Upon hearing the woman’s remarks, Ethan Lu frowned . What does she meant by that?

As if guessing Ethan Lu’s internal thoughts, Seraphina Yue shrugged her shoulders . “I don’t understand your cousin either . Probably because of the plane crash in Country M . ”

“What?” Ethan Lu was already displeased hearing that Louis Lu wanted someone dead . However, the woman’s last nonchalant remark caused him to have another batch of shock .

“Oh? You don’t know the people who wants you dead? If I’m Lou, I’d actually ask someone to kill my father instead — I don’t particularly like Lin and he has more capability than Dylan, so — whatever . ” Talking as if Louis Lu could not hear her, vicious and remorseless words continued to escape from her plump lips .

Ethan Lu stared at the harmless visage of the woman . He already knew one thing or two about her but, he never actually thought that she could be this dark . She talked about people’s life and death as if it wasn’t something new to her .

Thus, as a person who relied to the government justice system, Ethan Lu was truly dissatisfied . Glancing at Louis Lu, Ethan Lu could not help but sigh . He knew that his cousin was acquainted with bad people, but Ethan Lu knew that his cousin wouldn’t come to them anymore .

“You mean it was Dylan, and Lou knew all along?” Wearing an ugly frown, Ethan Lu altered his gaze from Louis Lu and Seraphina Yue’s equally nonchalant front .

He wasn’t actually expecting a decent and clear response . Yet, Seraphina Yue gave him a satisfying answer, “Country M is where all those pests resides — you think Lou will not know?”

“Lou . . . ?” Despite that Seraphina Yue’s gave him a clear answer, Ethan Lu still sought for Louis Lu’s clarification .

After all, Louis Lu led him there with his own reason . If not because Ethan Lu was more or less curious about this “important talk” that Louis Lu invited him to take part of, he wouldn’t be in this private lounge .

“It’s not because of that — the reason is personal . ” As Louis Lu placed down the cup of tea, he raised his gaze to meet his cousin’s displeased pair of eyes . “The reason I invited you over is that I am already planning to resort to violence and clear the obstacles on your way . ” His tone was blank, showing no emotion or whatsoever of the vileness of his “plans” .

Therefore, Ethan Lu was more disappointed . “So, you’re saying it’s for me? Lou, even if Dylan is like that, he’s still our cousin . ” He scoffed, insulted that Louis Lu was using him as an excuse to cook up unforgivable sins .

“Mhmm . . . ” Louis Lu hummed a tune as he cast Seraphina Yue a nonchalant side glance . “If you don’t deal with them soon, I’ll take the matters into my hands . I don’t really care if he is my cousin . ” Unattached, Louis Lu’s threats didn’t falter .

Was he giving Ethan Lu an ultimatum? Why was he so keen on meddling with Dylan Lu’s affairs to the point he wanted him dead? Ethan Lu had already known that Dylan and Louis’s relationship wasn’t that initially good — but it wasn’t this bad either . Just what happened?

Ethan Lu wordlessly scrutinized Louis Lu’s indifferent countenance . He wanted a hint yet, he couldn’t read anything with that deadpan expression .

“But, hey! Lou is actually paying me a huge sum for that psycho’s head! Wow . . . too bad I’m already dead . ” Attempting to liven up the mood, Seraphina Yue clasped her hands together before a realization struck her which made her sulk .

“I wanted to live so badly but—” As she sulked, the rest of the men inside could not help but cast her a disdainful stare .

“Eh?” Just then, a man — one of Seraphina’s subordinate — opened the door where Churu and Nico Zhuang were listening . Yet, when he opened, Churu and Nico Zhuang were just standing — Churu seemed she was about to knock .

“Who are you?” Knitting his brows, the man with a cheeky tone asked . However, instead of a reply, he witnessed the sparkle on Churu’s eyes upon laying her eyes on him .

“Who’s that, Riggs?” Seraphina arched her brows as she tossed her head to see Riggs’ back, blocking the small people outside . “Can you move a little? I can’t see, man . ” She demanded with a frown .

“I came here cause of Ethan!” Had her eyes glued to Riggs, Churu blurted out .

“Eh?” Doubtful, Riggs stepped aside which gave Ethan Lu the chance to see Churu and Nico outside .

“Wow, I like them — come in!” As if Seraphina Yue wouldn’t mind the sudden appearance of these new faces, she invited them over as if she was just merely having a simple tea party .

” . . . ” Meanwhile, Ethan Lu had been deep in his thoughts about their talk earlier hence, he was lost of words upon seeing the two at the entrance .

On the other hand, Churu excitedly nodded her head as she skipped her step inside . The more she could see the ominous aura filling up the air inside, the more her eyes twinkled .

‘So this is the delicious scent I’ve been smelling . . . ‘ Churu was in awe as she scanned their faces . Her eyes then paused on the man sleeping soundlessly in the corner — Wren Tanaka!

“Oh, you like him?” Seeing that Churu’s gaze stopped at Wren’s sleeping figure, Seraphina raised her brows .

“Hmm! I like everyone!” Without a second hesitation, Churu profusely shook her head up and down as she responded, causing Nico Zhuang’s brows to twitch .

“You do? Also that guy?” She inquired, then pointing at another man . Seraphina then slowly stood, and the moment she did, all eyes were on her . Even Nico Zhuang raised his guard instinctively at the spine-chilling aura as she approached .

“Yes!” Ignoring the natural alarming aura emanating from Seraphina Yue, Churu grinned brightly until she saw her stopped in front of her and slightly leveled down .

“Then . . . ” Vileness flickered across Seraphina Yue’s eyes as she stared at the argent pair of eyes akin to two full moons . “Why don’t we harass them together sometimes?” Bearing an excited tone, Seraphina snatched Churu’s hands as her jet black orbs sparkled — the same as Churu’s .

All the men inside — particularly Seraphina Yue’s subordinate — couldn’t help but cringe hearing their boss recruit people to harass them .

“Bull! Shut up, dead man! Don’t corrupt the young man!” Riggs sassed in dismay . Unbeknownst to them, Churu was the most corrupt character inside that room .
