That day Wu Bosun was sitting in the lounge of the studio where only top actors were allowed. He was waiting for Feng Xinying in order to practice their lines for the next scene. With Feng Xinying working with him, he felt as though he was working with a very seasoned actress. He was very happy whenever they practiced because Feng Xinying would pick very fast. Sometimes she would also advise him in order to make the scene better.

However, that day when he was practicing with her, Ru Shishi came to meet him and it was this time that she started taking out flaws in Feng Xinying when she heard them practicing the lines together.

Wu Bosun was shocked when he heard that. He opened his mouth like that of a fish and then closed it. "What are you talking about, Ru Shishi? I consider you as my sister! Your adoptive mother had helped me a lot as a child and that is why I feel indebted to her. Don't take my feelings for granted!" he said almost scolding her in front of Feng Xinying.

Ri Shishi felt insulted. "Brother Bosun, how can you say that? All I am saying is that unless you are intimate with your fellow co-worker, you can't perform well. Don't you know how other actresses work in the industry? They all get close to the fellow actors, try to know them and then in order to create the chemistry, they go an extra level. There is no harm in it."

Wu Bosun felt disgusted to even think about it. Moreover with Feng Xinying around him, he didn't want to give her any wrong ideas. There was absolutely nothing between him and Ru Shishi.

"That reminds me Brother Bosun. There are auditions going on for king's concubine who will appear in the second half of the movie. Can you please recommend me to Lu Dao? It is going to be a nice role and I can give justification to the role. You know what I mean?" said Ru Shishi with a shy smile.

Feng Xinying was aware of the script in which the concubine appears in the second half. She was also aware that there would be some violent scenes involving slaps and catfights between her and the concubine. But the auditions for all that were over and a girl was also selected. Why was Ru Shishi giving Wu Bosun wrong information?

"If you will recommend me, Lu Dao won't be able to say no to it," said Ru Shishi very politely with puppy eyes.

Wu Bosun just didn't want to say yes to her but he was always feeling as though he should do more for her, support her more. As such Ru Shishi was hardly getting any more advertisements or roles in the movies.

Oh! So that was her scheme, thought Feng Xinying. If Wu Bosun would recommend her, she would definitely get the role. She gritted her teeth. Suddenly Feng Xinying's phone flashed. It was a message.

Wu Bosun was in a dilemma. He didn't want to commit to the request Ru Shishi had made. "Okay, I will see…" is all that he said.

"What? Brother Bosun? You must tell Lu Dao. If I get that role, I am going to work very hard. Trust me!" Ru Shishi insisted.

"Okay…" said Wu Bosun and looked in his lap as if thinking of a way to get out of the situation.

Ru Shishi looked at Feng Xinying with a smug face. She knew that Wu Bosun would ask Lu Dao now. She wanted to convey Feng Xinying that she had already come to know about the character of the concubine and she would have fun playing it. in fact she was already imagining how she would slap Feng Xinying and also have a fun time with Wu Bosun.

She remembered that that evening she had to visit her cousin Xie Shengjun along with her mother. So she hurried up. But before going she went to Wu Bosun and hugged him tightly. "Brother Bosun, thank you so much! I will not only play as the king's best concubine, I can become his concubine in real life," she laughed at her dirty joke. Then she narrowed her eyes and was about to leave.

Suddenly, she heard Feng Xinying, "Wait Ru Shishi."

Ru Shishi turned and looked at her with a question in her eyes. "What is it?" she asked thinking that now Feng Xinying must be really afraid. She won't be able to drop the movie also and won't be able to suffer from her hands.

"What about your movie with Hung Jia?" said Feng Xinying tilting her head.

Ru Shishi's face became pale upon hearing Feng Xinying. "Wh- what movie? I have no movie coming up with Hung Jia!" How did she know about it?

"He has already offered you a role in his movie two days back and you have even accepted the offer," continued Feng Xinying brushing her nails slightly.
