A night before, Feng Xinying had been very angry with Xie Yuansheng because he had gone out when she had gone for her film shooting. When she returned in the evening he hadn't come back and she got extremely worried. It was in the night that he had returned at about 11PM much to her anger. His face was crunched with pain. She felt as though she was feeling his pain. She wanted to shout at him, instead shouted at the nurse for not taking proper care of patients in the ward.

She stomped out of the room after helping him to change his clothes. She went to the nurse's station where she first called the doctor and then made him give sedative and painkillers to Xie Yuansheng. It was only after those medicines that Xie Yuansheng could actually sleep.

Flashback

Day 1:

Lu Dao informed the police regarding the accident. A formal complaint was lodged.

When Ru Shishi had run that day after cutting the rope, she had run to the costume room of the studio where she took out her blue scrubs and hung it in the costume room. She took out her facial mask and dumped it in the trash near the main gate while on her way out of the studio. She realized that no one had come out of the sets, so she walked out confidently with a smile playing on her lips. Perhaps Feng Xinying was already dead by then.

That night after the deed, Ru Shishi had gone to a rave party along with Hung Jia that was hosted by a famous producer. The party was attended by many rich actors and actresses apart from children of rich businessmen and industrialists.

Hung Jia introduced Ru Shishi to the producer. The producer took them the room behind where she takes drugs and become high. Once she became high, she started taking off her clothes because she started sweating. The producer took her to another room along with Hung Jia. They both have sex with her one by one. Once they were satisfied, Hung Jia took her away from the party.

However, just after they went away, someone tipped the police about the party and everyone out there was caught. It had become a huge scandal and was leaked to the media. This was the news Feng Xinying had read in the newspaper and was surprised as to what all the film industry people do.

Day 2:

For another day Xie Yuansheng was in tremendous pain. He couldn't even move a muscle but he bore that pain quietly only because he didn't want Feng Xinying to get any more panicky than she already was. He knew that she was extremely worried about him but wasn't speaking it out. He wanted to hold her and smell her and kiss her and brush his lips on her smooth skin. But even though she was near him, she was distant…

Xie Yuansheng had messaged the police chief about the case on the second day when he awoke, and the police chief instantly became directly interested in it. This was because he knew Xie Yuansheng personally. Xie Yuansheng has helped his nephew in the past by getting him out of a dangerous situation in which he was surrounded by the goons who wanted to murder him.

Xie Yuansheng had told the police chief about the old woman who had cut the rope because he was the only witness who had seen her. Hearing that the police chief had sent sniffer dogs to the site. The sniffer dogs caught the smell near the area of crime and sniffing it went to the costume room. There they got confused, but the policemen already knew that it was an old woman with blue scrubs, so they went to that section with the help of an employee. The dogs then easily found the scrub in between hundreds of them.

The sniffer dogs led to the trash where the mask was also found.

That day when Feng Xinying had gone home to get her dresses, a police artist was sent to Xie Yuansheng to whom he described how she looked. The problem was that even though the sketch the artist drew was exactly like the old woman, it was now established that she wasn't an old woman.

Day 3:

It was on the third day that Xie Yuansheng became a bit better. That day he could turn a little and had food with propped up pillows. His right hand was in the sling. He needed Feng Xinying's help to go to the bathroom and also to take a sponge bath. Feng Xinying wouldn't allow the ward boys to come and help him and she did everything on her own. He was hers to torture, to play and to take care, physically and mentally.

It was on the second day that Hung Jia leaves home on the pretext that he had to go for an urgent business to his hometown and left her in his home. Ru Shishi became very curious about what happened to Feng Xinying because there was no news about her in the papers. So she visited the sets on pretext of seeing Wu Bosun on the fourth day and realized that the dance sequence went very well. Ru Shishi had become extremely jealous of Feng Xinying. She clenched her fists so hard that the knuckles turned white. She started thinking of another way to harm Feng Xinying.

That day when she went back to Hung Jia's home, he still hadn't returned. She called him but his phone was switched off. She was getting impatient to see him. Also that night she had thought about how she would take her revenge. She got dressed in black pants and black shirt and was about to leave when she felt like vomiting. She rushed into the bathroom and vomited. When she came out, her body started shaking as it suffered from withdrawal symptoms. She frantically searched for her drug and when she found one and took it, she felt better. But once again she retched and ran to the bathroom to vomit.

When she came out of the bathroom what she saw in the room in front of her scared the shit out of her.
