Ever since Feng Xinying had spilled her secret in front of Wu Bosun, Ru Shishi had been giving her very cold treatment. Even though she was staying with her mother, she had shown her desire to stay at Wu Bosun's house again.

After the incident one day she called Wu Bosun, "Brother Bosun, I was thinking of making a nice dinner for you today, just like the old times. I will come over in the evening. When are you coming back?"

Wu Bosun was extremely appalled by the fact that she was now working in Hung Jia's movie. She had signed the contract without asking him. He knew that Hung Jia's movies are nothing but pure porn and he wanted to distance from Ru Shishi as much as possible because in an industry, it was very important that he kept neat image in order to get good roles. Any entanglement with actors like Hung Jia meant getting into controversies. Now that even Ru Shishi was with him, he decided to stay away from her. The fact was that Ru Shishi had already given plenty of sex scenes of the sets.

He answered her curtly, "Sorry Ru Shishi, I can't. I have to go for a film promotion I have been invited to."

"Oh! Can I come with you?" she goaded.

"No, I have to go alone. Talk to you later," he cut the call.

There had been many such instances when she wanted to meet but he would disconnect the call. She was unable to visit him at his home after that because of her movie schedule.

At the same time Xie Weihui wanted Xie Shengjun to meet Ru Shishi. She had called him and said, "Xie Shengjun, your sister wants to meet you from so long. Don't you have enough time to see her also? Ever since she has come, both you and your brother doesn't want to talk to her? You boys are ignoring her and me. I am feeling so sad about it. Had your father or uncle been there, they wouldn't have done this kind of thing with me."

Keira was sitting right next to him that time. She was reading a book on pregnancy. She looked at him with angry eyes when she heard the conversation. Xie Shengjun replied, "Sorry auntie. Actually Keira and I are going for a vacation. I will come and get back to you." He cut the call. Even he had heard about Ru Shishi's latest movie.

Ru Shishi was now too agitated with the way everyone was trying to stay away from her and it was all because of Feng Xinying.

She had been looking for a way to take revenge from Feng Xinying for multiple reasons and the main one being that she had sabotaged her plans to join the movie The Golden Flower as the second lead. She began to follow Feng Xinying everywhere.

When Feng Xinying had started going to learn how to dance, Ru Shishi disguised an old cleaning woman in the studio where she was practicing. She would always stand in the corner and keep watching all the ropes and their movements. She was looking for one loophole, which she could exploit in order to give the maximum impact to Feng Xinying's body and work.

When the dance practice would get over, she would clap for all of them with a huge smile and wrinkled face that was covered with the mask of an old woman. Everyone loved that grandmother. Even Feng Xinying would smile back.

Ru Shishi studied the behavior of the technicians. She had become very friendly with all of them. By talking only, she had learnt from them the way the ropes were tensed around the pulleys and in a month's time, she knew the entire system like the back of her hand.

Ru Shishi knew that every time the dance took place the technicians would check the rope beforehand. They were very careful, as no one wanted any accident. It was a high-risk performance after all. She had cut the rope one day before going home, but found that the sequence went very well, since the rope had been replaced with something stronger. So obviously the moment the ropes were cut, better ones would come to replace them.

She had to find another way. Now she followed them as an old woman to the trial dance sequence on the movie sets to see where all those ropes were tied.

That day she stayed unnoticed, showing everyone that she did her cleaning work. No one was interested in an old cleaning woman. She even littered some dirty papers on the sets just in case she wasn't allowed to come back in by the guard later. And her calculations were right. Once everyone exited the sets she came back and the guard stopped her on the entrance. He saw an old woman wearing blue scrubbers and carrying a basket of water and broom with her. "Where are you going?" he asked with a frown.
