold – Chain Mail Armor for Magic professions.
This failed to go to auction since the team didn’t have any healer Shamans or elemental Shamans.
Due to the Dual Talent Specialisation that was going to be released, Sakura Memories was forced to take it for the price of 5 points. She didn’t care too much since she usually didn’t spend a lot of points to bid for equipment.
Thalassian Wildercloak, Dark Gold – this was something that belonged in the Agility category.
Nobody wanted this either, so Lu Li assigned it to himself and also deducted 5 points.
Two pieces of Dark Gold made Remnant Dream’s little hands shake.
The third was the Nexus Key.
Finally, there was one Epic equipment for Magic roles. This Staff was considered more geared towards PVP, and drew a number of bidders.
Hopefully, the fourth equip was going to be equally as valuable! The System’s lucky hand had to start praying now.
Chestguard of the Vanquished Defender!
This was T5 Transmog Set piece for Warriors, Priests and Druids.
The Little Lucky Hand pouted her mouth and nearly cried. According to the usual, Transmog Sets would be dropped after individual Epic items. However, only one individual Epic item had dropped before the Transmog Set piece.
“This is good stuff! Warriors and Priests are especially lacking in this,” Lu Li comforted her with a meaningful look.
To miss a First Clear costed them a lot of equipment indeed.
All 25 people would receive a First Clear reward. Even if only a third received equipment, then that was still 8 pieces. Even if it was just 8 pieces and half were Epic, then there would still be four Epic items.
Warriors and Priests battled it out, but March Rain ended up with the equipment.
She was a pretty girl, a competitor and the guild’s top Priest.
All these factors combined meant that not many people would be thick-skinned enough to fight her.
Plus, she had an older brother. Offending March Rain was the same as offending Lonesome Flower. He was like Azure Sea Breeze and was a part of the earliest group of people who had followed Lu Li.
“There’s one more!”
Remnant Dream was finally happy after grabbing another Transmog set.
There was no way more items could be found. However, to loot this much stuff without a First Clear was enough to prove how amazing her little lucky hands were.
This new Transmog set was made specially for Paladins, Thieves, and Shamans.
Competition for this was also pretty intense. Even if Sakura Memories announced her withdrawal from the competition, there were still many people who sought after it.
In the end, Lu Li made the decision to give it to Water Fairy.
After all, she was his own partner.
More importantly, if it was his turn to enter into a match, he could totally borrow it to wear himself.
“There’s still stuff,” Remnant Dream said.
“It’s probably a quest item,” Lu Li recalled. This Boss would drop at least two quest items. One called Kael’s Vial Remnant, while the other was called Verdant Sphere. Plus, Water Fairy had also collected her flying quest from here.
“Nope, Ta-da!”
System: Congratulations Remnant Dream of Ruling Sword Guild for collecting the Ashes of Al’ar!
Ashes of Al’ar?
What the heck was that? Was it a mount?
This name didn’t really explain clearly what it was. There was only a minority of people who were sensitive enough to link it to the first Boss of Stormwind Stronghold, the Fire Phoenix. Only then did people have some realistic guesses of what it was.

Legend of the Guild: Point Blank
Status: On hiatus indefinitely, because I'm going to be busy and the story is now at a place where it needs major reconstruction. Curt is a young gunslinger from a small town called Ore Town, situated in a barren wasteland known as the Dusts. While sabotaging the gang threatening his town, Curt is forced to take a leap of faith, literally. He plunges into the sea of clouds expecting death, only to arrive in an entirely new world beneath his own. Saved by a young girl using magic, Curt isn't too sure what to make of his second chance of life. When he meets a fellow Duster who had fallen years ago, he's roped into becoming second-in-command of a brand new guild. Guild duties aren't easy, especially as Curt is tasked to recruit fighters to take on the Grand Guild Tournament, where the winning guild takes home an enormous prize pool -- and most importantly, a mysterious ticket to the fabled "Star City" that exists above the clouds. Going with the flow only takes him so far, and Curt soon finds himself burdened with more responsibility than he bargained for, including the fate of the two worlds. ==============================Wordpress This webnovel is written for fun, and everything posted is essentially a first draft. Beware of typos and lack of creative descriptions — my main priority is to get the story out over writing quality. Still, I hope you enjoy the story. Updates are sporadic, but I aim to release a chapter (~2000-3000 words) at least once a week. Average release time is 1 chapter/3 days. I took inspiration from the lore of the MMO, Dungeon Fighter Online (Dungeon & Fighter), and there may be easter eggs or references to the game, but the story and characters have become wholly original and standalone.
