Xei Weihui had joined the office in suburbs and had stopped with every activity from her side. Her younger brother was aware of it and they would meet often to know about Feng Zhantian.

It was a year later after Cai Xin's death that Feng Zhantian visited that suburb. There he met Xei Weihui. She seduced him with mixing a drug in his drinks and ended up having him stay with him for a period of three days, which she said others that it small romance. Feng Zhantian left her and was confused when she came to him that she was pregnant with his child. She told him to take her responsibility. Instead Feng Zhantian was utterly disgusted by this news. He asked her to abort the child and said that she shouldn't think of getting that child near him. He only loved his daughter, Feng Xinying.

Xei Weihui was angered beyond words. She went to give birth to the child in secret but Feng Zhantian had come to know about it and the child was forced into adoption.

She was bitter beyond words and was now looking for permanent damage to Feng Conglomerate. Her opportunity came Feng Zhantian once again visited the suburb years later. There she told him that she had abandoned their love child only because he wanted and that she was the sister of the woman who was killed in that accident. She convinced Feng Zhantian that wanted to take care of Feng Xinying because she felt responsible for her in many ways.

Feng Zhantian was convinced looking at the fact that she had waited so long for him. Little did he realize that the day he would marry Xei Weihui, his daughter would leave him.

For Xei Weihui it was a victory. But for Feng Xinying it was a narrow escape, a blessing in disguise because she wanted to kill Feng Xinying.

Xei Weihui's younger brother didn't reveal her name when the brothers interrogated him and was killed by them. The brothers thought it was the uncle who was behind all this. It was much later that they came to know that there was actually someone else who was pulling strings behind the curtain. Xei Weihui had managed to stay very quiet behind all this.

In Xie Yuansheng's past life, she had exploited his emotions and love for her aunt to the extent that he would punish Feng Xinying everyday.

She was happy that Feng Zhantian had left a lot of money to her and she could now splurge. Now all she wanted to do was find her daughter and give her rightful place. Her only regret was that Xie Yuansheng had fallen in love with Feng Xinying and she came to know about it when he married her.
