Shu Jing Min called Feng Xinying's secretary Cai Xin to let her know that he had found an investor for his business and that the investor wanted an urgent meeting with Feng Xinying because he was flying overseas. At first she refused him, but he called her number of times. Finally she had to concede.

When Cai Xin relayed this message, Feng Xinying was in her bedroom along with Xie Yuansheng who was sleeping beside her. It was evening and they had returned after showing to the doctor. Xie Yuansheng was feeling tired and he wanted to rest so Feng Xinying asked him to be with her. Ever since she had returned, she conducted every possible research on amnesia. She even went to the level of thinking about treating him with the help of shamans. When Cai Xin called, Feng Xinying was noting down the addresses of some shamans.

"Yes Cai Xin," asked Feng Xinying a little angry for hampering her research.

"Good evening Miss Xinying," said Cai Xin. "Shu Jing Min has called me almost twenty times to arrange a meeting with you as he had found an investor who will be leaving the country for some overseas project tomorrow and is not expected to return for a month."

Feng Xinying's anger only increased and said, "Tell him I am not available."

"I told that but then he threatens that he would go to your place."

"Let him. My guards won't allow him to enter," said Feng XInying and was about to disconnect the phone when Cai Xin said something that made her jump.

"He is saying that if you don't come to meet him, he would file a case against you now." Cai Xin sounded desperate. "Miss Xinying, you must come and resolve this situation because you can't really get into trouble all over again."

Feng Xinying gritted her teeth. Sometimes Cai Xin used to get very protective about her. "Okay…" she said reluctantly. "Tell him I will meet him tomorrow at 11AM."

"Sure," replied Cai Xin and the line went dead.

Feng Xinying called Xie Shengjun to ask as to who was backing Shu Jing Min this time but he didn't pick up the phone. His men informed her that Keira's bleeding had increased and so she was taken to the emergency and he was with her. Feng Xinying decided to talk to Shu Jing Min on her own and thought that she would use some technical excuse to dodge his efforts to take over the business.

That day Xie Yuansheng slept almost all the time while Feng Xinying kept herself busy beside him.

Next day after making Xie Yuansheng comfortable in her bedroom and making sure that all his needs were catered to, she left for the office. On the way she was thinking of a plan to get rid of that man once and for all. Shu Jing Min was becoming more of an eyesore. She had called a meeting with all the people who were into that project before his arrival so that she could assess the situation. She had made up her mind on what to do.

When she reached the office, she was shocked to see that Shu Jing Min was already there, waiting for her.

Meanwhile in the Feng Mansion, Xie Yuansheng had woken up. Feng Xinying had asked him to keep himself busy and so instead of going to the kitchen he went to watch another movie in the backyard. It was at this time that a servant informed him that Miss Feng Jiao Long wanted to meet him. Xie Yuansheng was a little surprised as to why would she want to meet him, but he allowed her to meet him.

Jiao Long walked to the backyard soon. Xie Yuansheng was on guard to be as quiet as possible else she would come to know of his ignorance.

But Jiao Long already knew that Xie Yuansheng would act in front of her because he had amnesia. Jiao Long cheerfully greeted, "Xie Yuansheng, how are you? It has been a long time since we last met."

"I am doing good," he replied very cautiously.

"How is my niece doing? It has been so long since I last met her."

"She is fine too."

"That is so nice to hear. So how many months pregnant she is now? I think four months? I can't wait to listen to a child's laughter and giggles in this house. Here, I have brought a little gift for the little fella who will arrive in this house soon," said Jiao Long as she took out a small gift, wrapped in golden paper. "Keep it for your baby," she said with a smile and sat down in front of him.

Pregnant! Xie Yuansheng's face became pale. Feng Xinying was expecting a baby and she was four months pregnant? She never ever mentioned about her pregnancy. He was stunned into silence.

He accepted her gift without speaking a word. Jiao Long, kept speaking about weather etc while sitting there, but his mind didn't register.

He was just too shocked on hearing about Feng Xinying's pregnancy. It was a bolt to him. It was as if he was struck with lightning. That meant that she was cheating on her husband while she was pregnant with his child. Was Feng Xinying so characterless? But why did she hide the pregnancy from him? Was she planning to terminate her pregnancy for him? Was she such a low person? All the trust he had in her crumbled within a few seconds. He loved her and she hid such a huge thing from him. He trusted her blindly and she couldn't even tell him that she was expecting. He was appalled, repulsed and perhaps loathed her at the moment. His palate dried.

Jiao Long looked at his facial expression and knew that he was in a state of shock already. Her work here was done, so she collected her purse and left the place saying, "Say my hello to Feng Xinying and also tell her to meet me whenever possible."

Xie Yuansheng only saw Jiao Long leaving and couldn't even say goodbye to her. He felt winded for breath and his depression increased multifold. Once she left, he got up from the daybed and went to his room.

His heartbeat had increased and his mind was melancholy. He felt like crying. How could the only person whom he trusted with his life betray his faith so easily? She was the master of con, a dark person.

In that state of depression, he collected a few things and left the house.

In the office Feng Xinying narrowed her eyes when she saw that Shu Jing Min was sitting there. She had to cancel the meeting and meet him immediately. But she maintained her cold demeanor. When they were in her office, Jing Min didn't wait for greetings. He sat opposite her and said, "I know you are pregnant."

Feng Xinying was shocked to hear him. The meeting was about the investor. How did he come to know about her pregnancy? What was his agenda?

Her eyes became wide for a split second but she once again maintained her composure and said, "So what if I am?" She avoided that statement and asked, "Who is your investor?" to bring him back on the track. But what he said next was absolutely shocking.
