Her trick worked and Yao Yi had left the meeting. Wang Zǐróng smiled at her handiwork. After all Lim Chuen would now transfer five million Yuan in her bank account. By the time she reached her office, the money was transferred.

Xie Yuansheng said, "Let's talk business Yao Yi."

Yao Yi looked at him and became angry. She said, "This better be good Xie Yuansheng. Else I will drag you to the court to for offending me repeatedly. I already have an interested client in the hotel."

In his past life Xie Yuansheng knew that Lim Chuen had taken over the hotel. But he didn't understand as to why would Lim Chuen acquire the hotel knowing that he had lost interest after Wang Zǐróng had given that negative report to him. Later he found out that the report was fake. At that time all he could do was grit his teeth in anger.

However, in this lifetime, he became extra alert. He knew that Wang Zǐróng would produce that fake report. So on his way back to the office he had asked Feng Xinying to find out the right figures about Yao Yi's hotel. Feng Xinying had worked three hours nonstop and made a report with exact figures. Xie Yuansheng had called Wang Zǐróng and other VPs of the company so that no suspicion is raised. He said on purpose to Feng Xinying about the report, which triggered Wang Zǐróng to send a message to Yun Chen.

Xie Yuansheng smiled when he heard Yao Yi saying that there was an interested client. "Is that Lim Chuen?"

"Yes, how do you know?" asked Yao Yi very surprised.

"Yao Yi, I am a businessman. I have to know my things well," he said with a wink, which made Yao Yi laugh.

His revelation impressed Feng Xinying. The fact that he had asked her to gather data on Yao Yi had made her excited. It meant that he did not trust Wang Zǐróng's research. She had researched deeply about the hotel and gave him an excellent report.

"I am interested in your hotel, so quote me your price," he said.

"You have to answer me first. Who was that lady in the morning with a fake report? And why did you trust her?" she asked.

Xie Yuansheng pressed a buzzer and said, "Please send Miss Wang Zǐróng to my room."

Yun Chen had picked the phone. At that time Xie Yuansheng was there only chiding her. When she heard that Xie Yuansheng was calling her, she thought that this was a good chance to know as to what is he talking to Feng Xinying about. She ran to the office and opened the door with excitement. But her excitement faded and her face became white when she saw Yao Yi present over there.

Yao Yi looked at her with narrow eyes.

Xie Yuansheng said, "Please take a seat Wang Zǐróng."

Wang Zǐróng sat and waited as she looked nervously from Yao Yi to Feng Xingying.

"Yao Yi here tells me that the report you had showed me in the morning was wrong. All the data in there was wrong," he said sternly.

"No Xie Yuansheng. Those numbers were correct," she said insisting that she was right. In her head she was thinking how to sabotage this business deal. She had already accepted millions and Lim Chuen wouldn't take it kindly.

Xie Yuansheng threw the report that Feng Xinying had made and yelled, "This is the correct report made by Feng Xinying. This report matches with the market analysis."

Wang Zǐróng became pale. She picked the report and read it. She knew that it was the right report. But she put up a harsh face in front of Yao Yi and said, "Xie Yuansheng, you can't possibly say that I am wrong. I am the Vice President of Procurement of this company. Yao Yi is an old woman who doesn't know how to run her hotel. Her hotel is running into losses. She is an old haggard who is only interested in selling it off to the highest bidder while she enjoys a good retirement life instead of going behind the bars."

Yao Yi got up from sofa, came to Wang Zǐróng and gave a tight slap on the face. She was shaking in anger, "How dare you malign my reputation Wang Zǐróng? What do you think I am?"
