Into The Zombie World Chapter 220

"Die!"
Damian remarked loudly as he saw the precious opportunity present itself to him.
The discuss or the 'The Flat World' slowly fell to the ground with a thud.
Dario had his arm go numb upon getting bashed repeatedly along with discuss he was holding.
As the discuss dropped to the ground, Damian acted without mercy and stabbed the broken sword towards his foe's heart.
Dario's expression went pale for a second as he felt death looming over his head. As the sword grew nearer towards his heart, he suddenly raised his free arm trying to block the broken sword that was aimed at his heart.
However, no matter how strong his body had become after becoming a level two being, it still could not stop the sword as well as the strength that accompanied it.
Shweek*!
The sound of flesh getting stabbed reached Damian's ears in an instant. It went through Dario's arm without any form of resistance and with the strength that Damian inserted into that stabbed, the sword even managed to pierce a centimeter deep wound on Dario's chest before stopping completely.
Even though he was disappointed that the sword didn't manage to reach the heart completely, he still smirked in delight as he was sure that the poison would take effect any minute from now.
Just as he was about to push the sword even more deeper, he suddenly felt a gust of wind slapping his face.
At the same time he heard Burge's urgent scream…
"Dodge Damian!"
"Ehh-?" As he heard the warning, he wanted to react immediately. However, it was already a little late. The moment he turned his head around towards where the gust of wind had come from, a shot-put ball roughly the size of his head had also slammed through his face.

Boom!
Damian's mind went blank as the 'The Round World' struck his face completely. Blood burst out of his face as the shot-put ball threw him off the ground like a kid.
Red blood and broken teeth sprinkled the air like a fountain as Damian's face that was now looking like a squashed potato slowly descended to the ground.
His iris and pupil could no longer be seen as they had already retreated to the back of his head. Only the white sclera remained for everyone to see.
Thud*!
Damian's body dropped to the ground like a piece of rock. He has fainted from shock and was wide open for anyone to kill.
"KISAMA! How dare you stab my one and only ototo! Diee!" Mario bellowed as he prepared to pounce on the fainted Damian.
"Ho. Ho. Ho. I must thank you for the interference nii-san, but I want to kill this man with my own hands!" Dario laughed while he pulled out the sword that was still stuck in his arms.
Although the pain was present, Dario chose to ignore it and instead slowly walked towards Damian who was thrown away by the shot-put ball earlier.
"Hmm… Alright if that's what you want." Mario replied nonchalantly as if saying that it doesn't matter.
"Kukk-?" Just as Mario turned his head to look at Burge, he suddenly felt that something was amiss.
On the other side, Dario also noticed the strange reaction of his brother but before he could speak, he suddenly felt numb all over his body.
His knee went limp and after a slight pause, his body dropped to the ground like a cut log.
Thud*
Just like Damian, he also fell to the ground with a thud. However, unlike Damian, his consciousness was still there as the toad poison only paralyzed the body and not the poisoned person's mind.

When Mario saw his brother drop to the ground he couldn't help but become bewildered. 'What's happening?'
His body also felt numb, especially his right shoulder that could no longer lift even a finger.
'Finger?' A sudden realization struck Mario as he saw a trail of blood on the index finger of his right hand.
He recalled being cut by Burge before, but he didn't mind it as he thought it was only a mere scratch. However, he now discovered that those swords might probably be coated by paralysis poisons.
And the reason his brother dropped to the ground like a dead log was probably that his brother was weaker than him and hence the potency of the poison would be much worse for him. Not to mention, he only gets a scratch while Dario gets stabbed on his arm and chest directly, causing the poison to spread like crazy.
"Using dirty tactics now, are we?" Mario fumed in rage as he picked up the 'The Round Ball' that was dropped earlier when his right arm went limp.
Although his whole body also went numb, it was not as affected as his right shoulder.
But nevertheless, even this slight effect would reduce his combat effectiveness a lot.
Seeing his friend dropped to the ground like that, Burge suddenly went cold and silent. He gripped the sword even more tightly as he used more strength more than what he normally could.
With his head bowed down in anger, he walked very slowly towards Mario. He brandished his sword left and right as if practicing how to decapitate Mario's head with it.
Mario knew that he wouldn't be able to overpower Burge anymore now that he had become partially paralyzed. He knew that his speed and strength must have decreased.
Hence he didn't lower his guard and instead, he also slowly took a step back to prepare for a balanced stance. He held the 'The Round World' with his left hand, though a little unfamiliar with it, he was confident that he would be able to use it well.
"Hooh? Now you're approaching me?"
"Too slow, too slow! The Round World is the ultimate weapon. Feel the firmness and beauty of my 'The Round World' with your face."
Mario exclaimed as he pointed the mutated weapon, 'The Round World' towards Burge.
And like an athlete playing the shot-put track and field event, he slowly pulled his hand and put the ball beside his neck. He arched his body and like a trigger was just pulled, he suddenly pushed his left hand as fast as possible towards the approaching Burge.
Swoosh!
