Chapter 601

Lexi blinked her eyes several times despite her dizziness . As she tried to move, she realized her movements were limited .

Alarmed, Lexi gazed on her body, and her eyes widened in shock . What’s on her, it was undoubtedly a bomb! “Ethan!” Out of instinct, Lexi panicked as she called her husband’s name .

However, as she set her shaking eyes on Ethan Lu, her complexion turned paler . Shifting her gaze to the figure near her, Lincoln Lu smirked at her that sent a chill down her spine .

“Hahahaha!” Seeing Lexi’s terrified expression and Ethan Lu’s kowtowing, Lincoln Lu’s happiness reached its peak . “What a rare sight to see!” Clapping his hands, Lincoln Lu’s laughter resonated across the whole abandoned warehouse .

“Alright . . . since my nephew is obedient, I’ll scratch the idea of tormenting you further . ” Lincoln Lu wiped the tears on the side of his eyes as he recomposed himself .

Slowly, Lincoln Lu strode towards Ethan Lu . As he approached, he glanced at the men vigilantly standing behind Ethan Lu . However, despite their numbers and intimidating glares, that didn’t stop Lincoln Lu from approaching the kowtowing Ethan Lu .

Lincoln Lu’s eyes widened as he saw his men on the ground while the young Lady was holding on the bomb far from the corner . Everything happened in a split second, which caught everyone off guard .

Still, as soon as Jarred Guo and Nico Zhuang saw Lexi out of harm’s way, they hound on Lincoln Lu . They pinned him down, as harsh as possible .

“Argh!” Wincing in pain as two men pinned him down, Lincoln Lu gritted his teeth .

Meanwhile, Ethan Lu slowly raised his head up . His forehead had a bit of blood trickling down on him due to the pressure Lincoln Lu did when he stepped on the back of his head .

“Master!” Lyrick Jiang offered his assistance yet, Ethan Lu stopped him by raising his hand .

Looking down at the pinned down Lincoln Lu, Ethan Lu’s eyes bore no human emotions . Just a glance with the pair of his black orbs, one could feel the killing intent glinting across it .

“Lincoln Lu, I let all your ploy slid in the past . . . but this time, I can’t . ” Slowly, Ethan Lu pointed his pistol’s muzzle to Lincoln Lu’s head . His forefinger positioned on the trigger as he slowly pulled it .

“Ethan!” Although Lexi was still in the process of understanding what was going on, the killing intent she sensed from her husband was too overwhelming .

In her perspective, Ethan Lu was not hesitating to pull the trigger . He would kill him — he’d kill Lincoln Lu!

“Please don’t!” Through her shaking voice, Lexi shook her head as terrified tears fell from the side of her eyes .

“Hahahaha! Why did you stop, master?” When Ethan Lu heard Lexi’s terrified yet trying to be brave voice, he stopped from pulling the trigger . However, at the same time, Lincoln Lu’s maniac and taunting words assailed everyone’s ears .

“Tie him up — Rick, surrender him to our reinforcement when they came . ” Ignoring Lincoln Lu’s mocking remarks, Ethan Lu closed his eyes as he heaved a heavy breath .
