"Mrs. Weihui first spread the rumor that the company had made huge loss and then she sold her shares," said Xie Yuansheng looking straight in her eyes. "We have already approached the Security Regulatory Commission with the complaint regarding this issue and we are hoping that it would soon take action."

A day before when it was Xie Yuansheng's idea to postpone the board meeting. In fact it was Xie Shengjun and he who had carefully spread the rumor in selected outlets very discreetly about company suffering losses in the current quarter. Feng Xinying was present when the plan was being formulated. The idea was to wait and watch Xie Weihui's reaction regarding it. They were not expecting her to sell ten percent of the shares but when that lot was floated in the market, only an idiot wouldn't have taken the advantage.

Feng Xinying said that she would buy the shares in her name rather making the company buy them. This way her increase on the company would increase further. Xie Yuansheng immediately complied with the request. The rumor was slowly spreading and there was a dip seen in the share value but when the company spokesperson announced that this was false news on the media channels, the share value had started increasing. But by that time, Xie Weihui had already put that lot in the market to sell. Feng Xinying was waiting for that and she bought them all.

She had told the brothers to put the blame on Xie Weihui for spreading the rumor and it was done so seamlessly that Xie Weihui was totally trapped on that day itself. They could have gone and reported it with evidence against Xie Weihui that day but they waited for her to come to the board meeting the next day, otherwise she would have gone to the media for revenge before their plan was executed.

Xie Shenjun had contacted all the media channels not to publish any news regarding Xie Yuansheng and Feng Xinying or else the company would file a legal case against them. The thick legal documents were sent to all the channels through ten burly men. Everyone was scared and no one wanted to do anything with the brothers.

Feng Xinying knew this and that is why in the meeting she exposed her identity and then got the legal documents signed in order to keep it under wraps.

Xie Yuansheng had in the morning gone to the Securities Regulatory Commission and met relevant people over there to file the complaint. Everyone knew him and they acted on his complaint immediately. All the information was being dug out. "How much time will it take?" asked Xie Yuansheng.

The Director said of the Commission said, "At least the afternoon."

Xie Yuansheng had to stretch the board meeting till the afternoon.

Now Feng Xinying already knew that Xie Weihui's bank account would be frozen by the afternoon and she would be put behind bars. That is in the speech when she said that, "Ru Shishi is entitled to all the money her mother can give her, which my father left for her. I cannot interfere in that," she actually knew that there would be no more money left in her kitty by the time the meeting would get over. However, the statement was merely a polite way of expressing her innocence and solidarity over that matter in front of the board members. That is why the board members really liked her. She meant business and was concerned about things that mattered to the company.

Xie Weihui got up from her chair and pounded on the table, "You liar! When did I spread that information? I don't know anything about it! Why are you cheating the board members about that information?"

Xie Yuansheng narrowed his eyes at her as he crossed his arms against his chest. He looked at her coldly, "Mrs. Weihui, we have solid evidence about you using company's insider information and also about you spreading the rumor. The matter is already with the Commission."

"You are mad! You have trapped me Xie Yuansheng!" cried Xie Weihui.

"Calm down auntie. I can understand that this is your normal reaction to the crime you have committed. But you need to understand that you had tried to harm a company as huge as Feng Conglomerate. We have taken the necessary steps." Then he looked at the members and gave the final blow, "I would like to table the motion that the shares allotted to Mrs. Xie Weihui be taken away from her after the Securities Regulatory Commission finishes its investigation and her name should be removed from the list of the company in any form."

"Xie Yuansheng!" shouted Xie Weihui on the top of her lungs. "You miserable character! You and Feng Xinying have connived against me to seize my shares."

The couple looked at her very condescendingly. Then they looked around at the rest of the members for approval.

One of the members asked, "What will happen to the shares that belonged to her?"

"We can either divide them equally or we can make them public," replied Xie Yuansheng.

"Are we in need of capital?" asked an old member.

"Not currently," replied Xie Yuansheng.

"In that case we will divide the shares."

Xie Yuansheng nodded, "Fair enough!"

"Did you buy those ten percent that she had floated in the market with the company's capital?" asked another member looking tensed.

"No, they have been bought by my wife Feng Xinying," replied Xie Yuansheng with a smile.

"Good job Feng Xinying and Xie Yuansheng. You have both proved how much you care for the company," said a senior member. "I second the motion you have just tabled."

Within the next few minutes every member had passed the motion.

Xie Weihui looked at the event unfolding in front of her eyes blankly. Her mind had become numb. She had come out of the house with a different future in her mind in which she had dreamt of getting her daughter out of the prison in the next few days and giving her the position of the CEO of the Feng Conglomerate. She had dreamt of throwing Feng Xinying and Xie Yuansheng out on the streets. She had planned her revenge ever since Feng Zhantian had married Cai Xin and when the plan was coming to fruition, it was their daughter who defeated her.

She looked at Feng Xinying from across the table. She was standing, with her shoulders broad on her accomplishment. She was smiling at all of them and they were all clapping.

"The meeting is adjourned," said Xie Yuansheng and everyone rose from the chair except Xie Weihui.

They all went to her and shook hands with her excitedly to welcome her aboard. They seemed nervous around her. Xie Yuansheng was looking at her proudly. When everyone had exited, the couple looked at Xie Weihui and started to exit.

Xie Weihui took her sandal out and threw towards them shouting, "Why didn't you die that along with Cai Xin?"

Feng Xinying stared at her when she listened to her mother's name. Xie Yuansheng immediately circled her shoulders and led her out. "Don't listen to her. She is trying to provoke you to make a mistake."

Feng Xinying looked at Xie Yuansheng. She was shocked. "Wh- what is she saying?"

"Nothing! Don't look at her," Xie Yuansheng pulled his wife out afraid that the secret would come out.

Xie Weihui sat down on the chair with her head in her hands. When she went out of the office, she was stunned.
