"Xie Yuansheng", Bi Yu shrieked in fear. The only man she was ever scared of in life was him. But how could this be possible? He was sitting right there in the hospital looking at his laptop while she had injected Feng Xinying's drip.

Flashback

The moment she had left after meeting Lu Boyun, he had called Xie Yuansheng and informed him about someone from Lu Dao's office. Xie Yuansheng had immediately asked the guards to be extremely alert. He had sent more men to monitor her movements. With all the gadgetry, they were recording her movements and sending them to Xie Yuansheng who was watching her live in his laptop.

He could see that she had gone out of the gate and then hidden in the bushes a few meters away. He had instructed Lu Boyun to send lunch for them and keep a watch on the woman if she followed them. Lu Boyun had come out and purposely sat in a car, which did not have tinted glasses. Even though the hospital route was in a different direction, he had asked the driver to take a route so that Bi Yu sees him in the front seat and follows him. She had taken the bait.

Once she started following, Xie Yuansheng's men had also started following her. They followed her till the hospital and were streaming her movements live to Xie Yuansheng. He would check his mails and also look at her as to what she was up to. He saw that she had picked a glass of water and was waiting for Lu Boyun to enter the elevator. He had asked the hospital people to let Lu Boyun use that elevator alone for that time so that she sees the floor of the room.

His men had followed her all the day. They even captured her going to the nurse, whom she had supplied food with drugs. The nurse had been drugged so heavily and hence his men actually called emergency for her. So while the nurse was being treated in the same hospital, Bi Yu didn't have a clue as to what was going on behind her.

It was the next day that Xie Yuansheng received the live streaming again about her movements. Feng Xinying had been sleeping peacefully and recovering well. The doctor had said that they would discharge her the next day. That day when she opened her eyes in the morning, she found him sleeping right next to him. His head was buried in her neck. She tousled his hair to wake him up. He looked up at her with lazy eyes and smiled. "How are you feeling wife?" he asked as he closed his eyes again and placed his head in the crook of her neck.

"Much better…" she replied as she kept stroking his hair. She had asked him so many times if he knew who had done all this, but he had not answered her. She had stopped asking but had fear in her heart that she would be harmed again.

"Hmm… sleep darling…" he whispered. Then as though he understood what she was thinking, he said, "Those who have harmed you will not be spared…"

Assured at her husband's words, she closed her eyes and smiled. She had drifted off to sleep. There was so much security and warmth in his embrace that she relaxed.

Xie Yuansheng woke up a little later and quietly left her side. He took a bath, changed in his pants and again opened the laptop. He connected the camera and saw that Bi Yu was now coming to the hospital.

He woke up Feng Xinying and said, "You need to take bath early. We might get discharged today."

Feng Xinying was so happy that she woke up immediately. "What about my drip?" she asked him.

"It will be removed, don't worry."

He called the nurse that was attending her to give her a bath and also remove the drip. Feng Xinying was given a nice bath, her drip was removed and by that time Bi Yu had reached the hospital.

When the nurse had left, Feng Xinying went off to sleep again because Xie Yuansheng had said that it would take some time for the doctors to prepare the discharge papers. Keira had come by then because Xie Yuansheng had involved her in the plan.

When she slept, Xie Yuansheng had taken the tube that was hanging and inserted it in the bandages around her hand so deftly that she didn't come to know.

Bi Yu had come to the VVIP floor by then. He looked at the live stream on his laptop. Now it was the guard who was filming her according to the instructions given by him. So when Bi Yu entered Feng Xinying's room, she was actually being monitored from all quarters. She had walked into the trap.

When she injected the poison in Feng Xinying's drip, she didn't know that the tube had already been detached. She thought that her plan was perfect.

Xie Yuansheng had looked at her nonchalantly in order to let her do her deed. Once she did that, she rushed to the elevator and then took off in her car. It was then that they started chasing her.

Xie Yuansheng got up from his chair, he kissed Feng Xinying and started to leave. Keira who was hiding in the bathroom had come inside the room to be on Feng Xinying's side. She gave Xie Yuansheng a reassuring look when he left Feng Xinying and did a thumbs up.

"Xie Yuansheng, I saw you in the hospital half an hour back!"

Xie Yuansheng got up from his chair and pulled her by holding her hair. "Aiiii!" She shouted in pain.

He slapped her right across her check so hard that her lip split and it started bleeding. There was such sharp pain that she started crying. "You bastard!" she shouted.

He looked at her coldly and said, "You dared to injure Feng Xinying. It was me who ruined your career as the Starline Director and not Feng Xinying. She didn't even know that I had ruined you completely."

Slowly she took her hand behind to a Swedish knife in her skirts pocket, and opened it.
