Feng Xinying ran down the stairs as fast as she could and straightaway went to the kitchen. There she saw Xie Yuansheng hitting a servant with his hands. He had punched him and the servant had fallen on the ground. Lu Boyun and other servants held Xie Yuansheng in order to prevent him from punching the servant further. However, he was attempting to kick the servant now by forcing himself out of the grasp of people who held him and threw his leg at him. The servant was weeping and howling. "I am sorry Young Master. I will not commit the same mistake again."

Feng Xinying was horrified at the scene in front of her. She turned to look at Xie Yuansheng and asked as to what had happened. Lu Boyun said, "This imbecile gave wrong ingredient to Shengu and the entire meat had to be thrown away. Young Master lost his temper because of that."

She looked at the red face of Xie Yuansheng and was terrified of his looks. He looked so angry that she thought if she would go near him, he might strike her also. Scared, she started retreating her steps but then thought that if she would also run away from him, then who would help him. So she mustered enough courage and instead of going back, she went to the servant. She said, "Go away from here and don't show your face again."

Fearing for his life, the servant instantly ran away from there.

Then Feng Xinying walked towards Xie Yuansheng slowly with precaution while staring in his eyes. She held out her hand and said very sweetly, "Shengu, there is no need to make lunch. Let Lu Boyun carry on with it and we will go to your room."

When Xie Yuansheng saw that the servant had gone, he focused his gaze on Feng Xinying and felt a little calmer. Lu Boyun and others left him. Xie Yuansheng held her hand and clasped it. Suddenly, he pulled her in her embrace and hugged her. "I am sorry. I didn't mean to scare you but I don't know why I lost my temper…"

She patted his back for some time and then removed herself from him saying, "Let us go to your room."

He nodded and together they left the kitchen.

This incident had shaken Feng Xinying to the core. She was hoping that he would improve after almost a month of the accident because she had been doing everything possible for him under the sky. Then why were things going in the opposite direction? She really wanted to meet the psychiatrist and talk to him about his latest condition. Since the doctor was supposed to come in the next few days, all she could do was wait for him.

Meanwhile she had to keep Xie Yuansheng away from the kitchen. She diverted his attention into other mundane works and would often ask him to help her with office documents. She would knowingly give him wrong documents so that he would come up with the corrections. Though he liked that job, he would not stay focused.

So she was extremely relieved the day the doctor called her and said that he would look at Xie Yuansheng the next day.

The next day, the psychiatrist took the report from Feng Xinying about his health and decided to go for another round of hypnosis. In that session he asked him to visit the scene in his house after he met his mother. Basically, the doctor asked him to continue with his sequence of thoughts, whatever he remembered from the last time.

However, Xie Yuansheng was unable to remember much except a blurry image of a woman who was called Xie Weihui. She was talking to a man about poisoning someone called Cai Xin.

"I can't- I can't remember anything. I can't see anything…" said Xie Yuansheng after looking at the blurry images. Everything was foggy in his mind.

Feng Xinying was saddened yet again that Xie Yuansheng was seeing memories of other people except her. She was desperate for him to remember anything about her.

"Okay, don't worry," replied the doctor. He brought Xie Yuansheng out of the hypnosis. The session hardly lasted ten minutes because of his poor recall. The doctor said, "If it is okay with you, can we have another session soon?"

Xie Yuansheng nodded.

He was back on the couch the next day under hypnosis. This time the doctor asked him to revisit the time when he was shot at.

For a moment Xie Yuansheng was quiet, but then he found himself in a small room surrounded by many men and Xie Shengjun. They were scrutinizing some documents. The flashes of memories were going so fast that in the next moment he found himself in a car with Xie Shengjun who was talking about The Crocodile Organization. "They are talking about The Crocodile Organization," he said.

"What else?" goaded the doctor for him to speak more.

"There's a girlish boy running in a side alley."

Feng Xinying's breath became accelerated. So he could see her in the side alley running after him.

"Who is this boy?" he asked suspiciously to Xie Shengjun, and as soon as the car stopped he got down to find out. Before he could turn his head to see the boy, he was shot at.

"Aaaaaa!" screamed Xie Yuansheng in his hypnosis. His scream was so loud and scary that the doctor was startled and immediately got him out of the hypnosis.

Xie Yuansheng got up from the couch feeling drained. His body was drained with sweat. He had witnessed himself being shot. He looked frightened. The doctor gave him a glass of water and asked him to relax as Feng Xinying joined him. "It was in the past. It's over. Relax." The doctor tried to calm him.

Once he relaxed, the doctor asked him, "Can you recollect how did that boy look like?"

Xie Yuansheng didn't want to think much so shaking his head, he said, "I am feeling tired…"

"Oh! That's okay. Don't worry. You should come back and tell me when you feel better."

The session ended and Feng Xinying said, "I will get him back when he is settled down."

"Sure."

When Xie Yuansheng walked out of the room, she asked the doctor, "Can I tell him about my pregnancy? I am going to enter my fifth month and it is going to become difficult to hide it anymore."

The doctor's response made her jump. He immediately said, "No, Miss Xinying. He is clinging on to you currently and trusts you a lot. If you will tell about your pregnancy, he is going to lose his trust in you and his situation might worsen."

Feng Xinying looked pained. She could only agree with the doctor and left. She had to postpone telling about her pregnancy if it had that kind of impact. She hoped that he would soon come out of his current state of depression.

Meanwhile, Shu Jing Min was forming his plan for the final revenge. If what he thought were correct, then giving a blow to Xie Yuansheng about his wife would be the best revenge he would take on Feng Xinying. She would completely break and her husband would be sent to the mental asylum permanently. He laughed at his plan.

To execute the first step of the plan, he called Feng Xinying.
