When he said "the owner", Shu Ning started sweating. Did that mean that her father had discovered about her? Then how come he wasn't even mentioning it? Did they know that she had stolen all the jewelry? He subconscious was gnawing at her.

"He is in which jail?" she asked wondering if it would be okay for her to go and meet him. She really wanted to meet him. They had sold the watch in two hundred thousand Yuan, so he must be having the remaining money with him. He could get a bail for that.

The boy gave her the address of the jail. "If you are planning to meet him, you must go now. We all are here only and we need your help."

"I am on my way," she said and hurried out of the music company. She hailed a cab and reached the police station in the next half an hour. She was too anxious by now. As she paid the cab driver and stepped out of it she noticed that the boys were standing out. She rushed to them and asked what was happening.

"The police has set the bail too high for BF. They are saying that it is a very high profile case. The person who has filed a case against BF is a high profile man," informed one of them.

Shu Ning broke into sweat again. So her family knew about her misdeeds. "W- what is the b- bail amount," she stuttered.

"Let us go inside and ask," he suggested. "Perhaps after your assurance they might leave him…"

Together the five of them went inside. When the reached the police station chief and asked about BF, they were informed that the bail amount was five hundred thousand Yuan.

"What? This is insane," shrieked Shu Ning.

"Why is this insane? He had stolen a limited edition Rolex. That was insane!" shouted the station chief back at her. Then he looked at her and asked, "Do you know whose watch did that fellow steal?"

Shu Ning felt shaky. Her father's name was about to come out and it would be such a shame for her to stand in the police station. If anyone would recognize her, it would become a scandal and the news would spread like wildfire in the society. She so wanted to keep shut up the station chief at that time. She started trembling fearing the words that were about to come out of his mouth. She froze at her spot hoping the earth would split and she gets buried there. She stared at him.

"Xie Shengjun!" said the station chief.

"What!" Shu Ning stared at him blankly. "The watch belonged to Xie Shengjun?" Her mind became numb. How could this be? The watch was her father's. At that point of time she couldn't refute the station chief nor could she agree with him. She couldn't say a word. She was trapped so badly in it. And where did Xie Shengjun come from?

"Yes, the watch belonged to none other than Xie Shengjun and he has filed a case against BF. So there is no way you can get him out unless you fill that bail amount."

Shu Ning didn't realize but tears started running out of her eyes. She couldn't do a thing. All the jewelry that she had taken was gone. BF was falsely accused in the theft that she had done. She couldn't help him out because if she did, they would go out for the real culprit. She was trapped so badly that she didn't know what was going on anymore. She closed her mouth with her hands and stepped back. She turned and walked out of the police station. When she reached out she started walking back to her home. Her mind wasn't working at all. How did Xie Shengjun got into this whole thing? Was his watch also missing?

The boys that were left behind also followed her and they ran to her. "Shu Ning stop." Then one of them said, "Where are you going? You must help BF out. His family has taken the Hundred thousand Yuan that was left with him, and they say that they don't have enough money to get him out. He is stuck badly in this situation."

Shu Ning turned to look at them and shouted, "Where will I get that money from? Huh? Money doesn't grow on trees in my house. I can't help him anymore." She turned again and started running.

"If you don't help him, we will tell your parents that you stole that jewelry!" shouted one of them after her. Shu Ning started crying hysterically as she ran. Soon she hailed a cab and reached home. She went to her bedroom. Feeling dizzy, she just crashed on her bed and cried buckets.

An hour later her mother came. She saw her lying on the bed and said, "Ning'er hurry up, we have to go to a party. Your father has somehow secured an invitation to go to the Minister of Education's party. After the robbery, we are in such bad shape that we would need a lot of support. Your father is trying his best to garner support."

"I won't go to any party," she replied. How could she? Her mind was in a tizzy.

"You have to Ning'er. In the party there will be lots of suitable boys. We are planning to get you engaged soon to one of them. We found a suitable match for you who has agreed to give us money in exchange with wedding to you," said her mother.

"Mother! I won't marry just like that to someone!" she shouted.

"You have to. There is no other choice."

She was shocked at her mother. How could she toss her into an arranged marriage? Getting up she asked, "Mother, what was the total value of the jewelry that was stolen?"

"More than five million Yuan."

Shu Ning's mouth fell on the ground.

Ignoring her sadness, Jiao Long said, "Get ready fast and improve that face of yours. Xie Yuansheng, Feng Xinying, Xie Shengjun and Keira would also be there. You better greet them all properly."

"Xie Shengjun?" she asked bewildered.

"Yes! Be ready in an hour," replied Jiao Long and left her.
